Jugo Juice

Went to pick up an order placed online and the worker had her airpods in talking to someone, not even acknowledging me. Seemed very unprofessional and rude!

Well where do I start, I came in and ordered 3 cups of juice. I was talking to this lady at the counter to get my order. But she looks annoyed for no reason no smiles, no pleasantries, nothing at all. Until the end after I picked up my juice I said thank you, she didn't even replied. So dissapointed with the service.

However, I wont be giving 1 star because the juice was darn good

The drinks are great and the food is good, but wow the service here is TERRIBLE. The people working here seem to not care at all and it genuinely feels uncomfortable trying to ask for what you want. Myself and my partner have been here a few times but we might just stop going, it’s too much to deal with. Is it too much to ask for to have staff that actually treat you nicely? I’d recommend an alternative place (of which there are plenty), go support a local business that cares:)

Also: the washroom is mysteriously always out of service for literally weeks on end (I suspect because the staff just don’t want to deal with it).

Absolutely the worst jugo juice location I've been to. The smoothies they made were so diluted yet sweet. Towards the end, it was just basically sugar water with minimal content. Even the nearby one at Robson wasn't this bad.

Worst bubble tea ever.boba was hard, so maybe under cooked or days old? The tropical bliss was way too sweet, and the taro tasted like beet juice.
Jugo juice please stick to mighty kale, or go try a bubble tea to know what one should taste like.

Best tasting orange juice and great customer service, specially by Manpreet. She’s so full of positivity and gratitude that make her shine more than the the summer sun…stay strong ladies you keep changing everyone’s day into one of the best

I recently visited Jugo Juice and tried their Mighty Kale Smoothie and Chicken Avocado Wrap, and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed! The smoothie was packed with flavor and nutritious ingredients, and the wrap was fresh and filling. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful in guiding me through their menu. Overall, I highly recommend Jugo Juice and can't wait to visit again soon!

The Food and drinks are too good there’s no doubt in that but but! The staff is kinda rude. Whenever I visit this place they always deals in bad mood. As per my opinion they should learn how to treat the customers.

Pretty sad experience here. Understaffed, run down, menu screens out of service, washroom out of service, bizarre Bhangra music playing, tables stacked in the corner. Seems sorely neglected.

I love going to Jugo Juice on Davie in Yaletown. The customer service is excellent. The girls who are working there are always friendly and very helpful (especially one!). The Juices are fresh and quickly prepared. One miner recommendation - maybe they can add one or two more recipes of freshly prepared juices to their list.

I ordered big blueberry and asked the lady if she could make in a small size she said no, and then she just put half of the items and when i confirmed from her she said yes, i also asked for no ice but when i got it it was cold, i was talking to her politely i dont know why she was showing her attitude.
