Jake at JR Training Systems is hands down the best personal trainer in North America. He is so skilled at what he does and he really cares about his clients. I have been seeing him a few times a week for the past couple of months and he has really helped me reach my fitness goals. I've gotten a lot stronger and feel more confident than ever. He understands how to work with different body types and personalities. I've tried out a lot of personal trainers and there's just no one as good as Jake. I highly recommend his personal training services if you want to change your life. Thank you for everything Jake.

Working with Jake has been amazing! Great mix of knowledge and keeping it fun and challenging so that I'm seeing my results and also pushing whats possible for me! Highly recommend working with him if you are new to fitness or a long time athlete, Jake's got you covered!

Jake takes the time to understand what your fitness goals are and plans workout sessions to support you in meeting those goals. His hybrid model has helped me to get results.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jake for remote personal training. Jake is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. He took the time to under and my goals and tailored a program specifically to help me ab I’ve them.

Despite the distance between us, Jake made your feel like we were training together. Clear communication made it easy for me to follow along.

I would highly recommend working with Jake in a remote setting. His dedication to his clients results are truly second-to-none.

Just finished an 8 session program with Jake, which he developed specifically for my needs working around the body parts that don’t work so good anymore. And at 78 there are a few, I achieved the results I wanted and got great tips for continuing at home.
Highly recommend Jake what ever your age. John

Meeting Jake was a blessing. Best personal trainer out there by far. Jake is incredibly knowledgeable well beyond the training techniques. He understands the mechanics of the human body and has helped me tremendously with my knee problems and shoulder issues. Jake is patient, committed and empathetic. He asks a lot of questions and develops programs that are suitable to your personal situation. I highly recommend him to anyone, beginners or performers. Thank you Jake!

My wife and I are in our 70's and overdue for a structured workout plan. Jake was the perfect choice. He listened to our needs and understood what we wanted to create and from that constructed a great plan. Jake is knowledgeable, displays great patience and explained the exercises clearly. In the private sessions Jake was so helpful in correcting our form and each time with him we honed it. We now believe we are informed and prepared with a workout plan that is effective and most importantly to me and my wife.doable and winnable.

I do remote training with Jake and I am very pleased with our training and Jake in general. I like the programs that he writes out for me and he is helping me work around injuries and is able to change up my routines on the fly which I’m greatly appreciative of. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to improve in your fitness area of life
