Would not suggest using these brokers. Purchased a new vehicle and the lady that helped me totally screwed up the insurance.long story short we were not happy at all with the whole situation. Was handled very poorly and not professional at all. Please take your business elsewhere!

I purchased a car a year ago in Burnaby and even though I'm not local to the area, Rachael reached out to me regarding my renewal which was due in about 3 weeks. I had been putting off trying to book an appointment with my local insurance company for a week because of the hassle involved with Covid restrictions, the office being closed, appointment times, etc. Rachael offered to complete the entire process remotely via email, even worked around my schedule when I was too busy at the time of her initial call.

The process was completely painless with a few emails being sent back and forth and my decals are in the mail. Rachael was amazing to work with and saved me so much stress and hassle. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to do their insurance this way if possible.

Lady helping us was new and had some troubles which was totally fare. Manager helping her was rude to her and us. We did a transfer on a vehicle that we sold. They took our plates and we believed everything was cancelled and completed. 3 month later just realized they are still taking money and they are telling me that it was never cancelled and just renewed.

The staff here are so welcoming and quick to solve your every need. Ashley has been handling my vehicle insurance for years and is always quick to let me know how or when I could be saving money.

Late last night, I had to add my son to my insurance. I called the David Ave office after 8pm, hoping they weren’t closed
A lady by the name of Sherry answered and was very helpful and said she could do that right away

I kept apologizing for keeping her from closing
She kept saying don’t worry, it’s ok!
What a star employee!
The whole process took maybe 5 mins.

I came here to process a private sale transfer and the lady working was very rude and had poor customer service skills.
It was an uncomfortable experience as she was trying to rush me out of the office, I wouldn't come back due to the level of unprofessionalism.

Completely unethical staff. Processed my family renewal after calling three months ago to cancel. I Did not receive a cancellation form nor did I receive my renewal documents from them or I would have called back again stating I needed this cancelled. I have now paid a total of $552 for insurance I already have with icbc. Do not get your insurance from here.there are far more superior brokerages in the nearby areas. I highly recommend not to do business with this office as calling for issues leads to you having to defend yourself and essentially prove your not at fault.

Ask them about about their zero deductible policy as it saved me money and I now have no deductible on my house insurance or my car insurance.

Never go there again! Worst places ever for customer services! Employees were never trained well, don't know what they are doing, taking forever to finish one simple thing. Only because it was near by, we started our insurance there, nightmare! Slow, bad communication, forgot to put my files in the system, manager refuse to admit they did wrong, both parties were mad. Thought give them another chance, another female employee started our request to add one more thing in, she does not know what to do and how to do, then she forgot how to log in, asking help around, finally she told us how much and asked us to pay, also asking my wife's driver's license, which she did not bring that with her, told us coldly and carelesslly, then we asked how come she did not say that intially instead of waiting for nothing, then she started saying how bad we were there a couple times there, said she had been in here for so long, told us to leave to go to another JM. Worst experience for customer services ever! If nothing goes wrong, then they are just a little slow, if anything goes wrong, they will blame all on you!
