I’ve been coming to Jubilee for repairs on my bikes since 2018 when I moved to Burnaby. This is the best bike shop I’ve been to for detail and quality of work done.
They’ve serviced my road bike and mountain bike with great results.
I’ve also purchased a BMC road bike this year and couldn’t be happier with the bike.

Found them after going to a bunch of shops around Burnaby and Port Moody. Super helpful, down to earth, great service, answer every question knowledgeably. Obviously take pride in running a community centred business with quality products. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable people here about bikes/ebikes. Ryan is one of the only few in Vancouver that has experience in servicing Stromer ebikes. He got my bike tire replaced in 15 mins and I can tell his confidence in doing it.

I originally bought my BMC TeamMachine from Jubilee in 2012. It’s a great bike and I’ve mostly gotten it serviced elsewhere at a shop closer to where I live. I recently took it back to Jubilee for a tuneup and then had a stuck seat post that I needed removed. I’m both instances the service was great and fairly priced. Neil is super helpful and a really honest guy. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. In an impersonal world where most businesses only exploit, Jubilee stands out as a trustworthy group that deserves a higher profile.

Such a great local spot. I don’t know much about bikes and have been getting back into riding lately. The crew here are always so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They got my bike set up with a nice handlebar that has increased my comfort greatly. I’m always grateful for their help!

Broken chain at the beginning of my ride, stopped in to see if they could help and within minutes I had a new chain and was on my way! Great service. Will definitely be back for future service and purchase.

Great service! I'm writing this post a month and half late. My wife called ahead and explained that without his bike, my son could not work at his summer job at pedal heads as a mountain bike instructor. The gentleman who answered her call was sympathetic to our plight and explained that they usually do not do same day service without first looking to see what's wrong. An exception was made in case because they really wanted to support a working teenager. We are grateful. Thank you.

Nice friendly staff. Came in to get a new 700x35c tire for the hybrid and the only shop which had the tires. Got a continental contact plus tire installed on the rear. I am happy with the work done.

They did a great job tuning up my bike and doing some necessary work on it. The service was quick, despite being warned that it may take a week. The location near the bike path and sky train is convenient.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came in for new grips and pedals. They had a good selection. Ryan asked questions to determine my needs and showed me a selection. He then installed them and even adjusted my girlfriends derailleur for no charge. Thank you!

Ryan saved the day - Brought my bike in for a seat post issue where I could no longer tighten the clamp. Initially, I thought the threads were stripped, but it turned out there were other issues internal to the clamp that I would've never thought of. Ryan got me sorted out and I was out of the shop, riding happily, within 30 minutes. Thanks!

I can't recall his name but the staff I interacted with was very knowledgable and super nice. I just got a new foldable e-bike and had some questions about the disk brakes and motor sounds. They don't normally look at these types of bikes but he took a look anyway, recalibrated the brakes and helped to break them in, all while explaining to me how these brakes work along with the motorized components. Didn't even end up charging me for his service. Leaving a 5-star review is the least I can do!
