I’m so upset. I have an art show and ordered stickers for it. They promise same day delivery and it kept getting pushed. Ordered on the 29th It’s the 5th. I still haven’t received it. I understand holiday, I even offered to pick it up and they said they’d get it to me so I didn’t. Here I am still waiting. Please resolve this. I was hoping to have found my sticker company.

I am extremely pleased with Jukebox. I sent in an inquiry about printing custom stickers for my daughter's birthday on a Monday and received the stickers by mail on Wednesday of the same week. I am so happy with how the stickers turned out. I love how fast their service was and the responsiveness via email was exceptional. I was helped by someone name Taryn and she was awesome. I will definitely use Jukebox again in the future and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience - first time having stickers printed from this lovely shop today. Online ordering process was incredibly easy and straightforward, turnaround time was super quick (less than 1/2 a day - I didn’t need proofs), price was great, and notifications/curbside pick up were very efficient. Even the colourful packaging was awesome. I love how my stickers turned out and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jukebox.

Promised 24 hour printing - never once indicated either by email during processing OR on the phone they wouldn't be ready. It will 72 hours by the time they're done - a full day past a deadline I required them for. Total lack of professionalism, customer service is horrendous. I wish I'd looked at the reviews - I was looking forward to doing a large order for promotional items, so glad we learned early

Placed a small die cut sticker order and it was ready in under 4 working hours with beautiful packaging. They let you do smaller batches than most and that makes it so affordable. Their online sticker design tool is great too, it lets you see a live mockup of the cut and finish. Never going to staples again lol

I am so happy with my order! Not only was the whole process easy and efficient, the stickers look amazing as well. They also tossed in a couple of extra stickers in there which was so appreciated! I will definitely be recommending and ordering again:)

Customer phone support is 10/10, no menu, no holding, I got a real person in a few rings each time. So refreshing!

I called on a Friday, minutes before Jukebox closed with some questions. The lady was so helpful and walked me through how to place my order online. I eventually placed my order about an hour after closing. By the following Monday afternoon, my order was already created & shipped and arrived in my mailbox within days. Ordered some customized stickers, and wedding invitations here. They came out high quality, and the turnaround and delivery was quick! There was barely any need for colour correction as well, the stickers and invites came out just how I wanted them (pretty much the same as the file I sent). I appreciate the transparency in how things will print out (ex.full colour on textured paper).

Also, their support chat is wonderful. I made a mistake and ordered another batch of stickers too late (needed it in 2 days), but the live chat saved me. Taryn helped me get my order in production within a few hours, and ready for the next day. Even if they didn't have it rushed for the next day, just answering my live message was a wonderful experience.

We are a small textile supplier and go to tradeshows all the time. This time the catalogue hanger design changed quite dramatically. It made the production and sampling more complicated and challenging. Jukebox team was very helpful, in particular Emily, very responsive, knowledgeable, and very patient in explaining various issues in the process and making sure the prints met all the design requirements. The suggestion to upgrade the stock for one of prints turned out really nice. We have since sampled some and they look just beautiful!

Had an issue with the colorization on the label that I ordered since I used the app on the website. Kathleen helped me with my issue immediately and I was able to pick up the labels the next day and gave me extra ones as well. Thank you Kathleen and Jukebox team!

We wanted to use a Canadian print shop for our wedding invites so decided to try Jukebox. From the beginning they were extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing the best paper stock for printing - to work well with our invitation design but also budget.
When it came time to send in our images for invitations and RSVP cards, I sent in what we had. The images had multiple issues that meant they couldn't be printed as is, and as I have no background in graphic design, I had no idea how to rectify this. But the team at Jukebox worked with me to find a solution - we discussed changing parts of the invite, which I preferred not to do, and their team worked to fix multiple aspects of the images so they would print beautifully for the invites. There were countless emails back and forth over a few days, and the team was always patient, helpful, and extremely quick to respond. I learned a fair bit in the process and we ended up with an invitation suite that is absolutely gorgeous, and I can't thank Jukebox enough for this. We love our invites and are so happy with our decision to work with Jukebox!

