I was fortunate that I called at the right time and I was able to get an appointment on the same day due to cancellations. O/H Door technician Nathan was on time and knowledgeable. He immediately identified two cracked hinges on the door and promptly replaced them. I would recommend Joshua Doors

Sad to share that I don’t have a 5 Star review, not even a 1 star.

Unfortunately, my garage door wouldn’t open last Wednesday due to hinge issues. I jumped onto Google to find the best! Was very impressed to find all the great reviews for Joshua doors, so gave it a try. Called and spoke to a pleasant gentleman who said we should be able to get someone to you later this afternoon, can we reach you back at this number to confirm. Perfect, shuffled some plans and vehicles around to make the days commitments work. Come about 2pm, haven’t heard back yet. Reached out again to see if I made their schedule. No answer - no problem. Left a message to please call me back.

It’s now been 8 days and no call back, not even a return call that we won’t be able to get someone to you today or can organize an appointment.

So upon all the review research, I didn’t think this was a company who ghosted customers

Called and left a message for a service call a couple weeks ago on a Monday morning. Didn't hear back Monday or Tuesday. Called again Wednesday and left a message. Didn't hear back Wednesday or Thursday morning. Called for the THIRD time on Thursday afternoon and finally got someone. They said they would be at our house on Monday and would text me 30 minutes before they were going to arrive. That's the last I ever heard from them. They never called to reschedule or anything, just never showed up.

Nathan was so personable, friendly, explained what he was going to do to fix our garage door. Fixed it quickly and it works great. I would highly recommend Joshua doors.

Absolutely fantastic. They said they would arrive between 1: 00-2: 00. Nathan was there at 1: 05. I showed him what was wrong and he said no problem and fixed it with ease in 20 minutes. Door works better than new. Thanks a lot Nathan!

Quick response - I’m a skilled trades person knowing enough to leave garage door install, repairs and setup to people that specialize in this - excellent work- respectful tradesperson - replaced door spring - adjusted - good job - approx. 1/2hr on job.

Absolutely great company and employees! I had someone come out to fix one of our bay doors and the technician was amazing and so was the owner. I would 100% recommend and will be using them in the future.

Came fixed the door but was not tight enough gaps on sides of door ask them to come back to fix have not heard a thing from them. Thanks for coming back to fix works good now

The work was supposed to be completed 4: 30 to 5: 30 pm did not arrive until 8: 00 pm. Called at 6: 30 pm and said they would come at 8: 00. Did apologize for being late.job completed within 30 minutes and tested, everything worked fine.

Responsible and responsive, pleasant to deal with, small issue afterwards, came same day fixed immediately. Highly recommend.

A great experience from start to finish. Specifically, the phone was answered immediately when I called. I explained my issue and I was informed that as soon as the person could get to their scheduling, they would let me know when a person could come by, but most likely the next day. That evening I received both an email and text advising the time the next day the service person would arrive. Also their name was provided. Shortly before the appointment time, a text arrived to say the person was on their way. They arrived right on time. I demonstrated the problem with my garage door, explained what tests I had done and the service person was immediately able to identify the problem and resolve it. Something that had been an ongoing issue for me was resolved promptly. Joshua Doors is definitely getting all my business in the future. I heartily recommend them. Well done!

Called to get a broken spring replaced on the garage door. They arrived the next day, in and out in 30 mins. Professional and courteous. I would use them again!

Great service to come quickly and identify the problem, however after 5 unanswered phonecalls to replace the motor, we had to find another very good service company. Job done and very happy.

We paid a deposit in Nov 2021 for a new garage door after being told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. We understood some delays after some of the craziness in the world, but now almost 7 months later, we still don't have a door and any form of communication I have initiated over the past 6 weeks has been ignored completely.

I was very pleased with the work done by Joshua Doors - Nathan. I called yesterday after receiving no follow up from another door company. Response was quick, they had someone out the same day to replace our frayed door cables and the work was done very fast and professionally. I will definitely use them again.

Called out for emergency repair on my broken garage door on Saturday morning, by dinner time was up and running with new parts, door has never been so good.would recommend this company to anyone.

Mike was great to deal with. He promptly replied to text message on a Sunday before Christmas and was able to book us in the next day. I had spent the last 2 days personally trying to fix my garage door without success. Mike was able to diagnose the issue quickly and get the garage door working properly again within an hour. Called Mike at 7: 11 am said he would be at my house for 9 am was 5 minutes early finished replacing both springs, lubricated rollers, hinges and was very professional, efficient, fair and friendly. Can’t relay on him, took our deposit and has been ignoring us since then. Will be hiring another company like Legacy Doors
