Large and spacious, some neat international products.

Security makes it uncomfortable to shop though.

The gentlemen working self checkout is great. Attentive but never hovering - unlike Loblaws Arbutus

The most cost effective option in the area. Save on has more selection, but if you’re looking to get the best deal on the essentials for a weekly grocery trip, and don’t want to think about it, I would go here.

The store is clean, well organized, and has self-checkout. It's smaller than other stores, so the selection of products and the varieties are limited.

Some good deals. They should have phone number attached to the self serve check outs for the PC Optimum card. Its a hassle is you can't sign in or forget your phone

If you're looking for Israeli and or Kosher food- this is the place for you!
A variety of Israeli and Kosher products, many things that you can not find in other grocery stores, plus the store is always clean, well organized and the staff are ready to help you find whatever you need.

No Frills is the best. Yes, if the fruit is not good, then just return because the most Fruit at 90% price. No Frills IS THE BEST.

Even thou all No Frills are independently owned franchises they all rock the price with wicked selection of groceries. All evenly spread out in Vancouver, this one 2nd easiest to get too

Rude staff.always out of stuff. And takes forever to restock.especially when the items are on sale.

Their produce is often going bad or severely under ripe, barely enough staff on any given day, truely a no frills experience

Lots of products from different countries. Great lace to shop but I would avoid the meat and seafood section

I simply love to shop there all the staff are so nice and very helpful and always smiling excellent.

Sometimes they have crazy good price for stuffs on sale, but some stuffs can be more expensive, we have to check and compare all the time if we want to buy at best price. Overall it's a good place for grocery shopping.

They are open till 11pm and have a Russian food section (buckwheat is cheaper here than at Russian stores). Staff is great.

Always a good selection of groceries at very reasonable prices. It is nice they offer free parking at a very busy location.

Offering advice to customers on how to ignore public health orders and to do so when options like curbside pickup or delivery are available is inexcusable.

Shame on No Frills.

Not a huge store, but does carry a good variety of things. Same brand as superstore, prices are slightly higher compare to superstore, but, have decent sale prices/promotions. It has a parking lot for shoppers on the roof for free which is convenient as parking in that area is hard to find. I'd say quality of produce is hit or miss, just depend on the day and if they are already picked through.

I want to give this place a better rating, because the staff is pretty friendly, especially the cashiers, and they have a large selection of food.but the quality is always a miss with No Frills. The best part about this location is the free parking, the worst.well.where do I start?
The produce is never good. Even if the produce you’re selecting is fresh enough, you can tell the quality is bad (typically picked way too early or clearly was frozen previously). The countless numbers of times I’ve purchased yams that are expired already. I also do have to say the produce department isn’t all that friendly, they don’t seem to care at all about checking for you.there’s VERY little Gluten-Free options (some of us don’t have a choice in the matter and don’t have anywhere near as many affordable options already) for food, snacks or ready-made meals. I’d love to be able to continue shopping here, but I can’t keep playing around with my money, either. This city is already expensive enough as it is, it certainly isn’t pleasant loosing money every time you go shopping for food.

The best grocery store in the area pricewise for sure. They have an excellent selection of most things. I just wish they had smaller sweet potatoes! They only ever have sweet potatoes the size of a toddlers head lol I don't own a knife big enough to chop through that! Luckily the oriental yams are smaller. Also not a great selection of yogurt flavours! But it's a smaller store so I understand.

You may find your regular grocery items with some dificulties since they don't have it all the time. Like Olive Oil, or chips. But Staff people always smile

The only problem with this place is their Security. Cause I have many Tattoo's they act like I'm a theif & follow me around constantly. Even yhough I shop in there almost daily & Spend a good amount every time.

Try to use self-service checkout with small buggy, guy said no buggy. Was going to leave till I saw another guy he said go ahead. He veto that guy at the self-service checkout.

Lots of parking, good place for bargain prices. I found most of the advertised items. Sanitizer bottles were empty though.

Downgrading from 4 stars to 2 because I keep seeing Joti's cashiers with their masks down underneath their noses, or even below their mouths! We're trying to have a pandemic here people.

Great prices on sale items. Lots of sale stock. Lots of rooftop parking. Has a pharmacy in store. Fast check outs.

I visit the pharmacy at this location. Reasonable cost, convenient. Huge store so long line up on weekend. Price is cheaper than other supermarket.

The best for frozen section and great prices, but God forbid if you end up taking to long to pack up and leave there store when they are closing up at night, and if you are having a really hard time with mobility issues then your seriously better off going to a different location or even a different place if you can instead of here, because of the extreme ignorance and they are majorly rude, it's really harsh. The last time I went to this location after going there pretty much every month & spending $100 or more almost evey time I would go there & usually being a polite and respectful shopper whenever I was there as well but apparently that ment nothing to the workers h thing's and leave when I was already having a difficult time & exhausted, not feeling well at that point well I was trying to bag up my stuff as fast as I could, to the point were I ended up having an anxiety attack & ended up balling my eyes out because of how harsh & rude that I was being treated there that night, and I have been there lots of other times before when they are closing at night and other places when they have been closing and I have never been treated that way like how I was treated there that night ever before in my life, I was so upset well i was still trying to pack my things as fast as i could that i dont see myself ever going back there now because of that night.

