Downhill since new owners took over. Rotten vegetables, burnt baking products, out of date stock, mouse droppings. I would give a zero star if it was possible.

Place went downhill fast, used to be a regular but the new owners completely ruined the place.

Since the new owners have taken over this place has completely gone off the rails! Half thawed meat because freezer was unplugged they just re-froze it. Expired food, poor customer service, dirty dirty store are just some of the things! Avoid this place like the plague!

New owners are absolutely terrible and should not be aloud to operate any sort of buisness.all sandwiches are soggy with brown mushy lettuce, moldy cheese or how about all of the dairy products being expired due to not repairing their coolers? Rodent feces in the produce section and the list continues to go on and on and even after reporting such atrocities the staff just smile and wave as they clearly don’t understand english & can almost guarantee not one of them have their food safe or things would be operating much more smoothly.definitely violates health and safety codes aswell as city infringements due to all the litter they leave around the lot.this place should be inspected & foreclosed

Bought three subs to go on our day trip and the three of us were still eating them well into the afternoon. Absolutley loaded with everything, we all were very verbal and very full with the quality, price and taste, way to go Jolly

Downhill Fast!
This place USED TO be great. The pizza's USED TO be good and the bakery fresh. The cakes USED TO be amazing. No longer, since new ownership.

Got a giant bite of onion peel in a pizza. Produce is no longer fresh, often moldy. And the final straw for us was a disgustingly moldy cake and slimey doughnuts. What a shame!

We used to love going to the Jolley market since we are so close but since changing owners a few years ago it has not been the same. We don't mind going there for snacks or pop but we don't get anything from the deli or anything else anymore. We used to frequent their subs, buns, cookies, meat pies.not the same.

I used too love this store but since new ownership or whatever happened the food has been going bad and the stuff in the freezer is freezer burnt but everyone is friendly just the products aren't being tooken care of, bakery is still amazing

Unfortunate. Purchased some frozen veg today, got home only to find that the bag had clearly been thawed and refrozen. Called to discuss a refund, got hung up on.
Definitely not a product issue- western family has a guarantee on their product, and I've never had an issue buying WF Frozen foods from other stores.

More like Jankey Market. Not what it was a year ago. New ownership is cheaping out for in store made stuff and other things. Went to get burger to make burgers. All the beef was grey… like grey grey. The guy said oh it’s was fine yesterday, 1 day past it’s date. Why would I spend my good money on expired meat amongst other principles that come into question? So we opted for a take home pizza. The pizzas are smaller than before and the new ownership cheaps out on toppings. There is like 20 crumbs of ground beef on our pizza when before the toppings were properly portioned across the entire pizza. The pizza is also like 1/3 crust. Probably won’t go back.

It was good the times it had the original owner, but people are nice, pizza is OK, subs are good.

Well like everyone has said the new ownership really shows they don’t care about this place or customers, sad as everyone’s loved the place over the years

We bought cookies from Jolley Market but they were completely burnt! My kids were looking forward to these cookies and it almost ruined their Thanksgiving. They were cancer cookies. (Review by Natalie)
