I’ve known joe pratap most of my life. I went to elementary school and high school with him. I was looking for a house to buy in chilliwack in my budget using joe pratap as my realtor we found the perfect house and both agreed we must see this listing. He was on it right away we got a showing the next day was a few years ago now. I was planning on going to whistler that weekend he informed me know don’t go if want this house I’ll sell right away it’s a great deal. He suggested since house was going to sell for over asking so put my best offer I was comfortable paying for this house. What you know I paid exactly what I wanted for this house and almost three years laters I couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t of got the house without joes years of knowledge in the real estate market.
