Great tasting dim sum dishes. Be prepare to wait up to an hour for a table especially if you have more than 8 people in your party. Service is efficient and quick however. The staff often limit seating time to 90 minutes only when there are other patrons waiting.

The best dim sum in great Vancouver! The food is super good even makes me feel like I’m in Guang Zhou. My kids love the spring rolls very much (we ordered two serve). The restaurant is super clean. The staffs are very friendly (they speak Cantonese Mandarin and English). The price is very reasonable. We’re two adults and two kids. We costed less than 100 dollars and eat very well. The parking is very convenient and free. Highly recommend. Will absolutely go to there again.

A bit noisy, but that is normal as customers had freedom and choice to talk loudly.
Food (dim sums a bit on salty side). It will be healthier to lower the salt level. Overall, food is good.

This Chinese restaurant is located near Metrotown and has a lot of parking spaces at the back, which is very convenient.
The waiters' greetings and attitudes were very good, and the seats were very comfortable. The decoration was not very novel, but it felt good.
The taste of the heart is okay, it would be better if the portion was a little larger.

I had a fantastic experience at this dim sum place! The service was impeccable, and even though at 2pm, there was a waiting line, which I believe speaks volumes about its popularity.

The dim sum dishes were delicious and staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had a great experience. We especially loved Brown Sugar Sponge Cake – it was a burst of flavors!

Overall, a must-visit for dim sum enthusiasts. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

We went for tea at noon. The snacks were quite good and the service attitude was also very good

Everything good. We only waited 15mins on Sunday morning. Drink and food came fast and tasted tasty! Fair price!

This is a nice restaurant, passing by outside, its appearance is not good, go in and have a try, there are chefs in the restaurant, very good, and the service attitude is also very good, I will go to eat again next time.

Very pleasant dining experience & high quality menu items whether it is lunch or dinner. It would have been an all-star review if they could keep up with washroom maintenance.

Made reservations for a Sat.lunch and got seated in very busy time period. They give you their dimsum menu to order in advance. The staff were diligent in tea and our food was hot and of good quality. The cleanliness was also good even in the washrooms. This is my 6th time back and not disappointed yet.

When I first discovered this place the food was good and service was not bad. After covid, this place has gotten a lot busier and the quality of food went down quite a bit, food used to be fresh and good size portion, but now the dimsum here is no different than what you get at asian supermarkets (if not worse).

Not crowded when I went for dim sum on a Monday afternoon around 1pm. No wait at all. Dim sum quality was good. My favorite steamed rice rolls were especially smooth. The gave me 10% discount was a surprise.

Went as a family of 5 with reservations and we got seated almost immediately after walking in!
They serve regular Cantonese dim sum dishes, but all of them were really delicious and had a lot of flavour without being too salty. I'd highly recommend their steamed rice noodles, especially the one that we had with beef in it.

We reserved and when we arrived, still had to wait. They overbook and overcrowd the entrance. Management seems impatient when you order more instead of leaving.

Mid market Cantonese restaurant. Well lighted. Tables not too close together. Prompt services. Fried young pigeon with crispy skin. Dim sum not bad too. Ample parking

Dim sum a bit pricey, ($60 for two.). Food average. Washroom somewhat unkempt, (no towelettes, urinals messy), plenty of staff though.
