Outstanding service department experience today. Samantha was attentive to everyone not just me and clearly knows how to present the customer with a level of service not often experienced in dealer service departments. And I don’t own a Lexus.

My experience at Lexus Victoria was nothing short of 5 stars. Although we were unable to come to an agreement on price, I was warmly welcomed into the dealership by Kodiak. He was nothing short of amazing, while not being pushy and letting us take our time with our decision. I don’t normally buy cars from dealers, as I’m not generally a fan of dealerships in general but Kodiak should be a gold standard example of customer service. I would highly recommend anyone do business with this particular group, even if it means making a trip down to Victoria from Vancouver to do so. Hopefully next time we meet we can agree on price but I’m sure I will be returning soon.

I’ve done my full mechanical service at Jim Pattison Lexus Victoria (included oil change). I spent a lot of money there yesterday and next day my car had oil leak. They said car was fully inspected. Now I have to take my vehicle to have this problem fix.

I bought a car from Jim Pattison and I’m impressed of how everyone was very welcoming. But Franklin did go above and beyond with my whole experience of buying a new car. I haven’t bought a new car in over 20 years and dealing with Franklin made my experience so much better and will go back to him when buying my next new car. Even after I left the dealers with my new car, Franklin took the time to help me with questions I had. I would definitely recommend Franklin and the team when buying a new car.

I have been personally utilizing services at Lexus Victoria for years now! I keep going back because of the professional, courteous service I receive. Daniel Lamb just recently helped to get me in the 2023 Lexus 350 Sport (Cloudburst color) I absolutely love it! And so do all my friends. I wont be surprised if they buy one too!

**Update: Lexus management contacted me after this review to find out what happened and try to make things right. It’s gone a long way towards repairing the relationship, but there was a lot of reparation needed. We’ll see how it goes from here.

So done with Lexus service. Used to be the best. Now there’s no customer service. They don’t care whatsoever about their client’s business.

I had the pleasure working with Rosario D'Angelo (Product Advisor) the other day when I was travelling in Victoria. My car was not starting when I was at Sombrio Beach. I called Lexus Victoria hoping that I can speak to a technician to resolve the problem. The service department was closed by the time that I called so they transferred me to Rosario as he was available. I was completely amazed with his exceptional service and kindness- He helped me to look up the error messages through the manual, went out of the office to Facetime with me to show me where exactly the buttons are to jump start my car, and stayed incredibly patient and calm when called to double check in panic multiple times. He was a life saver and this is a well reserved 5-star review for him!

I purchased my sixth Lexus from Jim Pattison Lexus in October 2022. A 2022 ES 300h with premium features; autonomous braking, premium Mark Levinson sound system, sunroof, Palamino leather interior, and retractable mirrors.
This dealership has a tremendous sales team and in particular I would like to mention product advisor Lorenzo Vizor, who was once again on top of his game ensuring my experience was top notch.
The service team is first rate. In particular I would like to acknowledge Samantha Lamb who goes out of her way to ensure first rate customer service. She is engaging and dedicated to delivering a superior customer experience.

I purchased my fifth Lexus from Jim Pattison Lexus today. I know it's crazy because I purchased my fourth Lexus, a 2013 ES 350 in December. I went in for a detailing and while I was waiting I noticed that my dream car was on the lot; a 2019 ES 350 with a panoramic roof, autonomous braking and a premium Mark Levinson sound system and too many other options to list. Jimmy let me have it for the weekend and I was hooked. The 2019 Es 350 provided a driving experience second to none. Jim Pattison Lexus Victoria has set the bar high for Customer Service. I just moved to Victoria and my Lexus required servicing. Lexus Victoria choose not to charge for most of my services. Walked in unknown & frazzled, walked out feeling overwhelmed with the level of service!

I had amazing service from Pranav. I highly recommend this superb young man for his patient explanation of the features of my Lexus. I appreciated all the staff at Jim Pattison Lexus.

Mighty petite service center. JP took over couple years back and since then the dealership revamped. Now there are more staff and are better trained. Also more product selection and orders arrive mostly on time. Compare to the next closest dealership across straight, this one could have a better thought through waiting room for clients. Understandably land space in Victoria is scarce, while I do feel there’s a need for Lexus site expansion.

Daniel was very helpful during the sales process and Frank explained all the technology features of the vehicle with ease. Excellent experience all around!
