Jubilee RV Centre

J’ai arrêté pour un problème mineur pour une infiltration d’eau sur le toit de notre RV Classe B. Et comme le problème était mineur et que je voulais faire la réparation moi-même alors Jason m’a offert des conseils et le matériel requis pour faire la réparation. Tout cela avec courtoisie.

Yikes. We lost our travel lights on the travel trailer while heading to Banff! The staff at Jubilee RV Centre were busy but immediately stopped to help troubleshoot and fix the electrical issue so we could get back to our vacation. They were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and had the best customer service we have ever received from an RV dealer/shop! If we lived closer, Jubilee RV Centre would be our new "go-to" dealer and shop. Thank you everyone at Jubilee RV Centre!

Not 100% sure about this company. Would like to hold off on the review for a few weeks.
Well, we have had the 5th wheel for 6 yrs now and haven't been back for any work since the initial problems. Staff were always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only thing that makes me extremely angry about is that we bought a 10-year extended warranty for our 5th wheel. Also, Diamond coating with warranty. But we are now told none of our warranties are any good because we didn't take it into Jubilee RV every year for checkups at our expense. So any issues are at our expense even though the 5th wheel is only 6 yrs old.

I would be very cautious about ordering a RV or mobile unit from these guys. I ordered a Mobile home at the beginning of COVID and the manager cancelled my order citing I did not have paper work needed. The cost of building materials went up and to no surprise, the cost of the unit increased. My order cancelled for greed in my opinion. I ordered another one, put a deposit, got a call near end of build asking if I still wanted to proceed with order as I Had 20,000 reasons (the deposit) not to and my deposit would be returned no problem.
Ended up not needing the unit and when I started talking about my deposit, Terry's tune changed. Difficult to get ahold of and then told if in 3 months, it sold I would get deposit back.
Now will not return emails. DO NOT BUY from them. I was lied to and they will not return my deposit despite emails indicating they would. I think because I am female they are giving me the run around. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic to deal with. Start to (almost) finish. Bill and Stephen were available and willing to answer questions. They helped guide us through the process. Always a few hiccups when doing things from afar but fantastic as working through. Thanks for making it a positive experience so far!

If we could leave more stars we would. We are from out of town and were in some trouble with our truck and trailer and everyone everywhere was too busy to help us. The fellow in service at Jubilee, and then the manager however, came outside and spent quite awhile trying to help us get on our way. Although in the end they couldn't fix our issue, they did direct us to those that could. Thank you both so much! Great customer service!

I bought a Vamoose mammoth 500 here from Mike Poole which he recommended.i've had a hip replacement and not much strength in my legs and let me tell you the bike is awesome! The Jubille rv center was great to deal with and had the best price i've seen on this bike, i highly recommend them!

They are awesome.
We are a Spanish couple traveling a cross the continent and we had a problem with the exhaust fan from our roadtrek and they fix it in a second.

When you are traveling is not easy to find people with so much knowledge like they have.
They are very good professionals, they love their work and they love share their knowledge with you with big passion.

Overall excellent service. Commendable team work between Sales, Finance, Service Technicians, etc. Steve and Bill were great to work with. Bob gave wonderful tour of the unit. Techs were readily available to fix some minor things that we noticed in the unit. We highly recommend this dealership

Never purchased a rv unit from them but have brought both my truck camper and travel trailer in for servicing, and have been very pleased with the quality of work as well as the friendly and professional attitude out of the service staff. Also have bought many parts for my units and have been satisfied with every purchase. I recommend them to everyone!

Hands down the best RV company I have ever had to deal with! We were in a bind late on a Friday night just before closing. Bret was not only a pleasure to deal with but stayed after hours to double check a few parts on our trailer to get us back on the road. I’m beyond grateful for the help and service we received. Highly recommend!

I was having an issue with my awning and called the manager Mike and he put me in touch with Bret in the parts department and Bret was able to go above and beyond and get me a used roller tube free of charge really appreciated the excellent service thank you very much Bret.

Great service from Brett, Jason and staff. We ordered a new 12 cu ft fridge for our motor home. The fridge arrived damaged and was deemed unacceptable. A second fridge was ordered and arrived within a few weeks. Brett fit us in the next week. The fridge was a bear to install, remove MH door and passenger seat to get the new one in! Fridge door insert panels were the wrong ones, proper ones ordered. Overall, job well done by Brett and staff. Would definitely return for services and recommend them to my friends.

We have been searching for a travel trailer for 2 years so we have been to countless dealerships during that time. Our experience with Jubliee RV was by far the best. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted not.only with the RV but also with financing. I highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing. Needed a specific toilet and i called across canada for it. Jubilee ordered it in called in a week later they remembered my name and had it waiting, a month later when i fonally got to kamloops they still had it waiting for me paid by e transfer and they brought it to the truck stop. Excellent service excellent memory and i will be ordering more parts from here

You will hard pressed to find a more knowledge, helpful parts person and Brett. I have always been impressed with is ability to listen, care and to give as much time as needed to solve any of the problems I have put in front of him.

Very knowledgeable from the first time we walked into the door from asking what type of vehicle and knowing towing capabilities to showing us exactly what we asked and not pressing us to look into bigger and fancier. Helpful and friendly parts store. They definitely tried to help me with my parts needs. Pricing was very good for what I needed and they had it in stock as well.

No reason to not award 5 stars. Family owned for over 40 years and that is evident in the environment you experience when dealing with Jubilee. A desire and effort to make things right and transparent in all aspects of purchasing, servicing and after sales response. At this point in time as we have yet to take complete delivery of our unit as the sale was made late in the year, we can find nothing about this RV dealer that isn't excellent. Don't be hesitant to give them a good look.
