We have ordered from Jim's multiple times in the past. Since the new owners have taken over the service has really gone downhill. We ordered the "deal" with a large pizza, 2 dips and 2 pops. When we got there I sent my son in to pay and pick it up. When he returned to our vehicle he only had the pizza so I sent him back in to get the dips and pops. He again returned without them and said the guy inside (assuming the manager) said we didn't get a "deal". So I went inside myself, asked the guy where our pops and dips were, he stated we didn't get a deal without a cupon which I showed him on my phone, he insisged that the dips were in the box with the pizza and gave me 2 cans of pop. We returned home (my own fault for not checking first) to find that there was only 1 dip in the pizza box with the pizza and it wasn't even either of the dips we ordered.
What the heck happened? Changed owners? Pizza now has thin crust, 4 topping special went up 6 bucks. Used to be best pizza in town. When i phoned she said the price went up but i thought since you were honest about it i'll do it. I should have guessed something was fishy when all the deals page had no prices anymore. She said it will be ready in 15-20. I never clued into that either, normally i wait 45 minutes minimum and when i get there i still need to wait. First weird thing was the parking lot when i went to pick it up, its empty. Inside only one girl to be seen and only one pizza on the pickup rack. She never asked my name just gave me the pizza. Couldn't believe how empty the place was. Told her I won't be back.
Went there for the first time based on the review rating. Walk in customer and upon entering I was a bit turned off by how dirty and old the place looked. Pizza sauce in tubs sitting out in room temperature with no covers, pizza dough sitting out at room temperature laid out on racks. The customer service was great. Overall, the food was good. I'm glad pizza is cooked at such a high temperature or I might have been hesitant to eat it. The dough and sauce were great, and they are not skimpy on the toppings. There were a few burnt tasting parts of the crust which are signs of the pizza pans not being cleaned properly, but overall it was good and way better than Little Caesars.
We have had pizza several times before with no problem, Haf ordered 2 pizzas they only prepared one, The pizza was not very good, dry crust, messy and globed together sauce. Was really disappointed with service and quality.
The food is so good, it’s by far the best I’ve had in chilliwack, but lately I’ve noticed that what I order and what I get isn’t what I ordered lol, you guys seem a little confused lately. Maybe just take a breath and calm down and just make great food, just like you always do, it’s nice and great to be busy but communication is the key. Great work and thanks for good Italian food Enjoy
Very disappointed with this place. Pizza was awful! Thin crust with zero toppings. We were excepting a lot better. We used to love Jim’s pizza in Fort Langley, this was no where close to that. 711 has better pizza then this place. Will not return.
First time trying. Pizza would have been great if the dough actually rose! Something happened that it didn’t and was very doughy and raw. The size of the pizza was not extra large and I paid $80 for two pizzas. I called the business complaining about the size and was advised it wasn’t stretched properly. The business made it right and charged me for two large pizzas instead and was reimbursed $20. After the call I bit into to the pizza realizing it was not cooked properly and dough was terrible. This is probably the reason the dough wasn’t stretched because it couldn’t be stretched for whatever reason that was wrong with it, wrong temperature of the dough or not enough east. Downtown Chilliwack location
Tried the $22,4-topping large deal (x2) and picked them up. Pizza was ok, nothing special, especially comparred to the Langley location which is excellent. Biggest issue was when I entered the store, was met by a hairy, shirtless man at the counter and the store seemed staffed by middle-school kids. They all looked to be around 12-14. Terrible first impression and won't be going back.
Pizza crust was awful. Like it didn't rise or something. Toppings were all in centre not all way out to edge. Halfway through a slice just eating crust.
One of worst pizzas I ever had. Won't go back.
Place seemed to be run by kids. Nobody noticed when you come in. I don't think they care. Got feeling the place wasn't clean.
2 for 1 deal.prices are not 2 for 1. They are more like 2 for a little bit more. Weird.
This was my first and last visit. Good place to stay away from.
Pizza is great, haven’t had a bad pizza in the bit I’ve been ordering from here. Staff are incredibly friendly, and assist you right away, couldn’t be happier with Jim’s.
This is the best pizza, I moved away from chilliwack many years ago, and I loved it when I lived there, every time we visit chilliwack I always have to get Jim’s pizza. I love the little dough ball put in the middle, the crispy bottom of the crust and all around flavor! I wish there was one in Edmonton!
As a truck driver I tried to place a order for delivery but they came up with bunch of excuses to cancel my order, very disappointing but I survived without their pizza.
Great pizza but one xl at $42 00? Way more than last time. Too expensive for us. They told us their prices recently changed. We'll try competitors next time to compare.
Tried to check online, but w/e's going on, the website is down.seems there's a problem with it's java setup.at least that's my guess.and trying to order over the phone w/o seeing a menu was like pulling teeth.add to that, the facebook page only gives the young rd #, not the one closer to me.
Went in yesterday after pre-ordering the pizza. I was early and paid then and there, and told the young man who was in his early teens I would just wait in the car. A few minutes later he rushed out letting me know my order was ready. He was extremely polite, customer service level was top notch, and even offered to help carry out my three pizzas and 2L of pop. For someone his age, he did better than most well “aged” adults working in other customer service jobs. Talk about a well rounded young man. Good on them for hiring him! I even had to crack the joke asking if he was the boss.
I’ve been ordering from Jim’s pizza for more than 10yrs.now & in the last 5 months I’ve been denied delivery 3x CRAZY! Your pizza is great delivery to Cultus Lake is a joke! Amazing to lose a customer of 10+ UNBELIEVABLE!
Terrible service. Spent 5min on hold, placed order. Waited 25mins only to be called back and told that the jurisdiction was split yada yada and that we would have to call the young rd location. Upon calling the young rd location I was told that they don’t deliver here, it’s the Vedder location…. After explaining what happened the girl at young rd offered nicely to call your location back and nothing was done other than apologizing for the mistake, to HER, and said that our order would be sent out in about 1hr and 15mins. Absolutely unacceptable. After this experience I would not recommend anyone eat here regardless of how good the food is or isn’t. How does a business operate with such deplorable customer service. The employee from Young rd was amazing and was angry at the situation and lack of response from your location as well. I will be leaving a nice review for their location.
This old mainstay of Sardis is definitely showing its age but in a charming way. Outside and inside its old and tired, dark and cramped but is meant as a pick up and go location so that's expected.
I had a large vegetarian on a tuesday afternoon. Quality and quantity for the money, fair. Not mind blowing or great, but fair.
The crust, a bit thin, a bit dry and bready, but not near as bad as a panago crust. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't superb.
Generous toppings and cheese amounts. Overall flavour, good.
Service was great. All younger girls staffing it and honestly they did a bang up job as assembly, prep, and cook level goes. Great service. Friendly, fast, and smiling always all of them.
I'll definitely be back. It's definitely the best pizza I've found in Chilliwack and Sardis forsure. Though it's not in my top 10 of pizza places ever, it's still pretty gosh darn good, dag Gummit!
