Optimum points at pump asks for phone number if you're without card, but your prompted to insert card after entering number. Pump can't print receipt, which then requires waiting 10 minutes in line for one. Can't buy car wash from pump, so suppose have to wait inside anyway. Car wash leaves tons of areas completely unwahsed.

Service is second to none and super friendly. Oh wait - that’s me at the self-serve gas pump. I’ve never been in the store.

I really like the store services. Shiva helped me a lot to get my stuff and was very friendly. He was very cooperative.

Got gas and went throught the car wash.basic wash is 10 bucks.make sure you watch the timer at the end when the dryer is on to get all the time you paid for.i was satisfied with the wash.

Lack of parking if you want to buy something other than gas can be a real issue. They say they take 7 eleven cards but you can't redeem anything there.

Do not buy carwash vouchers here as they expire in JUST TWO MONTHS, and there are no refunds or reissues. What a total ripoff.

Nice average Esso nothing special. They do get alot of traffic tho for gas Sonu might have to wait in line depending on the time of day.

When I burned my whole hand the staff refused to help. It took 5 minutes of screaming in pain before one of the staff members directed me towards the sink. Beyond this one incident, the staff are rude, they ignore your questions like "hey, can I get 2 fives instead of a 10 with my change", or "where is _" and they refuse to bag items until requested, even if you have 10 items on the counter.

The worst gas station ever! The cashier forces you to buy things to get some coin changes, even the coins are used for gas pressure.

I bought ten times car wash tickets but their staff didn't remind me there was an expiration time for no more than two months. I only wash my car once a month. I talked with their manager and she agreed to get me free wash every time I give them any of rest of the tickets. She kept the commitment only once and then she rejected to give me further free wash any more by saying all the rest of the tickets were used ones instead of expried ones. I don't know why she did that. If she doesn't want to give me any free washes, she doesn't have to say that. I never cheat. I never go to this gas station any more. Too bad experience.

I would like the signs on the building to be fixed.dont think its called tim ho.also this is not a rundown area please act accordingly.
