I was involved in a collision in March with my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq. Since then my collision repair facility has been waiting for parts from this dealership. It's been 7 months and the parts have still not arrived.

Purchased a 2017 Tucson new in early 2018. New motor needed at 42,000 km. The driver side seat has only worked for about 7 months total. I have had the vehicle in for service many times to repair it. They would fix the seat and before I would leave it would stop working. It took over 4 years to finally fix it. Service department is difficult to get through to. I have been told they will update me on work which doesnt always happen. Two weeks ago I brought my vehicle in for paint touch up as I had extended warranty that covered cosmetic damage. They didn't reinstall the hood visor/deflector. Of course they didnt tell me this. I had to go back and tell them myself. I was told they didn't because of the new paint which is totally a lie. They were going to call me in a week to have it reinstalled. Finally two weeks later I called them and left a message. So will probably have to waste another portion of my day to get it reinstalled even though this is their problem.

I bought my 2023 Palisade from here and also brought my 2017 Santa Fe for some recalls, new brakes and for a new engine when it essentially exploded. The sales process was frustrating and I had to correct them on 5 separate occasions for sneaky fees throughout the sales process. I was planning on buying an Ioniq 5 but got my deposit refunded because I didn't want to deal with them any longer.
For the recalls, they charged me $100 to "fix" my rear headlight, even though it is a known recall. They also didn't even fix it. For the engine, there was no communication on status and I had to call every week for weeks until they finally had it fixed. They also said they would take care of the courtesy car, but I still had Enterrprise calling me for weeks asking me for full payment. Too many headaches, incredibly poor service even after spending a few thousand on service and $70,000 on a new car, the level service is still rock bottom. I waited on hold for 10 minutes just to not be able to make a service appointment. I will not bring my cars here again and I encourage anyone thinking of going here to reconsider.

5 star review all the way,

I went to 4 different Hyundai dealerships and this one was by far superior than the rest.

Frank Fang was straight to the point with our purchase and trade in giving fair value not trying to low ball us thousands of dollars.

I can't recommend them enough!
Even the financing department was straight to the point very professional, explaining which warranties were what and the value they add.

Do yourself a favor and go purchase a Hyundai from Frank Fank.

Hands down best Hyundai dealership for service and fairness. David Lee worked to remedy my lease buyout, Maha was amazing doing up the transfer, Sean the ICBC rep was quick and efficient and Sky was helpful it breaking down my safety assessment. I was in and out in under an hour for my lease buyout. Highly recommend these guys, great service all around, above and beyond! Thank you

The worst service ever. I signed up for a basic package #1 online which did not have an itemized list of services. When I showed up for the service, they started telling me an itemized list of services for basic package #2 (which I did not ask for) and charged me 3 times more than what I had signed up for. They never told me what it was going to cost until the bill was presented nor did they ever tell me that they were going to be doing a different service package than what I signed up for.
After 5 calls, I finally got ahold of the manager (we left them with our contact information 3 times, never got a call back).
After talking to the manager, the best they could offer was the service credit for the difference. The manager also told me that I should have clarified that I signed up for the basic package #1 when I showed up to the desk even though I have already made an appointment online for the basic package #1 (which they should have been able to see since I told them I came in with an appointment).
I have never had this type of an experience with other auto shops. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Frank Fang and the support staff at Hyundai Port Coquitlam have provided seamless customer service from start to finish. They even supported our special request to hold the electric Kona for a month until we returned from abroad. It was a big ask and they accommodated us without hesitation. We are excited to finally have our new E Vehicle and are confident they will continue to take care of us.