They sell expired food products - I discovered this after I started unpacking my groceries at home.

The cashier was arrogant denying the fact that she cannot enter the mobile number for rewards PC optimum. I had done several times in last one year, but she was keep on saying that it's impossible in their system. Why people don't accept the truth?

I believe it's open at 09: 00 till 09: 00. They have alot of Great Deals there throughout the week. Food Products are alot Cheaper then most Grocery Chains. The Employees are very Friendly and Helpful. Open 7 Days a Week.

On the day I visited, they had the most beautiful display of vegetable I've seen in recent times. It made a meat eater like me want vegetables!

Great staff and prices. Online express shopping sucks. They don’t have have the things I ordered but only found that out the next day. Online shopping works for higher end grocery stores but not for frills.

I honestly cant imagine a worse grocery store. They are always low on stock, pallets of potential groceries blocking the isles, and I took my kid in for a vaccination and he almost got into the sharps container that was left open on the floor. Are you kidding me? I keep saying i will never shop here again, but get lured back my not wanting to drive the 5K to save-on, go in to grab something, only to be left emotionally and physically shattered at the lack of stock. I wish someone remotely competent in the grocery industry would take over this location. Oh, and their milk always goes bad faster than milk bought anywhere else. I swear they keep it in the sun for a couple hours before bringing it into the store.

My favorite supermarket in Vancouver, big, comfortable, stocked and convenient. The only flaw is that there are few shop assistants (you can turn around several times before finding one) and sometimes they are not very good at English.

Great location with free rooftop parking. Good selection of products and good food selection. Vegetable selection is good, but not super. Other goods include frozen and dairy is great. Prices lowest in Vancouver for quality food.

Lots of food choices, and they recently opened self-checkout so it is way more convenient now.
Not far from Broadway-City Hall station too.

Was in the area so thought I may as well get some groceries there. Not the freshest of produce.there were moldy strawberries and other inedible berries on the shelves. The vegetables themselves appeared less than fresh as well. Walked out and decided to go to my regular grocer afterall. Sorry, but I won't be stopping in there ever again.

Jammed full of produce and name brand grocery items. Excellent deals found in their weekly flyers. The aisles get switched often so you may not find items in what you thought were their usual aisles. We had difficulty finding salad dressings. Self serve checkouts are quick only if paying by debit or credit card otherwise you have to go through the regular cashier's counter. A reliable go to for a weekly shop.

We don’t shop here for everything, but staple items are often priced at the equivalent sale price in other chains. Produce is decent only when stock is plentiful.

Is ok for the price don't expect to much. The place is nicely decorated, great vibe and feeling. Food is not the greatest but is ok for what are you paying 6 dollars. They could try to switch those salsas for something more natural and real. Overall nice place to have lunch if you are short of money.

Check out takes too long. Very disappointed that they moved to automated checkouts rather than employing people. A human being is not a frill.

This is a pretty solid no frills. Lots of Indian things. Spices, quick foods, frozen foods. All Indian. It was neat to see it. I grabbed some frozen samosas and freezer garlic naan. Nice selection of produce. Their prices are so good. So good that the herbs and veg I wanted to buy were sold out by 6pm, but that's okay. Cheap BUT GOOD QUALITY pineapples. Eggs were a steal. My only complaint is the guy who wouldnt leave me alone after I said "no thanks I'm not interested in signing up for a Mastercard. " I literally had to explain my financial situation to him before he took the hint. I felt preyed on. I shouldnt have to disclose my credit score in order to get him to leave me alone. But the store itself is great. Lots of Jewish items, lots of middle eastern items too. I will be back!

Prices are nice but sometimes I hardly find fresh grocery or meat products. I don't know which day these products are coming to the store.

Our go to for groceries. Monday we find is when they bring in there fresh produce. They have pretty much everything we need.

I just visited this low-cost department/ grocery store on Broadway in Vancouver. They had a limited selection of fresh produce and meat otherwise everything was much like a department store.

Clean and well maintained, well stocked, not great selection, prices are good. Convenient location. Almost always busy.

Good prices for basic groceries. They stopped giving out cardboard boxes to pack groceries with which is unfortunate.

This grocery store has very good bargains everyweek, their prices are much cheaper than other stores like safeway, save-on food or even walmart or superstore, same brand names but cheaper, the store itself is smaller than others so naturally choices are a bit limited but most of everyday needs you can still find them in there, they belong to the same company as superstore and shoppers drug mart but cheaper priced on almost everything, and also take PC points card, every month they have $1 or $2 week which have very good bargains but must check the flyer weekly if you wish to save some money on grocery or household items, can't give 5 stars because always long line-up when check out, both with cashiers or self check-out same problem, other than that it's a good place for grocery shopping, the one on broadway has one hour free parking on the rooftop, can take elevator or the stairs to go down

I always shop here the lines take several minutes sometimes not a big deal great prices and great selection of products.
