My cell phone went on Voice Over feature and I was not able to reset and bring back to normal feature. The technician at Park Royal Mr. Hadi did his best to fix the issue without resetting the cellphone and losing all my information. It was an amazing kindness from him to try to repair. He did not charge me although I insist on paying the cost. Thank you and have a merry Christmas.

Jared provided excellent customer service in comparing laptops to choose the one that best met my needs. Hadi, technician superstar, managed to extract all my files from my shattered laptop (didn't think that was possible) to transfer onto my new one. I'm eternally grateful. Great customer experience. No wait compared to Apple store in downtown, highly recommend.

"Apple Genius" Hadi treated my mother miserably when she was purchasing her iphone from this store and he completely messed up the set-up this past weekend. He was incredibly rude and basically said "go talk to your own IT guy. " He also made her change her apple password five times as well as her email password and it still didnt work. Somehow, he was changing things on her TELUS account that we are unaware of and now we are spending the work day trying to piece everything back together. While in contact with TELUS today, they say they have no idea why he did whatever he did to the account. It's okay to fail at providing a service but its not okay to be incredibly rude about it as well, let alone muddy the waters when trying to rectify the issue. Stay away.

Went in the day before Father's Day to pick out my present (making is simpler for my family). Vinh helped me understand what product (iPad) and accessories were the most suitable for my needs. Very patient and accommodating. He guided me through the set up process (simple for him, just another 'chore' for me) and off I went. I never felt pressured to buy, instead I think he went above and beyond to ensure I understood why he recommended what he did. I'm very happy with the outcome and want to give them a big shout out for quality service and products.

David helped me with the purchase of my new phone and was very helpful walking me through all the options. Definitely would recommend going to them for any help you may need!

Working under Apple crown deserve more to be called Apple premium retailer.fortunately they are not Apple Store.
Stuff there need skills and manners I am sure apple would give them free training, i wont comment more, if i start complaining list will be long. Manager should be aware when he uses word Dishearten, it has bigger meaning than just letting it out of the mouth

Have gone to this store several times and received great service! Staff is patient, respectful and very helpful! Recently made my purchases with Amandeep and she was great!

Last night I was there to buy a lens protector for my iphone 14 pro max. They are good in communication but selling is much more important for them. The lens protector was installed with a lot of bubbles which looked so ugly and they tried to convince me that all the protectors are like this. I’ve mentioned that this is not my first phone or protector anyways they just emphasized that bubbles won’t affect the lens but I was paying 30$ not to have something bubbly which will fall down after a week. I took a new protector from them instead of the one that they installed and installed it MYSELF (without any experience in phone service field) at home WITH NO BUBBLES. And the way they looked at each other after telling this to them was so disrespectful either.i will never go there anymore and I’ll make sure that my friends and family won’t go there either.

Always excellent service. My second time I visit for some Apple product problem. This time Vinh and Deep were great! Realty recommend this store for any Apple product problems.

Be very careful about their return policy. They do NOT accept returns if box opened. I would NOT buy from them again. When Apple, Costco, and every other competition accepts returns.

Hadi, the best salesman and technician hands down. He went above and beyond to assist me. Undoubtedly one of the best retail experiences ever.

Workers were nice and friendly. Went in to get a replacement screen protector for my iphone 8. I told them it was an iphone 8 and even showed the model via settings. Come back home to put on the screen and turns out they gave me an iphone 8 PLUS screen protector. It's annoying because now I have to go all the way back just so they can fix their mistake.

I had great experience with this store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bought a MacBook Air on their flex plan financing option. Very convenient.

Went to get a screen protector installed for my Apple watch. After installing it and giving it back to me it was clear it wasn't fully sealed at the edges but I was told to take it home and put it on the charger and the heat would seal it. I followed their instructions perfectly but it never sealed and the edges continued to come up and get dirt and things trapped under. I thought maybe it was a faulty one or wasn't installed right so within a week I took it back to see if I could have it redone, and they were nice about it and redid it for me, but once again same thing it didn't seal.
The next week I went back a third time to get a refund since the protectors were clearly terrible quality and didn't fit the watch right but they told me it was past the date for a refund and essentially blamed me and said it wasn't their fault because "no one else has problems with them". I felt quite insulted by this and that I deserved a refund since the product was terrible and I paid $28 for it, but the only option they gave me was to reluctantly replace it one more time so I accepted that. And again unsurprisingly after putting the watch on the charger right when I got home as they said, it didn't seal at all at the edges which you can clearly see in the photo, after a few days dirt will get trapped under the edges and it will become useless. Very disappointed in the service and the way they took no responsibility and refused to refund me when I could have asked for a refund the first time I came in but wanted to give them another chance.

The technicians were generally helpful and made sure my iPad was backed up so my data could be restored after battery replacement. I was informed promptly at home when the iPad was ready. My only suggestion is that staff should let customers know in advance to bring another device for two factor authentication for Apple sign in.

At first I was confused as it looks exactly like the apple store with a few differences, being their first store in BC made me a little wary. We ended up getting our new Iphone 12's there as surprisingly they has them in stock (our phone company has had us on a waiting list for over a month). Ali was great to deal with and we had a really good experience, definitely will return here and so happy we don't need to go downtown anymore for the apple store.

I want to thank Hadi for resolving audio sound issue so I don’t need to replace my phone. It’s hard to let go with the phone these days so I appreciate all the support Jump+ Provides. I didn’t mind driving a long way to get my issue resolved.

I came to Jump on 2 occasions.

The first time was last week, when my iphone was out of commission because I couldn't charge it. I was overzelous when spraying my phone with sanitizing spray and got some on the charging port. My phone wouldn't charge at all, and I had not been able to complete a backup before then!

After chatting with apple support they directed me here. Manpreet was able to fix this for me while I waited! Also - while I waited (it was quiet), I noticed their other staff members were diligently cleaning different surfaces in the store, their phones, counters etc. So I felt safe with their covid protocol.

Being so happy with them fixing the charging port issue, I came back the following week to replace the battery as the battery health indicated it needed servicing. They underpromise and overdelivered on the timeline. I was able to get my phone back on the same day.

Great place to buy apple products and accessories. I have been here couple times and bought some stuff, the guy helping me was amazing. It's a Big store and looks exactly like an apple store, very clean and bright as well.

Will surely recommend to go there rather than to pacific to avoid huge line up and wait.

Booked an appointment to replace my iPhone battery after confirming same day replacement with one of the staffs a day before. I showed up for my appointment and they basically told me they’re too busy and cannot do it the same day. Waste of time.

My experience returning an new iPad cracked screen with Apple Care extra warranty was outstanding. I return device, checked out, a brand new device (not refurbished) was received for pick up in 2 days, at 0 (zero) cost. That kind of services is a luxury some places, but here is an ordinary standard.
