He was very patient with us, guiding us through each option and never hesitating to offer a test drive or anything that would help us better understand the vehicles! We bought here a used 2013 Kia, Rio on 18th Feb for $16,000. Two months later "Check Engine light" came after driving only 2000 K. When we contact salesman Shaq Shafiq who brought to the attention of Joseph Daou.

Very disappointing service experience with price gouging for parts. Lies about labour times required to complete work and inspections not completed that appeared on the invoice.

The salesperson, Yousif is pretty nice and professional. He helped me figure out all the questions I have and showed me various functions built in the vehicle. The overall exprience was great!

Thank you to Yousif, who sold a 2021 Volvo XC60 to my 77-year old mother. She needed extra care, and Yousif was very patient and kind with her. He was able to read the situation and act accordingly. He could see that he should come with us on the test drive. He heard her say that the seat wasn’t comfortable, so he suggested that she pull over. He adjusted the seat for her and she continued the test drive happily. Yousif took extra time to make sure my mother understood everything. He came in on his day off when she picked up the car and he explained everything. She was a bit overwhelmed with all the options for setting up the car, so he got the important things done and told her she could come back any time and he will help her. He is very good at listening to someone and responding to their individual needs. Thanks again, Yousif!

Worst experience ever, certainly don’t listen to concerns, give customer run around. How many times do you have to tell them something is not working and then order the wrong part, call customer with appointment only to find out it’s the wrong part. The arrogance of the parts department manager… unbelievable, not willing to do anything to reorder part or apologize for his incompetence ️ usually don’t post reviews but this has been extremely difficult and frustrating

This is the second Volvo I had bought from here in the last 5 months! The second deal had several conditions that they had agreed to, and they had delivered on it all.

Price was agreed to by Peter and Garry and was what I had paid. No extras!

My husband and I would like to share the exceptional service we received by Alan yesterday at Jim Pattison Volvo of Surrey. Unfortunately, our XC70 had an issue on HWY 99 on the way to Whistler. We were able to slowly drive it back to Surrey and get it looked at.turns out, a hose came loose and it was a pretty easy fix. We were so relieved to be able to get the car in and Alan was most helpful in addressing the problem and resolving it for us. What could have been a very disastrous day, ended up being pretty good all in all. Thank you Alan!

Amazing customer service. They don’t greet you or acknowledge you, they just ignore you and leave you alone. I went to this dealership around noon on June 1,2022. There were at least 5 employees. None of them said a single word to me when I walked in. Would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who would like to be treated terribly. Come experience it for yourself.

Had a great experience with JP Volvo. We put a down-payment on a vehicle we liked and when we found a vehicle at different dealer they were prompt with refunding out complete down-payment. Wonderful company I have no reservations in recommending this shop. Polite and gracious and knowledgeable.

Peter Nassar, Service Manager, at Volvo and Paul in Serivce have always given me the best Customer Service. They have exceeded my expectations over and over again. I would highly recommend this location.

Mike at the Service department is doing a exceptional job. I was very impressed by his friendliness and professionalism. He went extra miles gives detailed explanation of the issue so I can have a peace of mind. Very knowledgeable! He is the go-to person at volvo.

This place overly charges and what they claim needs fixing is questionable make sure you don't fix everything they suggest, I had been told my brakes pads had to be changed out that couldn't last for more than a year. It either the parts are horrible or I've been lied to so take a pick.

After servcing with them for a couple of years they start to ring up a list of repairs and each time I got my car back something else goes wrong with it (about 3-4 times now that require me to go back). With crazy prices they charge it seems they can't do a good job to keep the car running properly, or even check the most basic things like engine oil and water level. This is after I paid a 2000 repair bill on that.

I have not had a regular services for a couple of years now, each time I bring the car for a regular servoce they will come up with a list of things to fix and get slapped you with a bill over $800. Just for regular service!?

Volvo XC90 new to us and wanted a few extras installed. Paul Metry in the Service dept.was great to work with in getting our vehicle booked in on a Saturday and the parts brought in. Saturday they dropped us off where we needed to go while it was being serviced. Once we returned Peter Nassar took about an hour to go through our entire vehicle and run through all the features, options and setting up our profiles. Super friendly, personable and willing to help. Will be back for sure. Great job service team.

I just got my Volvo back. They had it for a few hours to replace a few items. I had never been in before and they remembered my name when I came to pick up my car. It was washed and the interior wiped down.
I have kids and my car was so messy so when I got into my car and saw how tidy and clean it was I felt so happy and grateful.

Excellent Service Department. Peter was very flexible to book me on a Saturday then Paul received my car on the day. Paul advised on the estimated time needed which was spot on, also recommended tire rotation and made sure my bill was accurate. Everyone kept their masks on making me feel safe to use the waiting area and coffee machine. Paul even passed on the free wifi password. The car was washed and vacuumed like never before. Will always get it here for service. Thank you Guys!

Both Pattison volvo dealerships Surrey and N Van are totally low ball dalers when it comes to trade ins. This dealership was $6000 lower than a cash offer I received from another dealership (not even buying a car), Gave me BS about wholesale etc. Yep Mr. Pattison is a billionaire wonder why?
