Jose took the time to go over multiple different options with me to create the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. We couldn’t find the specific shape she wanted, so he ended up getting a raw diamond cut, then created the ring exactly how she wanted it. A few years ago I had a Tiffany bracelet rotated and polished.
Recently I had an other bracelet link removed to fit my wrist.
Most recently, I had this inherited cultured pearl necklace re-strung & polished.

This is a lovely shop that did a small jewelry repair job for me but still treated me like gold. They are friendly, helpful and got the work done quickly for a fair price. I highly recommend them if you are in need of jewelry repair!

Excellent service. After visiting the storefront, I decided to purchase a ring online from their website. They told me that there were no returns. I was not happy with the fit of the ring after picking it up. They returned the ring and helped me order another one, which I did not expect. I bought my granddaughter a indigenous carved ring for her graduation. I gave it lot her on her commencement night. She put it on her middle finger and it got stuck. She was up all night and could not get it off! I took her into Jose and he was wonderful with her and managed to cut it off. I picked it up this week and Jose repaired it and you cannot tell it was ever broken. Ring fits perfectly and she loves it! Thank you Jose!

The work on my very old, custom ring was quite extensive including new claws on all of the diamonds and ordering in a new setting. The ring is precious to me and I was happy to find it looked better than ever.

I had some lovely special rings but they where to small… they are for me valuable and a remembrance that I got them from my mom and dad! Jose did change them and they are so lovely now. I can wear them again… thank you soooo much!

We dropped off 2 rings to José.
My husband’s wedding ring needed to be resized. There was always a question in our minds as to whether it was even going to be possible to get sized larger as it’s a complicated design. 2 toned gold, with a braid down the middle. Add to that an engraving inside!
But José assured us it was not a problem. He gave us a couple of options, with the 2 golds.
The end result is spectacular! My husband is proudly back to wearing his wedding ring!

The second ring, a custom designed heirloom ring from my Grandmother, had a cracked & worn down shank. We had some old pieces of gold that we brought in to see if it would be usable. José gave us a fair & good price for the gold bits. He used what he could for the new shank creation. The ring is spectacular & so sparkly clean as well!

I stopped in to see if a medical ID bracelet could be fixed as it kept getting caught in clothing. Within a few minutes I was assured that it could be. The lovely woman who was helping me said it would be done by the end of the day. Within about an hour I received a message saying it was ready. Do to the nature of the bracelet I didn’t want to be without it long and was so happy to have it back so quick. Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent pricing. Will definitely go back.

Jose did a fabulous job remaking a ring for me. I had a family ring that needed some work. I took it to Jose and learned it was only gold filled. I decided to have Jose remake it in 14 K gold. I also asked him to make the band wider. The result is outstanding.

I have a momento birthday watch given to me by my parents several years ago which I value dearly. I've had the battery replaced before but not by a proper jewelry store. In the process a little waterproofing gasket got broken and this caused moisture to get inside. This caused it to intermittently not work properly so I thought that it was probably broken. But I decided to try José & Co.and am really happy that I did.

It's a store of complete professionalism with a cheerful and positive atmosphere. I felt safe in their store and confident that they all knew what they were doing. Their communication by text and by phone let me know what was happen during the repair as well as when it was done. The battery and broken gasket got replaced with care and promptly as I was told it would.

I'm really appreciative to be wearing my watch again. My parents are happy too and they quietly smile about my enjoyment of their gift to me.
