I had pedicure with Amy. After 8-9 years having her for my mother and for my pedicure, I always are happy because she knows how to do it.
My last experience with other girl, probably a new one in the nail salon, was terrible.
So, I went back with Amy today and I am pleased.

It’s been 25 years of me getting my nails done professionally I’ve been to salons all over the lower mainland and abroad and this salon is truly amazing I’ve came here 6 times all with different girls doing my nails and I’ve been impressed! This NEVER happened at any salon. Usually nail salons here have one really good person and the rest are hit n miss or just ok. Here it’s so cute n cozy inside the ladies are all friendly n sweet and they even do amazing hand drawn art on nails. It’s annoying when u see someone post a bad review when they might just be a bad customer and have a bad attitude or don’t know anything about how nails are done. Don’t trust these recent bad reviews. Coming from someone who’s had this much experience getting nails done professionally, trust me when I say this place is GEM

First time with Lynn! Great attention to detail the red I picked out wasn’t the exact shade I wanted she recommended a better shade of red!

Had these nails for literally a week when they started to break one by one.
Materials are not of the highest quality and I am really concerned about getting nail fungus.

Although they have a great costumer service, but can’t trust my nails to them.

I've just got my nails done today at JM Nails again and very happy as usual! I have been coming here for almost a year, they are very kind, welcoming and talented. They have so many colors, designs and rhinestones. I am super PICKY with my nails and customer service but I totally love coming here. Highly recommend this place! 5 stars of course!

This is my first time at this nail salon, firstly I love the asthenic of this place, it’s bright, pretty and clean. I got a pedicure which was so relaxing, especially when they massage the lotion into your legs with hot stones. The price is reasonable for everything you’re getting. I also love the text msg reminders of when your appointment is. I will definitely be back again. Sarah was my technician and she was professional, knowledgeable and over all had great energy.

Just had my wedding nails done here! Every one of the staff was lovely and my nails look fantastic! The rose and gold leaf design on my nails is so delicate and beautiful. Thank you to Emily and the team.

My eyes hurt and uncomfortable while I was doing eyebrow extensions here, and I didn't feel good because I received it from a person. The price is higher than before and I will not go again because I don't like

People you have to be careful choosing this nail salon because people there, are not doing their job well.and if you are dissatisfied they blame your nails. Also the color for the nail polish that you choose in the beginning they say in the end that we do’nt have it.

I have never had such poor customer service. I used to visit this salon frequently.
Through their website, I scheduled two appointments for today last week. When I arrived there were not reserved chair for me and they asked me to sit on the pedicure chair!

Despite the fact that I had time reserved I received my nail service in an inappropriate manner on a pedicure chair.
Because of a technical issue with their website, which had scheduled one hour for two appointments, they refused to provided service to my daughter. They finally admitted that it was a problem with their website and apologised after arguing with us for about 30 minutes.
Given that I wasted my daughter’s time and she didn't received any services. That was a humiliating circumstance for me in front of my daughter. I would never back to this place again.

I am a regular at JM Nails and always come to see Emily for my monthly visit. When I tell you that there’s no better nail salon I can recommend in Coquitlam I really truly mean it! I usually bring very fancy and complicated designs and Emily never fails to make me delighted with the results she brings me.
