I went in for my passport photos today. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The only clerk behind the counter was very friendly and efficiently. She confirmed with me which passport for which I needed the photos (so they probably also do photos for non-Canadian passports). I sat down in front of the white screen. She reminded me to take off my glasses and not to smile (stupid Canadian passport rule) and snapped my photos. Less than 10 minutes, I walked out with a great passport photos I don’t mind looking at.

The day after I was put in touch with the owner of the shop and he was concerned, engaged, and politely looked into the matter.

The employees who worked that day had days off when I spoke with him, however he went out of his way to track down my wallet and believe it or not EVERY CENT was still there tucked in my bill-fold.

Without hesitation, the management of HS&C deserves acknowledging for going beyond any expectation! He even stuck with me through a few logistical circumstances until at last, I was reunited with my wallet and my cash.

5 stars doesn’t say it.

I was into Hornby smoke and convenience this afternoon, where I asked an out-of-the-way favor of a phone call to get an Uber as my phone had died.

I opened my wallet and put $20 on the counter as an incentive, yet both staff (brand new hires) weren’t sure how to call out on their phone system. Though they offered the phone to me it didn’t dial out.

Their hours are 7: 30 AM to 6: 30 PM, however when they weren’t able to help me I did notice that they closed up shop a bit early, some 3 minutes after I left. (It was 4: 30pm) abd mywallet inside. It contained $120 in cash and all of my ID. Depending on the outcome of the situation, I will update my review accordingly.



Today is Monday August 21,2023 and the time of my visit was around 4: 30pm

If you need your photo taken, do yourself a favour and walk another two minutes down the road and save yourself the headache of a unprofessional service.

Website gave a price of 10.99 for passport photos. When I went there she was very warm, took my picture and said to pay later after they were ready. After waiting for 20 mins she said the charges were 19.99+tax. I mentioned that was not the price and she said that was a glitch. This is totally misleading and cheating. Never going back again

Amazingly quick and helpful service with the store manager helping me with all of my US consulate appointment related things, very efficient and fast, I really appreciated his help! And yes, the passport photos aren’t studio photos with editing and cosmetic touches, but it only took a few min to get everything done, so the service is great and the prices are very reasonable!

Taking photo with camera flash, no studio lighting. Photo quality is not good for $12 for one set of 2 photos. Service was fine.

They make professional passport photos for a wide range of countries at a reasonable price. The owners are friendly and their store is neat and tidy.

Very helpful gentleman, was opened by 6: 30am, I had to take a passport in a rush he was the only one opened at that time. His price is also very fair. Great experience.

We went today to get our photos for our Police Certificate application. They were made with all the specifications needed and at great speed. The owner was super kind and I loved the environment of the store, very clean and with very nice music! The decoration is also really pretty! Thank you:)

Came in at 8am for passport photos and the man behind the counter was extremely helpful. He was able to make 2 sizes of photos while helping 2 other customers. I also noticed the prices and choices for travel items were incredibly fair and plentiful as well. 32 dollars for a 32g sandisk ultra card including the USB adapter as well. It's a bit out of my way but I'll be back

I got photos for a Chinese visa. I got them done twice at other places for more money and they were not done properly. The gentleman at Jubilee did them fast and perfectly for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

The owner was excellent. Fast efficient. Got my emergency passport so fast thanks to him and the US Embassy

Went here for last minute passport photos at 7am. The shop was open and the guy was very courteous and professional. 10/10 would recommend
