Great place to deal with, once past the language barrier for a couple newer staff members it's back to business. Have dealt with all my insurance needs at this location for over 40+ yrs. Used to love the ins.runners that would come to you. Need that service back, hopefully 1 day. Great staff always someone to greet you upon entering and fairly quick & efficient with your ins.needs. Quick in & out service.

I reccomend dealing with Mai. She was referred to my by my previous insurance rep. She was professional, efficient, but mainly empathetic. I was really impressed with her service.

The worst insurance place I’ve been to. Workers are rude and gang up on you when they just explained things incorrectly and tried to tell me I was wrong. They get upset at at me for being confused. Hostile environment, it was a terrible experience.

Terrible communication. I've been with them for 4 years and they poorly communicate every time.the first year they didn't send out my booklet with insurance details at all and gave me attitude on the phone saying their record show it was mailed out.well I'm telling you I never got it. They didn't properly inform me of my insurance needing to be renewed or the renewal deadline so they cancelled it weeks before the end date and I had to pay a fee to re-instate it for another year. The next few times they kept sending me an agreement to sign with the wrong information that we had just confirmed over the phone. I kept having to go through it and change a ton of details.
This year I called weeks in advance and left a voicemail to the person who handles my insurance, directly to her phone extension because I needed information on my renewal. It's been 3 weeks, my renewal was automatically started for another year and I never heard back from her.
Every year I tell myself it's the last year I put up with them and every year they screw around with me at the time of renewal so I just sign again out of annoyance. If I get the chance next year, I'm definitely changing to another location or a different company altogether.

Fast service, plain and simple. In and out, just how I like it. We insure everything through them. They always manage to get our home insurance lower everytime we renew it.

I initially picked Johnston Meier for auto insurance simply based on proximity and so far, have had no issues and am pleased with their service.

It's what you expect from any insurance place, with friendly and knowledgeable staff that are kind enough to keep a small assortment of tools for anyone changing vehicle plates.

The only thing I would suggest is maybe an upgrade to their phone systems, as I've gotten a couple messages that sounded like the phone was in a blender. But that might be a VOIP thing they have no control over.

I wanted a new home insurance policy for my townhome and was struggling to find the right one. I contacted Johnston Meier, Maple Ridge and connected with Naina. She helped me choose the right policy for me while providing options if I wanted to opt for another one.
I was unavailable for calls but Naina made sure that I get my home insurance when I wanted. It was great working with her and definitely look ahead to working with her in the future.

When I say Life saver, I mean it! I recently bought a commercial property and ran into an unforeseen circumstance that was not flagged by my lawyer. I needed commercial insurance in place before the bank could release my money, I had a total of 10 days to figure it out and after 7 days being shut down by other insurers I was referred to Garrin Mang from Johnston Meier. He quickly got to work and pulled all the cards he could with the underwriter, long story short with only a few hours left before I lost over 160k in trust, Garrin pulled through and hand delivered our insurance package to my lawyers office with minutes to spare. I can not say enough about Garrin and his calm and proffessional customer service. I'm happy to say I have switched all of my commercial liability insurances over to JM and will be staying with them too!

Got my bike insurance there recently. Good, fast n right. Well really they are all the same but these people are nice.
