This is hands down the best dentist that you can find. My 9 year old absolutely loves coming here. I took my three-year-old today for his 1st cleaning and he did unbelievably well because of the staff! They made his 1st real dentist appointment a breeze. If you're looking for a dentist for your little ones this is the place to go! Of course you're looking for dentist yourself, call these guys!

I’ve been going here for years and I will never switch! All the staff are extremely friendly and organized. This is a trustworthy clinic that will take care of you. They were great with my 3 year old daughter too and gave her a nice first time experience and now she loves the dentist!

My daughter Camryn had a dental cleaning with Nav. She had the best experience, Nav was gentle and caring and explained how to properly floss with braces. She will definitely be seeing Nav again:)

1st time on this clinic. Had my 1st cleaning and 1st tooth extraction. The dentists and the staff were amazing and friendly! Going to the dentist is not really my thing esp tooth extraction but when they perform an amazing job and making sure you can trust them in what they do, i wont hesitate to come back again! I was referred to Just Smiles Dental through a friend and my whole family has been here. The staff is very friendly and outgoing and every experience there has been wonderful. The office is very well organized and clean especially with new covid protocols they has made me and my family feel very safe.

I had a great cleaning from Nav today, who was extremely thorough and professional. Probably one of the best cleanings I have had, she took her time and I felt well taken care of. The team was also safe and the environment clean - all safety protocols were observed. I have also taken my kids to Just Smiles and they were very comfortable and well taken care of.

I came here as a new patient yesterday and had an overall great experience. I felt the environment was safe and the office had all the preventative Covid measures in place. The receptionist was friendly, the dental assistant was efficient in taking all of my X-Rays and the dentist explained in detail (with my X-Rays and photos on the screen) what work needed to be done. They were able to schedule me in for another appointment today and it was quick and painless. They answered my questions and concerns and put my mind at ease as I tend to have a lot of anxiety with dental visits.

Very friendly staff. The doctor is also very nice and patient. The clinics COVID19 protocol is very strict which makes me feel safe at the time of visit. I would highly recommend.

My family and I have been going to Just Smiles for a couple years now. The staff are always so wonderful and so caring. My kids actually like going to the dentist. Just recently my husband had to go and have a check up. Not only Dr. Kim was so nice and so gentle he even made time the following week to come and check back on my husband as it was hard for my husband to get around. We all know that no one likes to go to the dentist. But I have never experienced anything so professional, with amazing customer care. I am 54 years old and have never experienced such care and concern for a patient! If you’ve had a bad experience please make an effort to change your dentist

Amazing clinic, so kind, thorough, never do a procedure without explaining it first. They are gentle yet, efficient. Provide exceptional patient care. Best dentist I have ever had and I have had many. Finally found one my entire family is willing to go to. I can't say enough great things about this entire clinic! They rescued me when I needed a root canal and my regular dentist tried to have me wait 2 weeks! Just Smiles got me in the next day, did a fantastic job and have won me over. My family and I all have switched over. They treat you like family, and that's very hard to come by nowadays. Can't recommend them more

Just Smiles Dental has wonderful staff, and are very welcoming. I had severe anxiety when it came to visiting the dentist, to the point of needing to take ativan before going, but over the years they made me feel comfortable and the anxiety lessened.

However, I was really sad by how a situation was handled, which has effectively caused the anxiety to return. I needed a root canal, and was treated by JSD. Almost 2 years later, I returned 3 times within 2 weeks with severe pain in the same area. I was told that they -may- have root canaled the wrong tooth but there was "no way of knowing for sure". Eventually I saw an endodontist they referred me to, who said the same thing. The endo office told me they would send the report to JSD the same evening, but I was mot contacted and not advised on the next step until I emailed 5 days later. After being told to go with the endodontist (at my cost), I asked for my patient file to which they tried to deny me my information until I quoted the CDSBC website. I sought a second opinion, where I found out that not only did they root canal the wrong tooth, they did it incorrectly which caused a second infection and bone loss. The xrays were shown to me, a clear line separating 2 infections and the tip of the original root canal was not filled properly. On top of that, there was a 3rd infection that went completely unnoticed. I have since had three root canals on my front teeth, costing 3k, and I was told will never have white teeth even with veneers. I had just finished orthodontics. The situation has still not ended for me, and will need to be checked on to make sure everything is healing properly. If not, I will need surgery and bone grafts.

I love sharing when I have found a gem and Just Smiles in Surrey is it. (I wasn’t asked to write this review btw). The team is very professional, experienced and very patient centred. I love how Dr Wang is always so pleasant to interact with and most of all she takes the time to listen and direct the best quality of care. Her work is exceptional. I trust her blindly with all dental I’ve had done (Invisalign for which I’m am LOVING the results) as well as the more invasive dental procedures. Her lovely Assistant Charlene is clearly an expert in her work and compliments Dr Wang’s work very well, thus making the dental experience that much more pleasant. They have a great reception team with Lynn who is “on it” and very friendly. Very clean office too which is a huge factor for me!

I came here once for a cleaning because I couldn't get an appointment with my regular dentist. After checking me the dentist recommended I get 4 cavities filled and wanted to book me for two appointments. I was skeptical since I've had 4 cavities in my whole adult life. I asked if it was urgent and if I could wait 6 months and have my regular dentist verify. The dentist said I should be ok. Well after going to my regular dentist he was pretty disgusted to hear that someone wanted to give me 4 fillings. My regular dentist said I was fine and didn't need any work.

Truly the best office! Was anxious when I arrived but quickly put at ease and explained every step. I left a happy patient.
