J's Pizza

My husband & I have made coming here part of our Saturday routine. For the last year, we’ve been coming every Saturday for lunch and each time we love it just as much as the last! Karen makes the pizzas special. Whenever she’s not there the pizza doesn’t taste the same. When you come here, make sure you ask for Karen!

15 bucks for a small pizza? You are over charging that's insane. I will go to the Clearbrook Js Pizza forever on.

We used to order from J's alot, until their huge price increase. Tonight we thought we would give them a try again. What a huge disappointment. I don't know if it's new owners, but the pizza is terrible. Absolutely no flavor. Don't waste your time or money. Go anywhere else!

The best pizza in Abbotsford! We came in for some slices to go, and they were just about to put out fresh ones. We waited about 7 minutes, and got beef, and H&P. Decent pricing too!

Pizza is personally my favorite place to order a pizza from, in Abbotsford. Period. Point blank, a cut above the rest or any other ANY other J's Pizza, in town & has been since the first day this location opened. FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED, ANY other employees have been working there for years.

Super friendly staff. Don’t know the lady’s name but she was really easy to deal with and very quick with my order.

Pizza is good but EXTREMELY overpriced. I called to get 2 medium pizzas for the price of $42. Called another pizza location they charged me half the price.

We ordered chicken strips and wedges, however before ordering I called to confirm some information that was really important to me… Because I had an operation on my throat and I wanted to make sure that the wedges and chicken strips were made fresh, Karen provided me with such excellence over the phone and then followed up by making the most delicious meal for me to enjoy.

I trust that you will give Karen the respect and commend her on such excellence in customer service. Before I retired, I worked as a mystery shopper and I assessed many restaurants, businesses of great calibers, such as yours here today… Kudos and the utmost thanks and appreciation for caring. I hope that you will commend her and appreciate her like we do here today, as Customer Service specialist like her are definitely hard to find.

Absolutely horrible in every way. Rude pizza is so old could break things with it. Will never go back

Great price on the slice but the quality is hit or miss. Really just depends on the day.
Tried the butter chicken and chicken samosa too, weird butter chicken cuz it didn’t really taste like butter chicken, still decent but on god the samosa was actually one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted.

Very average lol pizza is probably the best out of everything around. Wings are pretty good. Flys are all around the inside tho

I can get cardboard out of a recycling bin for free instead of paying 34 bucks for it to come in another cardboard box

Good pizza - you can buy just one slice. You don't help yourself - they put the slice on a plate for you.

This used to be my go to place for pizza by the slice but sadly it has gone way down hill. There was little to no sauce on the pizza and what little crust there was was hard as a rock and almost uneatable. There also seemed to be very little toppings compared to what used to be on their pizzas.

I've been going to this location since it opened (must be 20 years or more now?) and I see they have new owners now. Used to be an English/Indian couple who were so friendly. There's a new lady in there almost every time I go but have not had any issues. I no longer live in Abby but when in town I grab a slice of Ham/Pine for my mom, and a slice of their "veggie" which i think is just mushrooms, green pepper and pineapple? OMG.it's so simple but that particular pizza from this location is TO DIE FOR. The best most buttery crusty yummy goodness I've ever eaten. Please DON'T ever change that recipe!

J's is our grandson's go-to, and they are pizza connoisseurs. Reasonable time to pick up, and reliable.

Never again! This company has the worst customer service. They promised a 45 min to 1 hour delivery and showed up almost an hour late! The only offer I got was a 10% discount.

I never go out of my way to write a review, but I felt this time was necessary. J's Pizza used to be my favorite pizza in town and I'm not sure what changed, but I will never order from here again.
I ordered pizza last night for the family and there was very little sauce on our pizza. I called in to say I would like to have it replaced and they had to send a driver to receive the unwanted pizza, they couldn't just take my word that it was terrible. Then to top it off they said there was pizza missing, so they would only replace one of the two pizzas. We had a couple slices half eaten sitting on the counter that I had to drive in to prove that we weren't trying to pull a fast one, we were simply looking for better pizza (what we paid for). Still, even after driving to the store with the uneaten pizza, I was told I was wrong and that there was enough sauce and they would only replace one pizza. They say a picture says a thousand words, so I figured might be easier just to add it here. In my opinion, this was the worst customer service I have ever received, never mind a complete waste of time! Do yourself a favour and pay an extra $4 delivery fee (if you live in abby) and order from Mission City Pizza - great pizza and great service!

Ordered a pizza waited for a hour and a half the people tried to lie and say both the store and the driver call but there was zero phone calls. This pizza place does not take responsibility for their negligence and does not value repeat customers do not order from here if you want pizza.

Yep, the first bites were good, and the first bites of the left overs were good.i rate it 4 out of 5 stars on the pizza joint rateing chart.i would definetly order from them again.

Terrible pizza and service. We ordered one large pizza yesterday for pick up. The first piece we tried was burnt and dry. We called to inform the resturant and the lady was very rude and started blaming us for the burned pizza because we were 10min late for the pickup! I would not recommend this place.

Fresh and delicious pizza! Service was wonderful. Great selection in pizza flavors and awesome 2 for 1 deal.

Just got everything pizza via delivery and they charged me $31 for the pizza and $11 for 10 pieces of tandoori wings. I wonder if this pricing is fair. Pizza was good, wings weren’t.

Pizza is affordable by th slice and always so nice. Take a break and have some slices it's just the nicest place to visit.

Only place open that I could find after midnight. Large pizza couple dips and 3 cans of pop under 20$ and wasn't half bad would go again definitely

The J's pizza is good! I love cheese pizza the most among them. Especially the pizza dough is delicious. And it will be a good choice for those who do not like to salty taste.

Terrible experience, wouldn’t order from them if the pizza was free, or the last pizza place in van. Ordering 2x extra cheese and asking for it undercooked, still arrives burnt, and paper thin cheese, if you try to call them to simple tell them the pizza isn’t want you paid $20.25 for. They tell you you’re wrong, and they barely speak English, so no doubt they didn’t understand my order “large cheese pizza with extra cheese” fairly simple English? That sentence consists of 5 English words.even going in to order, you say “hey how’s it going” and they stare at you like you’re a freak no reply. Terrible customer service. Terrible pizza, overall not freindly (to cockasian people). If I could give no stars, I would.

Just the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company. Terrible customer service, no idea how the company is run or who is in charge. I was told to call between the two stores 4 times to make a complaint and then I just ended up being yelled at that I can't call them about their business and make a complaint. My attempts to find a manager or owner to make a complaint with turned up no professional with any knowledge of the website or how complaints are made. What is even happening here?
