I couldn't find a word to describe about the staffs at Jo Hair Studio, everyone is perfect, patient, good heart, they are not selling wig, they are more personal designer, they will tell you which one is good for you and which one not, I really appreciate Vivian help me choose the right wig, really thank Jessica to setting up my wig even though I said "good" but she was not satisfy still.) Highly recommended Vivian to be your consultant if you are looking for wig or topper.

I must admit I was nervous about going into a salon and showing my hair (or lack of!) in all its glory. I was blessed with beautiful thick and full hair but sadly thyroid problems (Hashimotos) gradually melted my hair away. I didn’t know what to do. I was lucky to get a hairstylist who had a similar problem who suggested I should check out Jos Hair. It took me a while thinking about it as I had visions of middle aged men with those amazing comb overs or what looked like dead animals on their heads.
But I finally reached a point where I just had to give them a try. Thank goodness I did! Melissa did an amazing job. She was so patient and definitely talented.
I am so happy with my new look. I feel like me again - only a better version.
Cannot thank everyone there enough. Just excellent. Now I can’t wait to start living life without a hat again.

Wow, what an incredible experience and what a top-notch service! I have been so stressed out about my extreme hair loss over the past year which caused me to lose 90% of my super think hair. This experience today made me relaxed and happy after months of stressing out. This has been a lifechanging experience for me. I'm in my early 30's and have been losing my hair for years. I didn't realize how much it losing my hair took away from my confidence until I put on a wig today. I was on fire. My husband even cried because he said he hasn't seen me feel that good about myself in years. I can't recommend Jo Hair Studio enough - especially Melissa - such an amazing experience.

I’m an 18 year old girl with alopecia, in the span of the last year I lost all my hair, eyebrows and eyelashes. Hair loss is a touchy subject yet the lack of remorse or care from the workers at JO hair studio is honestly disgusting. As a wig studio you should be able to make people feel comfortable when dealing with hair loss, but it was quite the opposite. I had two wigs from them that both completely fell apart within months, overpriced with awful quality. I have left the store crying in frustration and the lack of communication is unprofessional to say the least. Also have had cameras shoved in my face when uncomfortable. I was told I would get one of my wigs that fell apart back, and then when I asked about it I was told I am making things up. Respectfully you have made my hair loss journey significantly worse and no human should be treated with that little human decency. Especially as a teenage girl, you are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered and I will never be stepping foot in your store again.
