I brought my car in and they were short staffed and still managed to get my car fixed super fast. Peter is fantastic and took the time to explain and show me what needed to be fixed. Stephanie at the front desk is lovely as well. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them for any repairs!

Fixed my starter issue on my FX35 very quickly. Peter is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable.

We had a great experience with Stephanie and Peter this week! We brought in our Odyssey for tire changes and they were terrific even pointing out our tire monitoring systems were not working properly and fixed that issue. We love the assessment report they provide and are open and honest with their communication and what items need to be fixed and why. I will be coming back for sure and recommend to our friends! Great service! Peter broke down the inspection in a way that was easy to understand. If I lived in North Vancouver, I would come here regularly. Right now I live all the way in Surrey so I won't be coming back any time soon, but just wanted to let you know that you guys did a great job and I was really happy with the service!

Recently had a nail in one of my tires and since I work near by I called the shop to see if they could squeeze me in for a tire repair. I was also in need of an oil change so I was going to schedule that for a later date while I was the shop. The technician noticed the car was due for an oil change and they put all hands on deck to get it completed right away.

When JPS does an oil change they also do a multi point inspection and send you all of their findings straight to your phone or email including photos and recommendations.

I cannot rate the service I receive high enough and I won’t go anywhere else for auto service.

Brought my old RV in and they looked after her super well. Great people that do a great job!

We trust JPS, we drive from Maple Ridge to North Van to see him. He's keeping our well used 2004 Dodge 2500 going for our son who uses it for work in the bush. Very fair prices.

I have been going to JPS for auto servicing for over a year. The team works very hard to give you GREAT service. They deserve my 5 star rating for several reasons. They work as a well coordinated team- Stephanie meets you when you enter, always cheerful and very efficient in organizing, setting appointments, billing and sending photo documentation of the work/repair. Peter's accomplishments in mechanics decorate the office with certificates. Peter not only tells me what needs to be done he takes the time to teach me and explain the details of whatever needs repaired and offers a generalized estimate of the job. I had an oil leak that was premature and called me to explain the problem and anticipate an increase in estimate cost (which I approved) before continuing. I have been ripped off many times before and I never feel deceived in any way. Honest service, straightforward and educational explanations meets my 5 star expectations. ~SM
