We’ve had both our son’s birthday parties here since the new owners (who are fabulous by the way). The detail and care put into the decorations and cakes and the friendliness of the staff is amazing! They take the stress off of the parents’ shoulders and make birthdays amazing for these kids! Not having to worry about decorations or food prep or baking makes it all worth it. Thank you all for everything you do for the families that come through your doors. You rock!

Took our son and his little friends there to celebrate his birthday- we didn’t do a birthday room but maybe next year! All the kids had a blast and the baby/toddler area was wonderful for our younger son. Very friendly staff as well. We’ll be back!

Great for kids and parents & grandparents! Busy place though! The more adults the better to keep your eyes on kids who love to run and climb & sit up high where you might lose sight of them!

Since the new owners have taken over, this place has a lot more of a homey feel to it. The expansions for parties are awesome! My boy absolutely loves it here!

Took the grandkids here yesterday and had a great time. The staff was very polite thanked us for coming. It was clean and food was good value for the cost. Would recommend and will definitely be going back.

There’s so much that’s changed in this place! You guys are definitely putting the effort in this place! That being said, there’s always going be those online bullies who always wanna hide behind the phone and fire no matter how best your efforts are! So Keep your focus on the positive! Keep up the good work! It’s obviously making an impact! There’s NO comparison to what this place has ever been like before!

This place used to be ok until the new owners took over. The owner (guy with dread locks) yelled at my 4 year old for accidentally walking into that new light game and told him to rudely get out. My son didn’t know what that room was and the guy could have asked politely to leave. And another incident in the same day, one of the machines took my kids loonie and my son politely went up to the cashier (owners pre teen daughter) and asked for the loonie back since he couldn’t get his money back. She gave me and my 4 year old attitude and refused to give me my loonie back. The machine didn’t have a noticeable out of order sign and was very small. I won’t be coming back. Very rude owners

Lots to do and a good way to spend a couple of hours for your kids. Would have only liked to be able to accompany my kid to the larger climbing areas.

Very disappointed we are not allowed to bring in our own birthday cakes anymore when booking a party room. My soon to be 6 year old daughter was very excited to have her party, but now she doesn't even want to have her party there. Sadly I can't even get my deposit back, as a single mother trying to give her daughter what she wanted I'm very disappointed in this business.

Great place to bring the littles. The food is definitely geared for children and I wouldn't recommend it for adults but still a great place to bring the kiddos.

Did my daughter’s birthday party here. The staff was wonderful and the place was great, my daughter can’t wait to go back to the place again. We will be back soon for sure.

The place was great, but some customers just picky here today made me felt so sorry for the employees here.the store still needs to improve but the parents here should take care their children.however, still good experience because of the best place to go without Sunshine.

Pretty decent and clean place with a fair price! My daughter had a comfortable experience here. Will definitely come again.

This is a great place for kids with different activities.
Staff are very friendly, especially Yin is a wonderful guy with amazing customer service.

We went here before couple years ago before covid, it was very clean and tidy, but sorry to say this, maybe you need to do some deep cleaning sanitation to this place it really smells. But i really love this place, I hope It will help this feedback to build up again this wonderful place for kids

Haven't been here since before the pandemic and finally introduced my 4-year-old to the place. Very organized, clean and well run.along with friendly service. Will be back

Very clean place here, we were having a nice day without sunshine outside. Staffs here also provided excellent service, shout out for Yin.

This place is stinky, its really smelly. I think not safe for all the kids to play it looks like they didnt sanitize this place. Waste of money we went home early. Yuckks!

Great place to burn off kids' energy on a rainy day! I wish there were places like this in the Comox Valley.with so many rainy days:/ Staff was busy, but very nice. Maybe more healthy options in the cafeteria would be a good idea.

We love this place, the owners are warm and friendly, the food is excellent, the kids had a great time, it's a great place to go with friends.we will go there again!

Prices are fair, the cafeteria has a wide assortment and most of all the kids have fun while parents can sit at a table with coffee watching their kids. $14.95 per kid 5yrs+ and they can stay there all day if they want, it's something to do on a rainy weekend.

Decent place to take kids to play and keep them busy but, it really smells gross. They clearly do not use very good cleaners or disinfectant on things.

This place is horrible I took my Kiddo here for a couple of hours and honestly I found so many issues from health to safety. Im very surprised this place can still be open. I order my daughter chicken strips and fries first off way to dam expensive for Walmart food not to mention the chicken was not cooked all the way. So my kid ended up getting food poising from here. The staff are rude and have no care in the world for any one else. And from what i see here is this place is the free day care so parents can drop there kids off and leave all day. I sure wont be coming back here thats for dam sure. Think twice before coming here I wish I did.

The place is really wonderful, the service is also great! This is my children favourate place, they all love it！

The kids have fun every time we come, and the price is affordable. Lots for them to do and explore.
