Plus, their new permanent jewellery service is a great asset to have in West Kelowna! I’ve had 2 bracelets for months and they haven’t tarnished or broken!

The service at JK is amazing. My wife and I just had custom rings made for her. Jackie made us feel so welcome and worked closely with us to decide on a final design. We supplied our own main diamond and they took care of the rest. From the beginning to the end, the journey was amazing and seamless. We can't thank Jackie enough, and we are not easily pleased. If you are ever considering custom jewelry, Jackie will get you what you need. You won't be disappointed.

they worked for months with my husband to design a beautiful and completely unique engagement ring to surprise me with and helped me create his wedding band to match.we’ve bought various pieces over the years and they help us clean, maintain and sometimes repair every one.when we come in, we are treated like family and we love them for it! I have a ring that I had worn for 13 years and NEVER took it off. The ring was way out of round and I went in to get it rounded out. They looked at it through their loop and recommended that I have the two end diamonds (of 5) re-clawed and the ring re-rhodium plated. So, I did. It was like brand new again. Several months after constant wear again, a diamond fell out. I did not recall hitting or catching my hand on anything so I do not know where or when it happened. The. 33 diamond was replaced at no charge! That is the sort of customer service you do not see anymore. Thank You!

I wanted to have something made special for my daughter and from the second Krista answered the phone i was treated like royalty. She took the time to explain things to me and give me different ideas. Sent me pictures and had the perfect design done for me within minutes. She even stayed at work late to meet with me. Krista is hands down the girl you need to see there! All of the staff is amazing, helpful and friendly.
