It was friendly and the price was cheap.
It was comfortable because there were Korean staff as well.

They lent me a very nice bicycle. It was in good condition and Stanley Park was running smoothly.

The staff made our trip around Stanley Park enjoyable from the start. Friendly, welcoming, easy access to sea front, and efficient check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend!

I took the bike that they chose for me and I had a very nice experience with it. The weather was sunny and beautiful my entire ride. It was my first time in Canada and I saw a lot of beautiful places around Stanley Island. I got lost a few times, but it was worth it. I saw a lot more of Vancouver than I planned. I also had a very nice experience with the guys there, who were very nice.

I wanted to rent and ride an E-bike for the first time. They took a $250 deposit from me. The minimum rental time was 2 hours.

After taking the E-bike for a test ride around the corner, I realized I wasn't comfortable using it for the first time as a rental. They kindly offered a regular bike instead.

My experience riding around Stanley Park was enjoyable, and I spent nearly 2 hours, with stops for photographs and enjoying the scenic views.

The location is conveniently close to the park, but they recommend walking the bike until you reach the actual bike path, which is only a short 2-minute walk away.

Overall, a positive experience with accommodating staff.

This is a great spot to rent regular bike and e-bikes. They were very comfortable and service was easy and fast. The employees are very kind and chatty. They
make sure you are comfortable before heading off with the bike. If definitely rent from there again and take a nice stroll on Stanley park. Watch out for other bikers or crowded times!

We went to Jo-E Bike Rentals in April 2023 to rent bikes to ride around Stanley Park. We returned our bikes 20 minutes late for a two-hour rental and they didn't charge us any extra. Very nice and helpful staff there and we will go back again for sure next time when we need bikes to ride in Vancouver downtown.

The entire experience was both easy and fast. All the staff are awesome. We rented a tandem bike and went around the seawall in about an hour. It was a perfect day with incredible views. I highly recommend Joe e Bikes and the seawall.

The staff is very friendly and speaks Korean well, so even those who have difficulty in English can use it. There are many bicycles, so they recommend the right bicycle for each person. I plan to go to Stanley Park again and rent it here again.

There is nothing better than a bicycle to enjoy Stanley Park, and among the nearby bicycle rental shops, there is nothing better than Joy Bike Rental Shop. The staff were friendly and kind, and when I told them I was a beginner and not very good at riding a bike, they even recommended the perfect bike for me. In addition, we rented a tandem bicycle and this was also a very satisfying experience. If you want to enjoy some leisure time in Stanley Park, we highly recommend using Joy Bike Rental Shop.

Excellent experience with Jo-E Bike Rentals! We rented two e-bikes and went to Granville Market as well as taking the seawall trail around Stanley Park. The bikes did fantastic and allowed us to do more than we normally would have been able to do. Excellent service, helpful instructions, and directions!
