My daughter’s long planned birthday week in Nelson ground to a halt in Osoyoos with car trouble. A long paid for Airbnb who wouldn’t refund money to a young student and cancelled days off for her boyfriend fighting the fires and it was basically a mess of epic proportions. By some grace she brought her car to this shop. They looked closely and found the problem and fixed it. FOR. FREE. So something goes right! So grateful to this business. What you did mattered. Thank you from a worried mother. 10 out of 5 stars

I have to say,
That we were anything but impressed, with Jones Boys Auto.
You would think that an automotive shop in the middle of a Holiday town, would have "Above and Beyond" customer service, when it comes to the vacationers that put this town, on the map.
We stopped by the other day, to see about getting a stripped bolt (for our boat) rethreaded.and the girl working there, was just a total BI#ch when it came to her attitude, and her lack of any Customer Service, what so ever!
We were told by her, that they were booked for weeks, and she couldn't help us, and that the owner was not there, and would not be back till later on that afternoon.
It was just a 5 minute "Quick" fix by Darrells Auto and Marine, and he even came out to our boat, in order to make sure that the bolt fit properly.
Darrell dropped everything that he was doing, in order to Help us out, when we told him the story about our experience over at Jones Boys Automotive.
Darrell, over at Darrells Auto and Marine is what Customer Service is all about.
Once again.it took Darrell just 5 minutes, too rethread our stripped bolt, where as Jones Boys Auto, could not see us for another week? LOL
We Highly recommend Darrells Auto over the attitude that you get from this other place.
"Above and Beyond" Customer Service, and a Quick 5 minute Fix.is what a reputable business would be Priding themselves on.

He came to "us". With out a moment of hesitation.and by the way. Darrell Fixed it for FREE!
We would not recommend Jones Boys to anyone.

I took my car here for an oil change. Pretty straight forward or so I thought.

Turns out Adam forgot to fill the engine up with oil after he drained it. He didn't even touch the filter.

So I get up the hill on the other side of town when my engine starts dying. BCAA checks the oil on a hunch and says that it's empty. He asked me if I went to Jones Boys. I said yeah and he said he wasn't surprised.

So I go back to Jones Boys and explain what happened and Adam loses his temper and starts swearing at me and my family. Out of anger, he throws a wrench at one of the cars in the parking lot, denting it, frightening my family.

These guys owe me a new engine and Adam needs some anger management.

This is a very poor buisness. They threaten and swear at customers. Adam needs to seek counselling/anger management and possibly a customer service source. He stated to me he hopes my wheels fall off and i crash and die.

This place is the best place in osoyoos to get work done, they are honest and go over and above to give you the best service and great deals, ive read the reviews and the guy named alex grebenyuk that works at the jail has mental problems, to leave a review like he did is bad news when its all lies, but how can you stop a mentally handicapped guy from leaving bad reviews, just watch out for the guy as he is bad news

Big thank you to Jones Boys Auto! Right at the start of our Roadtrip we experienced bad brake vibrations on hills outside Osoyoos in our rental van! Rental company was pretty useless with any help but said they could reimburse any mechanical work. Made it to town & our hotel safely. Called shops first thing & Adam was able to squeeze us in for a quick inspection. Confirmed it was warped rotors. They were able to fit us in that day. Nice & handy to downtown parks and the lake while we waited. Super quick turn around and friendly staff! Thank you Adam Sam & The Dad for getting us on our way! No more vibrations or vrake problems. Plus the tips on how to gear down in the mini van were super helpful! Something the rental company never even mentioned & is not very ovbvious in the controls.

Recently on our way to holidays in Osoyoos, we experinced engine troubles. We were referred to the Jones Brothers by a local friend. They were very frank & honest and though fully booked fit us in immediately.
