Yummy yummy chicken (crispy but juicy and flavourful). Better than kfc.pretty good prices too

Chicken was good, pies were great. For fast-food it was top notch. Way better than KFC. Most everything else is normal or as expected.

Not for your 30min break, it’s like fine dining of fast food! Get your act together especially your service!

If you like fried chicken a must try. If you don't eat chicken or beef like myself, you can only get the pie or fries. Both good.

Mid chicken place had me waiting forever. Expensive. I mean for the chicken it’s iverpriced. Also what’s up with the ketchup?

Got the 6 piece 28.99 bucket deal. The fried chicken was spicy and delicious. The meat was tender and the batter crispy. The spiciness level was tasty and not overly done, but might hurt later though if you have too many pieces. Would say the chicken is better than Church’s, Hifive, Popeyes and definitely better than Mary Brown’s. Can’t exactly compare with Korean fried chicken as those are a bit different style.

They have some nice desserts such as mango pie that I’d like to try next time. The fries were quite sad though, looked pale and not fresh or not fried enough. The gravy was good, and the mashed potato was just alright.

The fried chicken sandwich is nice, and the staff is helpful. However, the contribution noises outside the building really damaged our hearing. You can only leave the outdoor seats to get rid of it.

Jollibee chicken I remember was juicy and full of flavour. Unfortunately, this one isn’t. Fast delivery tho.

Usually Fried food is unhealthy but taste good. At Jolibee it’s unhealthy and taste gross. Almost as bad as if all my friends were feeling like puking after eating their chicken. Salty doesn’t mean it tastes good. Why paying for Jolibee when you have salt in your kitchen cabinet? Yes that bad.

Been here twice while it was relatively busy so the food came out hot and freshly cooked. Had the 3piece spicy with fries. Nice and nice. And I like how the don't drown their fries in salt like a lot of place tend to. Staff are friendly and place is clean

Chicken sandwich was saddening. Like it was deep fried in tears and covered in a sauce of bland mediocrity

Was on my bucket list of places to go, that didn't disappoint! Delicious! Highly recommend!

The price is good but the chicken looks like it is not well cooked. I gave it a try but I won't go back again.

I hadn’t tried Jollibee before and this is one of my new favourite fast food joints. Spicy fried chicken so good! The coconut mango pie is amazing too! This location is quite noisy with the subway project construction nearby.

The day I went with my wife, their credit and debit system was down.
Super slow as we stood in line behind about 25-30 people.
30 min wait to try a couple of the famous pies.
I'll go again to try everything else.hopefully it will be a better experience

Yesterday (May 4) I ordered online 3buckets of 10pcs jolly fried chicken on my way unfortunately when I arrived I saw the employees outside waiting for the manager who’s in charge to open the store it’s already 9: 30ish I supposed to pick up my order around 9: 37am this gives so much hassle and stress to me and to my colleague that I asked to pick up my order before she go to work because I couldn’t make it that I also need to go to work.
That was my birthday treat to my colleagues so I didn’t cancel it. And I want them to try the jolly fried chicken. Thanks to her! She was able to pick up.
And to the manager who’s in charge.

Familiar food for people from the Philippines. Conveniently located on Broadway close to the 10th avenue bikeway. Construction of the Broadway line is still ongoing but they're open.

While back, I was traveling in the Philippines. I didn't know this place was so popular when I went in, and the food was so great!
As I had this back in Vancouver, it made me nostalgic. Of course, the food was great!
We had fried chickens, spaghetti, burger stakes, fries, and mashed potato.
I don't know what was in it, but their gravy was beyond my expectations.
Meals are not as cheap as fast food, but it was worth it.
Wish they had more deals or coupons so that I would come more.

Crowded. Not enough seats. They should have picked a larger place.

Food tastes different than the downtown one. Not sure if it was different batter or different oil.

Haven't tried the surrey one yet. That's next.

I had the two piece chicken meal with mash potatoes, peach mango pie and a pineapple drink.

The chicken wasn't great. Comparable to KFC no where near somewhere like Juke. My meal was 14.99 and a 6 piece bucket was 19.99 so not great value. The mash potatoes were tiny and not very good. I loved the pineapple drink which was the best part of the meal. The pie was good. Very similar to a McDonald's pie but better flavor and more expensive ($3.49 on its own).

I had high expectations for my first time here and it absolutely did not disappoint. The food here is so good! The chicken was juicy and the chicken sandwich was super good too! Be careful, the individual spicy chicken is spicier than I thought it would be, but great in the sandwich. Can’t decide if I like the Spaghetti or Palabok Fiesta better - the Palabok reminds me of a Taiwanese dish that I love. My only complaint is that the Coconut Pineapple Pie was a let-down - wasn’t sure what flavours I was getting but the pie was very doughy. Looking forward to my next visit
