Food was pretty good. We ordered the Jolly Crispy Chicken Combo (3 pcs 2 sides) and here are my ratings:

Spaghetti 3/5
Nothing wrong with it, just not to my preference as I’d prefer it to be a little less sweet

Fries 4/5

Mango Pineapple pie 5/5

Gravy 4/5
Bit too salty for my liking

Overall the food was pretty good but the wait time was 20 minutes which is a lot to a fast food chain. We ordered right away as there was no line and only about 3-4 orders in front of us yet it still took about 20 minutes. Just wish they would work on the efficiency.

Went in 30 minutes before close and they said they wouldn’t make anything new because they had already cleaned the fryers. Why even be open if you aren’t going to serve food dawg

I love Jollibee in The Philippines and my expectations are really high when Jollibee opened here in BC. Happy to have them here as it always feels, smells and tastes like home. During my last visit at the King George, Surrey I was not very impressed. For the price that we pay (not cheap) we feel we can get better service. First of all, the lady in the counter was quick to decline a breast part request as they only have leg parts. This never happens in any other fast food chains here, they would always to at least try to accommodate your request, or atleast they have other parts for options not just Legs. Secondly, the food took awhile to be served when there was no line when we got there and the store was pretty much quiet. In terms of food taste and quality it’s pretty much the same as The Philippines version if there’s a difference it’s barely noticeable. The chicken wasn’t very hot though, like it’s been sitting under the warmer for awhile. The chicken burger was a bit greasier than the last ones we had at the Vancouver branch. We like the Mango juice and the peach mango pie as well as the mashed potato and gravy. I just wish that they will improve the service that they are providing to their customers as again Jollibee is not cheap but because we are Filipinos, we are willing to pay just so we could have a taste of home so do not just take advantage of that fact, you should raise your standards and make it worth the price we pay.

My son has been asking to go here for a while so we thought we'd try it out. It was ok. Nothing special. We paid $80 for 3 chicken sandwiches and a small bucket of chicken. Totally not worth it. The only thing that was really good was the sauce on the burger. Other than that, the chicken was crispy but tasteless. For the price we paid, I expected something extraordinary. This was not that. It took almost an hour to get our order. I don't get the hype. We won't be back.

Great food and quick service. A little tight in seating, but overall great experience. Easy parking as well, free parking for first hour.

Service here is fast and efficient!

Always out of spicy chicken and spicy chicken deluxe burger. I live opposite to Jollibe and I pass this place 3 times a week and never in my life I have seen these burgers available!
What don't they take these items out of the menu or do a better job of fulfilling their offerings. Finally these are the worst fries of all the fast food place
I'll take down the review when I can find the sandwiches 3 times in a row - not that hard for any other establishment to accomplish

This is the most racist Jollibee I have visited. The chicken taste like standard Jollibee chicken, but the workers are being extremely racist towards non-white customers.
Given that the people work here are also minorities, it is quite disgusting to have this kind of service.

Foods is just terrible. I am not a fan of this. I tried one time only in my life. Never come back. Quality food is low, price is just kinda a fine dining. Crowded. Parking is not good. 90% are Philippine people come support their brand. The trash was piled up with garbage and no one mind it.

Lineup here is atrocious! People are crowded in every space there is and food takes a lifetime to arrive, yes you have better food than KFC but my god have the courtesy to at least expand seating.

I was able to order ahead and online to pick it up when I got there. It's very convenient and they have separate staff managing the online order area. I simply walked in showed them my order # on the phone was on my way. My girlfriend and I tried just about everything on the menu. I personally really liked the spaghetti and mashed potatoes. The spaghetti was a little bit on the sweeter side but still tasted really good. The mashed potatoes with their gravy is also very delicious, I just wish there was a bigger size. My girlfriend really liked their fried chicken. She said it was very tasty with the gravy it came with. Overall good experience and would go there again.

Bought to go order #638 yesterday however 1 pc peach mango missing. My fault- I did not check the contents. Called this morning @ 9: 25 am ti report but no one answered.

I’m not a fan of the chicken but that’s just preference. However I enjoyed the pies and the service was amazing! The cashier was super nice and the person who brought us our food was great and super apologetic for the wait even tho it was literally 5 minutes.

