John's Pan Pizza, Steveston Village (Richmond, BC)

This place used to be good. Now they skimp on all the toppings so you get a lightly coated crust that has very little flavour. The change in ownership has certainly not kept-up to the previous standards. Will not order again.

Love what the new owners have done to jazz up the place. Pizzas taste great and looking forward to trying their new menu items.

Wonderful food and service. The staff are soooo friendly and nice. Pizza was yummy and fresh. Reasonable price with quality foods. We will definitely come back!

I ordered a gluten free pizza & it was quite delicious! They offer a huge choice of toppings & the lovely server even offered more choices after I asked to hold the green peppers! And bonus…I’d parked in the Pharmasave (& other businesses) parkade just before 6 & didn’t notice the sign so was locked out. I went back to John’s & he (the server) unlocked the gate to my freedom…& wouldn’t accept a tip!

This is the best pizza store is the whole of steveston imo. Always warm, an the pizzas are. The most worth it I've seen.absoloutly coming back

My friend’s friend took a funny photo of him while he was here. Pizza was hanging out of his mouth but it looked really good so I thought I needed to pay a visit. I decided to do so, and oh my, this pizza is sooooooo’ S-tier. Love it!

Excellent pizza, consistent and great value! It's nice for Steveston to have a high quality pizza place that doesn't take itself too seriously and doesn't charge $$$$ for their product. We already have one of those in the village but we got tired of paying a lot of money for fancy named pizzas ;) Thanks John, keep up the great work!

Nice little pizza outlet. Not a real dine in place since only 4 on a table and counter tops. It's more of a take out place. Ordered the pesto supreme which was good. The carnivore which just ok. It's an all meat pizza bit I found it a bit lacking in meat. Then we also ordered the cheese pizza which good. All in all it's good pizza. Good for take out.