As a realtor I needed a better quality business card than any local printer in town could provide. After searching online for multiple companies that made business cards I was drawn to Jukebox Print by the most competitive pricing and by the ease of their website to upload my file and preview where the bleed lines would be and where they would cut them. It does take about 10 days to 2-1/2 weeks to receive them but you can pay for quicker shipping. I selected the free shipping option and they actually came in sooner than expected. The day I knew it was being delivered I was concerned because I was not home and it was raining and I figured the shipment would come in a thin box and get all wet. I was shocked by the packaging, it had a sealed outer package and inside were heavy duty eye popping boxes. They included a big box for the bulk of the order and a smaller desk sized box. On to the most important part.the QUALITY! They look amazing! The cards are impressively thick and have a silk like feel to them. I am SO glad I found your company. I could not be more impressed. Jukebox has been amazing, they have surpassed my expectations in every way. First, their chat team gets an A+ They have helped me with all my questions to provide them with some kinda tricky print stuff for my wedding, and when I made a really bad mistake with one of the print jobs, a rockstar by the name of Katrina helped me expedite it so it wouldn't be late for the BIG day. Oh and on top of that the print quality and texture of papers they have used are very high quality and impressive. Definitely will be recommending to others:)

The first order I received was a little disappointing because the the design layout was a little bit off-center and the paper was thinner than I thought. I was too fatigue and no energy to complain about that due to my father's funerals. Surprisingly, a better quality one with the fixed design layout got delivered right next day without my having even asked for it. They made my day!
So pleased with their professionalism and care.

Jukebox's customer service and turnaround time is fantastic. I was looking for custom stickers to repurpose a client's old invitations, and I needed high quality stickers. They have a large variety of options for their stickers, and they offer extremely affordable sample kits so you know exactly what to expect. The customer service team is very responsive and friendly. Olivia and Katrina helped me over their website's chat feature and made the process so much easier. My order arrived exactly on time and it was very well packaged. I'm really pleased with how they turned out, and I highly recommend working with them.

Quality of stickers and such is good, but 'same day printing' is a total lie. Have made several orders, usually the night before, and nothing is EVER ready on the same day, each time I've had to call and ask whats up with the order, and I always get the same answer " oh, its in packaging, it'll be ready soon. " They clearly don't care about small orders and its like pulling teeth to get your products out in a timely fashion. EDIT: strange how Jukebox is casting doubt on me being a real customer in their reply - my name should be plenty for them to find my order

Really exceptional quality for the custom stickers! I got the sticker sheets and there was an issue with the first batch but the customer service was super quick and helpful in resolving my issue! Dealing with the issues from jukebox resulted in several all-nighters, my money lost, two orders, one pickup trip, multiple headaches, OCD from print lines, and no usable business cards

print quality was nice but misaligned so at the end of the day it's still not usable

Quite dissapointed, received blank cards (black and white) did not approve that image eventhough it says i did and if you go on my account you can see my actual image, regardless i called them, the guy offered 50% off for a new order, i was not satisfied with that and when i tried to put a new order in it would not go into my cart and the guy kept saying oh you have you use chrome search not safari, when my last order went through fine. He then said he will contact the I. T department and for sure call me that day, its been a week and a half no calls, i emailed NO REPLY, i call everyday NO ANSWER.
Definitely disputing the charge. As i am beyond dissapointed with the service i have received.

A 5 business day turn around job for 500 business cards (from the day i approved the proofs) turned into a 7 business day turnaround. I received NO communication that my prints were going to be late, and had i not called them on the 7th day to inquire i would have known nothing about my prints. Quality was nothing to write home about, my home printer has done a better job printing on cardstock than their printers did. I submitted good quality pdf and the print appears out of center and the lines are not super crisp, which for a vector file is inexcusable. I gave 2 stars because their online ordering and uploading system is pretty nice and the person i spoke with on the phone prior to me approving the proofs was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will not be back here again.

I've been with JB for 6+ years and have appreciated their loyalty discount and competitive pricing.

All of a sudden they increased my price point, nearly doubling what I used to pay. (My local print shop that I rarely go to offers the same rate)

I asked if they could offer a better price point and they basically straight up said no.

Just disappointed they couldn't do better to keep a long time client.

This is by FAR the best printing company in North America.
Amazing quality, good pricing, easy to order, quick proofing (automated in fact), fast printing, top packaging (beautiful box, just wait till you receive it).

