Andrew was especially helpful, I was looking for kitchen shelves and he was very professional and had many suggestions, checked on line for what I was looking for, and was very pleasant to deal with. An excellent salesperson who went the extra mile!

Me and my family just moved to Prince George. We were shopping around to buy furniture. We went to JYSK and met Shane over there. We bought bed, mattress coffee table and some other stuffs from there. Shane is so humble and has great personality, moreover he is very very helpful. Every time we need to buy some stuffs for our house I think about JUSK first because of Shane. Most surprising is that whenever I texted him to get some info he instantly replied to my text. He is really amazing…. Thanks a lot to Shane for helping us. We recommend everyone to visit JYSK PG and Shane……

Olivia and Mike B went above and beyond in helping me coordinate the purchase and delivery of furniture for an elderly woman in need! I had no clue where to start with coordinating things, and they stepped in and not only helped me with a delivery plan, but helped me choose the best quality products that were well within my client’s budget. Absolute top notch customer service here!

Had a great experience at Jysk with Mike…he was putting out sale signs for next day and he sold my daughter on a sectional and I bought her an over the toilet cupboard. He was ver friendly and helpful, but had to get Todd, the manager to okay the sales price of both pieces, which he did, saving us a trip there the next day

Had a terrible experience with jysk. The piece of furniture I bought was warped and unable to be assembled. I had to fight online customer service for a long time just to return it, they only wanted to refund me half of the purchased price.

I finally got them to take it back and they sent someone to pick it up. The person who picked it up said they see this all the time, that the furniture doesn't assemble well or at all.

Nothing against the staff at this location. But I would recommend furniture shopping literally anywhere else.

The price on the item I purchased was considerably lower than expected. The assistance from the worker in store, Kristin, was above and beyond her duties. Highly recommend this establishment.

Steve went to check stock on a piece of furniture we were interested. Then went to check if furniture boxes were all on hand and none were damaged. Even helped me load it in the car. Exceptional service.

We bought a couch from jysk and the sales guy we talked with was fantastic. Very pleased with the level of customer service we received:) definitely recommend buying furniture from jysk!

Todd was very helpful, imparting his knowledge of mattresses, mattress protectors and black out curtains. I was able to chose products with more confidence after talking with him.

Went in looking for a certain dresser. Only had display. Went and checked and said should be in first week of July. Then printed off slip with item and direct number to call back in july. That was very much appreciated

Came in just to grab a couple of plants, was greeted by Rukshar. She was very polite, helped me with what I needed.

Shayna, our cashier was so kind and informative on the products my mom and I brought to the register. She had a great sense of humour and had us laughing while leaving the store. 10/10 would come back just for her. She was the best experience within the store. The other staff were very attentive, but she really sealed the experience.

This was an excellent experience although we were not approached by anyone. Once we reached the till Shayna greeted us enthusiastically, complimented us and was all around delightful. She upsold in a non-aggressive way which is a nice change of pace. Earlier this week I also came into Jysk and Shayna was wonderfully helpful then as well when I needed something specific. She is a stellar employee and her eyeliner is amazing.

I was greeted by Shayna at cash today. She has an infectious smile & a great sense of humour. We bantered a bit & had some laughs while she processed my order. Shayna made me feel welcome & appreciated. What a great employee!

Staff is usually very friendly. Bought two beds and you definitely get what you payed for. Instructions where wrong on the type of bolts to use and where, just cheaply made products but like say, you get what you payed for.

We had a great experience with Eric. We bought two bed frames, he went out of his way to wrap them in plastic wrap because it was raining.
