Your go to BMW and luxury brands shop. Very knowledgeable. Julian knows cars, not just beemers. Basic mechanical and tuning:). I’m glad I found this guy. I come here for all my basic and complicated issues. Picked up some parts too. Saved me a lot of money from dealer misdiagnosing, and others alike. Will never go anywhere else. Clean shop. I like it.

Had an issue with my frm module data being wiped out. Any other shop I talked to said the only option was a replacement. These guys had the knowledge for reprogramming mine which cost approx 30-40% of what other shops were quoting me for a replacement.

I recently called in to ask the shop about suggested repairs for my rear differential; again very knowledgeable and while I was only getting one possible solution from other shops JTO laid out for possible solutions with the pros and cons of each.

My go to for any automotive repair needs. Julian is an honest and straightforward mechanic who will complete quality work on your vehicle.

He and his team work on all makes and models and specialize in German cars and anything exotic.

Anytime you enter the shop you never know what kinds of cars you will see in there. Always a nice surprise.

I have been going to his shop for several years and I never have had to worry about the work that was being done or how it was being completed.

He is capable of working on and fixing any repairs for your vehicle. I have brought him German and Japanese cars to work on and he has always completed the work within or before the timeframe he gives and his prices are fair.

The shop is large, clean and has a nice seating area to wait in if you are waiting while your car is being worked on.

I have been going this shop for over 3 years. Julian and Ibrahim are EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE mechanics with good CUSTOMER SERVICE. They never try to upsell me on anything and provide alternative solutions if I'm on a budget. Never been back twice for the same problem, always DELIVER ON TIME. Bottom line is your getting what you pay for.

Excellent service at very fair prices. I’ve been taking all 3 of my cars here for servicing and repair for a couple years now. Although BMWs are their specialty, they’ve expertly worked on not only my BMW, but also my Camaro and Mazda SUV as well. Julian really knows his cars. I’ve referred a couple coworkers to him as well, and they’ve been very thankful for it. Highly recommended.

Was there a few days ago and the service there may have been the worst i have ever had in my lifetime.totally unprofessional and the horrible attitude (HOLY MOLY I DO NOT THINK THEY ENJOY THEIR JOB) one of the workers there I remember his name was Julian WAS LITERALLY SMOKING OUTSIDE MY CAR WHILE THE DOOR WAS OPEN. I've been a customer of JTO for many years now. Julian is the most honest mechanic I've had the pleasure of working with. Charges are fair and never a surprise. Shop is always busy and full of cars parked in the back for service but Julian and his crew work fast. They specialize in BMW and European brands but they're just as familiar with any make that's out there.

JTO is an excellent shop with trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly mechanics. On more than one occasion they have fixed problems in my cars which the certified dealer mechanics failed to diagnose. I've recommended JTO to family and friends and all have been extremely pleased with their service.

Service was great here had an issue with my drivers side window. They diagnosed my problem and took my car first thing in the morning. Issue was fixed. I will definitely come back again for any other repair needs I have.

European Engine Expert

Julian is a hands-on owner and mechanic. He walks you through what needs to be done, literally walks you under the car to show you what needs to be worked on. I found this comforting especially since the dealership never ever does this.

Julian's shop is in the industrial area of East Richmond, so you would never find it unless you knew where to look. If you have a European car (our was a German car), and prefer the personalized service - I would suggest you move away from your dealer and support the local small business.

I am done with this shop. I had been servicing my cars at this shop for the past years, and then it all started by purchasing a van from these guys, after I was promised an inspected, mechanically perfect vehicle.
Couple weeks later, I had encountered transmission and engine problems with the car they sold me. I took it to another mechanic and turned out they sold me a lemon with issues well over the value of the car to repair.

BEWARE, these guys purchase worn out customer vehicles and turn around selling them with a huge profit without any repairs or warranty. An unfortunate but common practice at some mechanic shops.
They lost my business and I got a disappointing van from them.

It is also very strange that a reviewer talks about having a vehicle sold to them from here as JTO doesn't sell vehicles so I also question that reviewer - probably not legit / or spam. "

This shop is very good service and price. My family come from Syria and we buy car old Corolla to drive in Canada. But my car radiator leak water and I call my cousin from Syria and he told me to put black pepper in radiator to fix leak.
Still not fix, I go Canadian tire and they told me $750 to fix my car and $200 to flush black pepper out of car because they say black pepper is not good to fix car leaking and is locking water go around the engine, so later engine maybe broken.my brother told me to call brother Julian. Then we go to brother Julian and he fix everything for $125 cash including parts and black pepper cleaning. I am very good to find this place I fix my car. And I tell all my brothers and sisters to, fix cars here with brother Julian. God bless shop. Sorry my English not good, I am study hard.

If I can give iCar's Automotive more than 5 stars, I definitely would. If you are looking to have someone with incredible knowledge on cars (euro, domestic, anything), Julian is the man to see. I have dealt with him for years, and I am honored to say I know consider him a friend. Whenever I have an issue with my car, Julian is able to resolve it right away. He is not like other mechanics who give you BS advice to try and scam you. If you want someone who is honest and straight forward, he is your guy. He will tell you the issue, and the most cost efficient way to resolve it. When you go to his shop, all you see are expensive cars there getting fixed, because people know he knows what he is doing.