I have used Jukebox for over 10 print jobs now in the span of less than a year, and I highly recommend them. Their print quality is amazing, and they are very responsive. There were a couple of times where my proof was done in the middle of the night. Their local shipping is quite fast, usually receive it the next day after being shipped out. Thank you Jukebox team!

Their customer service is awesome. Really easy to use and if you have any questions or concerns about your order they are more then willing to help you out. Considering it was my first time making any sort of label it was very easy, and I am not good with computers so that was refreshing!

Ordered 150 sheets of vinyl stickers in the past two weeks, some without kiss cut option and some with. All orders where my proofs were approved before 9: 30am were finished and able to be picked up in the same day.

I had an issue where my kiss cut sticker files weren't correct with the cut line layers, and Jukebox was very quick with letting me know what the issue was and I was able to get the file back to them without delay.

The vinyl quality is great, their turnaround time is great, their service has been helpful and prompt. The price is very reasonable compared to the other print places in town, and due to their quick turnaround, I'd come back to them.

Jukebox has helped us with some beautiful stickers a few times this summer. Have been really impressed with the team's service, timeliness, and flexibility. They'll for sure be my go-to in the future!

Great experience and at a great price. Not the first time I’ve worked with Jukebox and not the last.

I needed a good quality sticker and had a super short timeline. In one day Jukebox was able to deliver. Customer service was great as I was building the file, recommending a finish coating based on what I needed, and an assurance that they could do it on time. Then with only 30 minutes to closing on a Friday they assured me some one would be there with my stickers, even though, I was running 5 minutes late. Just under the wire - Jukebox delivered a great product, and had good communication.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly service. My prints turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely become a repeat customer!

If you are looking for high quality stickers, go somewhere else. I was trapped by the 50% discount ad and got myself 250 stickers that look like they were printed by my $40 HP DeskJet printer. Threw $130 in the garbage but learned my lesson. Not going to do business with these folks anymore.

And I don't want a discount for another order, Customer Service people. I'm not going to give you more money for more bad quality stuff. Don't waste my time and yours.

Average service. Had initial issues with their online system. Submitted a PSD through their site and through email several times. Every time it was rejected saying it's a 77-page PDF, this resulted in my order being a few days late.

We had a very specific custom design for some gift card holders that they were able to accommodate without any issues. Communications about the order was timely and completed when they said they were going to complete by.

Immediate reply. Diligent service. Friendly. Accommodating. One-day turnaround. Fair prices. Will be back!

They had a quick turnaround time for a magazine printing project we had, great quality finish, colour reproduction was fantastic. Best part was the amazing turnaround time. Very pleased with the overall service, and special shout out to Gary with the customer support, helping us getting these pushed through in the time that we needed to have them by!

Cards came quickly, look gorgeous, and packaging was lovely. Would order from them 100 times over and cant see myself going to another place again. -Silk Matte/Spot UV

After our first batch of cards from Vistaprint ran out, we decided we wanted to support a local business and purchase higher quality cards. We're a small business and are budget-conscious, but we care about our branding.

We uploaded the same design to Jukebox, and the results were horrible. They were off-centered on nearly every single card. The text + logo were fuzzy (even though we provided very high quality imagery), and the colour was completely off. They were the type of cards you'd be embarrassed to give out.

So, Jukebox launched an internal quality review. A few days later, we received a detailed email completely exonerating themselves. They, in turn, blamed us for a poor design + printing choice (which was NEVER suggested in the proofing process). The end of the email says "your business cards are available to Pick Up at any time that suits you". There was zero attempt to rectify the situation.

We asked them to recycle the cards. We lost $200 and wasted paper. I wanted to like Jukebox. They have great reviews and are local. However, I can't explain how disappointed I am in their business.

EDIT: The customer service team has offered a discounted re-print. I will update this review following the new print.

EDIT #2: Our second print turned out even worse than the first one: pixilation, terrible colour accuracy, chipped edges, off-centre. They're so bad that I didn't even think about asking for another reprint. I just accepted them and walked out. It's a bummer to have wasted $500 and a lot of paper, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Also - I tried taking a photo but it's hard to do it justice via an iPhone photo.

Bottom line - print with someone else.