Service is a bit slow considering how many employees they got. Food is pretty good and the place is always packed

Kind and helpful staff, bright atmosphere. Crispy chicken, sweet peach mango pies were good. The first-time try of the palabok fiesta, and it was perfect with chickens. Next time, I will try spaghetti.

Filipino's favorite chicken! Its just I can't have my fave palabaok anymore they mixed the shrimp in the sauce now.

Poor quality food and overpriced for the amount! It’s not worth it! If you want to eat a good pasta for a fair price you should go to Old Spaghetti Factory!

What a disappointment. A little better than KFC but Church’s and Popeyes chicken are 100% better. Will never go back.

The same amazing fried chicken that I grew up with in Hong Kong. The Original fried chicken is fantastic- crispy skin, moist bird. The Palabok (vermicelli noodles with pork) was also delicious, especially with the addition of lemon juice.

Slight critique over the spicy chicken though: this particular location seems to make the spicy chicken extra spicy. It’s not inedible by any means, but it’s spicy enough to deter me from ordering it despite the fact that I otherwise really enjoy the seasoning that comes with it. Guess that’s fine, I’ll just have to grab some when I’m in Vancouver.

Peach mango pies are also great.

It's fine. The chicken is tasty. Super crunchy. The pineapple drink is delicious. I wouldn't wait in line but if it isn't busy head in. There is nothing magical or special about it. It's just a decent chicken place.
Give it a go.

Good quality: very bad! Greasy, poor quality ingredients, flavour isn’t good.
Price: too expensive for the amount of food. Mash potatoes for example…one little scoop.
Atmosphere: small place, hard to find a table, greasy tables, too loud and smells too much oil.

I don’t consider this “food”. I will never go back and don’t recommend!

I have been dying to try Jollibee for years, and safe to say, I’ve had a great meal and overall experience there! I dined in and had the spaghetti, 2 piece spicy chicken, which came with mashed potatoes and a pineapple quencher. All parts of my meal were hot and delicious and the spicy chicken was actually spicy! I thought there’d be a bigger dining room, so my friend and I had to wait for one, but our food was ready after we got to sit. Also, to get all that quality food for $20 is pretty great imo!

Brought in my Filipino neighbors who just moved here from up north. They were so thrilled to come here, however, no so thrilled with the flavor and portion size. The chicken burger although decent only had a bun, mayo and the chicken, they want you to pay for the lettuce and tomato. At roughtly $10. It should be free. Chicken was decent, not very good, Palabok was very small portion and average tasting and they have no soda, only the house Pinapple juice. The mango by was what they expected. Good but the size of McDonalds/ Burger King, however $360 each. They missed Jollibee very much, but, although I paid and they were very gratious, said they wouldn`t come here by themselves. I thought to myself, the patrons are paying the deluxe location. That was Jollibees decision to be in that location.

We have gone here a few times because we live close by and everytime its been a weird experience, I think when they built this location they should have made the waiting and dinning area way bigger as when it gets busy (which seems to be everytime we have been) people waiting for their things stand right by the door as the sitting area fills up really fast and they never have anyone working the door or to help organize people. Also I feel stressed every time we have to order because it always seems rushed and with the music being loud and a language barrier our order has been wrong or mixed up a few times. If you have to go try to go for mid morning or just after lunch as it seems to be not as busy but if you go at dinner rush expect to wait up to 45 to an hour for food. Food is mild, I personally only like 1 things on the menu but my partner likes Jollybee so I don't mind it in the long run its just then need to work on the spacing issues or get more staff to help when it gets busy

Omg this location! I was so upset and not happy po. Pasensha na! But you haven’t got our order perfectly. Not even once! There’s always missing in our to go & pick up order & it happened 3 times already! First one is the burger, They did not give the burger second time was spaghetti instead of getting one spaghetti one palabok we end up having 2 palabok! & when I complain the filipina lady said “It’s impossible to give compensation for that po since it happened long time ago. “ I showed her receipt and pic of what I recieve! I forgive them not making it a big deal. Last time was my husbands bday and he ordered through online pick up we did not check the pcs of chicken but we check everything was inside so we’re confident that no missing food this time but when we open the box of chicken 4 pcs was missing. I don’t know with you guys anymore. I AM NOT HAPPY WE’RE NOT HAPPY thats all
