Their food is fresh and service is fair as they only have 2 servers most of the time. Still, they attend your needs promptly.

ALL YOU CAN EAT WAGYU BEEF SLICES!

Went here with a group of 7 and we didn’t speak Chinese and the lady didn’t know much english. We are assuming this is a family restaurant. The lady was super sweet and she even explained what the character writing meant. So let’s review!

Price: AYCE, we chose the 39.99 because we love wagyu and other dishes that had to be paid extra

Doesn’t include: drinks, desserts and hotpot broth.

Highlights it includes: deep fried chicken is delicious here, deep fried salmon, wagyu beef slices, pea sprouts (not many restaurants include this, I love these veggies!), squid, prawns, and many more

Food: they plated all the meat really pretty, everything is delicious

Drinks: my go to is herbal tea and coke

Service; they don’t speak much English as it’s a family restaurant but the lady is super sweet! She always knows when to come when she overhears we need something.

In the beginning when I was writing the numbers to order for the meat. I thought it meant by plate so I would order 5-6 per meat. She told me it was per slice and helped me changed the order knowing how much MORE we should order for the group. I love how caring she is and it was a good first order amount. Always there to our table and in the end she gave us mandarin oranges mini ones. She saw how we loved it as a refreshment because it’s sweet and cold. So she came in with another batch when we never asked for it. We all loved how sweet of a gesture that was! Amazing service (NYE), didn’t catch her name but she was the only staff at night.

Atmosphere: very old, blinds were covering the windows so it looked sketch, didn’t even know it was a hotpot until our friend told us.

Overall: lovely service and food. They need to update the interior

All u can eat. Food is good. Tried their chicken wings and fish puffs, which they are famous for and are better than expected.currently having a special for unlimited refill of plum juice, which is a great drink to go with the hotpot. The only drawback is that they have a limited selection of dipping sauces. It would have been a 5 star if they had more choices on sauce.

$39 for the fire test, including tax and tips, about $50 per person

Definitely try their wings, even if you don’t like the hot pot, their wings are 6 stars

For the hot pot, all their base are okay, a little bit blend but good variety

Meat quality is good

Their service…. I would say there is a room for improvement, they need to hire more waiter, there were two of them running non stop.

The taste is really average, average, average, and the meat that requires extra money is not that good either.

Oh man, it was so delicious. My favorite was the coconut jelly. It was unlimited. Friendly staff, always checking on us. Would recommend.

Worst service ever experienced in Vancouver bar none. As a cafeteria, from the second round of ordering, the service staff have been ridiculed and rolled their eyes. It takes a lot of reminders to add a plate of meat or seafood, and after choosing a 10% tip, the service staff has been pressing and swiping the card The machine forced the guest to pay a 15% tip, and then had a strong argument with the guest. It is not recommended for everyone to taste it. It is not worthwhile to be angry when you go out to eat.

Service is super awful, wont ever dine in this resto ever again!
We made reservation tonight for 6-8pm. Servers start rushing us to not order more food at 7: 15, and start collecting our untouched food on the table at 7: 30, and saying with cantonese, "Otherwise I dont think you guys can finish on time. " So they just end up taking away our food rudely and kick us out to the cashier at 7: 55. With pre set 15% tips on top. Who the hell do they think they deserve this money. This is by far the worst dining experience I ever have in Vancouver.

I don’t comment on the dishes. The waiter’s attitude is very bad. Half of the dishes are served and the seasoning has not yet been served. The waiter has a bad face and rolls her eyes every time. We speak Mandarin and she answers us in English. We use English and she finally serves it in Cantonese. The waiter asked us to write on the new menu in a very impatient tone. It took almost an hour to put all the seasonings together and then called for adding soup. After two or three times, no one came to add it. In short, the whole process was impatient Smelly face and forced 15% tip at the end Is it because all platforms are dissatisfied with this bad attitude? It's disgusting. The most speechless experience of the most disgusting restaurant in Vancouver.

AYCE ate for an hour without being fed by the waiter. The whole process started from sitting down and speaking Mandarin, and I endured two hours of rolling eyes. The average sense of superiority came from each waiter. The sum is bigger than this tens of square meters. Don’t remember. The meat is new and not fresh. I just remember that every waiter has quite big eyes and a lot of whites, but they are a bit yellow and unhealthy. I suggest you go to the hospital for a checkup.

The lady pointed the price on the bill without telling me tip already included. Not honest. Will never go back again

The proprietress has fully grasped the wealth code of doing business: 1. The soup is salty, without tea, so that the guests themselves will be thirsty to death; 2. If the food is not served for the second time, it will be gone if you ask (the table next to it is obviously there) ; 3. Scolding customers in Cantonese behind their backs; 4. Chasing people away after less than an hour; 5. The proprietress has greasy hair and poor personal hygiene, so disgusting that customers don’t want to eat; Bring soup to customers, and even quarrel with customers; 7. The service is super bad, but the consumption tip starts at 10%; 8. I am afraid that customers will be constipated, so I will have diarrhea every time I finish eating. Open AYCE, but reluctant to let customers eat. Don't open it if you can't afford it. Such a shrewd store owner cannot justify not making a fortune

The owner of the buffet restaurant is also afraid that customers will eat "Wagyu", so they ask for more plates and find various excuses not to serve them. They also say that eating too much beef is too fat and they will cause health problems and they cannot be held responsible. This is the first time I have seen this kind of buffet restaurant that does not serve customers. After eating enough, because we were waiting for a table behind us, we served desserts in advance to chase people away. Not recommended. Once you open a restaurant, don’t be afraid of customers!

The restaurant with the worst service in all of Vancouver, even my 9 month old daughter was charged. I ate the food for 20 minutes once, and waited for half an hour for the second time. The waiter asked us if we didn’t want to eat the food on the table, and poured our food into the pot when we passed by for the second time. Oh my god, I ate for half an hour and started to drive away the customers. The more I ate, the more angry I became. If you are reluctant to make a buffet, you must be the worst restaurant in Vancouver.

I had very bad experience from this restaurant. Service was awful and the owner was very miserly. My friend and I ordered several times beef but she refused to provide and then turn down the stove. She said we could not only order beef and seafoods, she tried to push us to eat fried items such as deep fry chicken, deep fry fish balls or pay extra to have fish tofu. I will never visit it again. It’s so bad. Don’t go to this restaurant and save your pocket

The fried chicken wings are very delicious. The quality of the hot pot meat and seafood is much better than other all you can eat hot pots. The store has a small decoration and is ordinary. Overall it is very good value.
