I found Just Cremation the day my dad died. No plans had been made and we were scrambling to find something while dealing with immense grief. I called 6 different places from a list of 20+ companies the hospital provided, both funeral homes as well as other online cremation companies, and Just Cremation was the most affordable by a wide margin. I worried that the lower price tag would come with issues or compromised service, but I was pleasantly surprised. Just Cremation was responsive, empathetic, and did everything exactly as they said they would. Plus their turnaround time was better than most funeral homes. We chose a simple cremation and preferred not to be present during the cremation process. We also opted to have my father's ashes dropped off to our house, which we really appreciated. I'm grateful we found Just Cremation and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a simple cremation.

I called them late on a Sunday afternoon after my father passed not really expecting to talk to anyone but they were there and said they would take care of everything that evening. Everything was done through the website different options you could order and all required signatures etc. Very professional and caring group. Even when I came in to pick up his remains there was no effort to up sell any items very friendly. Also they have their own crematorium so they don’t send the bodies out like many other places. When my father passed a month ago, it seemed a logical choice to have them provide the service for him. Their website was well laid-out, walked you through the steps and various service choices, and it made the experience so much easier. Knowing that once I set the arrangements in motion, everything was taken care of for the family. The Executor Assistance section of the website is extremely helpful and comprehensive. Everyone I communicated with and met during the collection of remains and documents was kind, thoughtful and professional. I highly recommend them.

Efficient, compassionate and affordable. On line proces registration makes it easy. This organization helps to keep stress levels low during time of grieving. I phoned at 3am and a friendly professional person was talking with me and knew what to do.

My husband passed away suddenly, we contacted many funeral homes, we finally chose Just Cremation as they are affordable, efficient, and sincere. Found this company online after my Mom had passed. They took care of everything in a timely manner and were extremely helpful. They picked her up from the care home the same day, which made the home very happy. I have never had to deal with anything like this before so was a little overwhelmed on how to proceed. They made this as easy as possible during a very difficult time for me and were always calming. They gave me a sense of security in knowing everything was handled properly. I could not have had a better experience under these circumstances.

Having our child pass away in a different city than where we lived, I felt relieved to have this option available for a quick cremation. The process on-line was simple and I was able to choose from a variety of Urn options, as well as, memory necklaces which hold ashes. The staff were always kind and helpful and made sure all of my items were shipped directly to our funeral home, as asked. The follow up was also wonderful and I would definitely recommend Just-Cremation.

A Cremation package was pre purchased several years ago and when the time came to require the services, everything was done exactly as we had expected. The service providers were competent, timely, and thorough with all aspects with follow up to ensure that we were satisfied.

Sadly, I lost my Mom September 18,2023. There is many services that take advantage of your situation. Just-Cremation looked after us like extended family. The follow-up from start to finish was fantastic. Not to mention the follow-up to see how you and your family are doing during difficult times. Took me a while to write this… but I can’t say enough about how wonderful the people are who work for Just Cremations in Aldergrove BC. They were kind, compassionate, above and beyond service. They were so patient in helping navigate one of the saddest days of my life, having to plan my partner’s cremation. I am so grateful for the heartfelt kindness they showed.

We found Just-Cremation online and they were exactly what we were looking for. They offer as little or as much as you are looking for when the time comes and a loved one passes. The ability to complete the transaction online without pressure is priceless however if you need live support, they make themselves available and answer your questions thoroughly.
They took care of my wife with dignity and respect from the moment they arrived at my home, during the viewing and right up to the time they provided me with her ashes.
The online tools they provide for posting the obituary, managing the estate and online grief support was an added bonus, I thought I was going to have to explore all of these on my own and use services from another provider, they have it all, included in their reasonably priced services.
