Customer service is some of the best i’ve received from any establishment in town. They were kind, and prompt, with great communication. Will 100% use again!

I had dropped my jacket off to dry clean and was told it would take a week. I went to pick it up 10 days later and it was not finished. I received an apology and then went to pick it up a few days later. I paid for the purchase but at no point in time was I told that my toggle button broke and was instead placed in my jacket pocket to discover. I received no discount or compensation. This could have easily been handled more appropriately.

The entrance is not marked well in a shared building. Hint, it's on the right down the stairs. There is a small arrow pointing to the door with no signage. Drop my laundry off and was done the same day. Even washed and folded my laundry bag! Very please with the service.

Fast and efficient, priced well, easy and next day service. This is a great business!

A machine malfunctioned resulting in damage to my comforter and they had absolutely no issues fixing the problem. Great customer service.
