Delighted to find that they have quite a range of vegan products, including muffins, a cookie, and a couple of wraps. Lots of options, and the chocolate zucchini muffin I got was delicious and moist.

Exceptional coffee and the morning I went I found the cashier to be particularly kind and helpful.

My favourite coffee spot in downtown Vancouver! The staff is always so friendly and kind. I am always greeted with big smiles and care! The location reminds me of a classic “cabane à sucre”, brings nostalgia and joy. And they always have treats for my dogs, which is a great bonus! The coffee and pastries are soooo delicious. Recently tried the croissant, I loved it!

Best Americano you can get tbh, including all the bougie craft coffee places. Love their dark roast selections. Wraps are great value too and made with well sourced ingredients

My mother in law took me to this place saying it's one of her favourite coffee brands!

I liked their coffees but was a little underwhelmed! She later told me it's generally better! So I guess I'll give it another try!

The employees were swift and we didn't have to wait long! This outlet has a lot of room to just walk around and enjoy your coffee!

JJ Bean is my favourite Vancouver coffee chain, but it's the staff that make this place 5 stars. Thanks for making my morning walk to work a little brighter guys!

One of my favorite coffee places in downtown. Their coffee and sandwiches taste fantastic! This place has a lot of space outside so it's nice to come when the weather is good too. Staff here are also great, always smiley and friendly.

I rather go to Starbucks at least I get smiles when I walk in and give my order. The staff here and all of jj bean I been to do not know how to say “thanks” and have a nice day. They also don’t know what smiling is

This gem right downtown outside the CBC building. Staff is quirky and very friendly and outgoing. It’s outdoors so wear your coat! They have a lovely patio when the weather is agreeable. And the treats are yummy with lunch and breakfast options. Spoiler alert! You may run into your favourite CBC on air staffer!

I work nearby, so I often come to buy coffee/breakfast almost everyday. In the past, the coffee and service attitudes were very good, but since they changed employees in recent months, the service attitude of these new employees is not nice/friendly, I have already encountered several bad service attitudes within this month. They ruined my whole morning every time when I have this kind of service. I am wondering if I should continue to go to JJ.

The espresso drinks are good. The muffins are delicious (one muffin is enough for breakfast). I like the peach one myself. The ranchero breakfast wrap is a must try!

The best for last, the staff are amazing!

Consistently good coffee, fun & friendly staff & some good food actually too. Nice spot in summer to chill in the sunshine and listen to live music next door:)

JJ Bean has the best coffee in BC, as far as I'm concerned. Warm, full bodied flavours, and aromas. Healthy, and sweet snacks. The smell of the coffee made from freshly roasted beans is so enticing. Especially compared to the smell of all other brewed coffees, the majority in which have been roasted far from their brewing location. An excellent diversity in staffing at all locations, whom are friendly, informative, as well as all around pleasant people to interact with on a daily basis. I would give a higher star rating if I could. Definitely recommend to all residents and tourists alike!
