We went to the store on Scott Road and 80 Ave to look for a bed frame. We were Welcomed by Anu who helped us to find what we need and well explained to us the conditions following what we need. That leads us to buy two items instead of one.

Waiting for a week for a bed to be delivered. Not impressed. Waiting all day today. They need a new driver, can't get hold of they them.

Last time I visited JYSK-Delta was yesterday, and let me tell you…the best customer service I have experienced in my life, Kudos to the Manager and employees for making your customer so welcomed into the store, thanks to the nice lady who brought me a basket, my arms were full, that allowed me to add some other things on my way to the cashier

Very good service and helpful. The item I bought came with the wrong hardware. I called and I did not have to haul the heavy item back. By the time I got to the store they had the proper hardware waiting for me. Great and helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful and polite. We purchased mattresses, the quality lived up to the price and was very reasonable compared to other shops selling such house requirements.

This store is always well maintained and the staff are very friendly. Stock in this location is usually always available. If you can't find what you are looking foe they will check other locations for you.

This location has the best managers after all the hassles we had with receiving broken parts to our Children’s loft beds I finally made the decision to just into the store from Abbotsford.
They not only found me the right no damages parts.they went above and beyond to make the situation right.

I can’t say the same for the customer care centre they were absolutely useless.

I bought a couch from Jysk and after a week, the couch delivered. On the day of delivery, I opened up one of the boxes and saw the inside and it was cheaply made so I re packed it and on the same day only 2 hours after receiving it, I went in to arrange a return. The guy who we think is named Chris, was pretty rude and seemed offended of our return reason. Although we explained two out of 3 boxes were not even opened at all and nothing was even assembled. We paid for a pick up and arranged the day. Fast forward to today, it was picked up, went into the store. Was faced with 3 different managers or super visors, one of which had her child in playing around with the computer in the store while she was working. I had to explain numerous times the nature of the return. They tried pressuring me to buy another couch although I said I wasn’t happy with the quality. Then they tried charging me for the pick up despite the fact of me having the receipt for the payment I already made. All while, one of the ladies being extremely rude. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a store.

Well long story short or not. I was purchasing on line cot/fold-abed and really was not fine with what transpired. Called the Delta location and Chris, store manager; unbeknownst to me answered. Yes that's right a "manger of a store" answered a phone. Shocking at least for me anyhow he told me to leave it with him. Within 48 hours I had a call back and I am serious when I say it felt like I was a VIP receiving some type of red-carpet service. Not sure why so accommodating and I will take it. Chris the "Store Manager" yes I repeat this as rare restored my faith in shopping with Jysk. The much needed items cot and foldabed are working out and will drive the extra distance to Jysk Delta to have this level of service. Thank you very much as I know it's not easy out there. I'll take a page from Chris and pay it forward with kindness.

This is such a clean, well run, well stocked store! Chris, the manager is so polite, friendly and professional, and all the staff are always smiling so clearly they like working there! We were given excellent customer service and were able to leave with exactly what we needed at a great price! Will definitely shop here again! ️

My partner and I went in-store March 13th in search of a queen bedframe. We settled on a Ruti storage bedframe and locked in the purchase plus home delivery. Originally we were told a few weeks for the home delivery which was no issue.

A month and a half went by without any word, so my partner went to the store to follow up. He was advised that a package was delivered but it failed quality control, so they shipped it back to their supplier. We were not told about any kind of package arriving or being sent back. The representative told him that the package would arrive in approximately 2 weeks.

The two weeks went by, and a male representative called my partner to advise that the package would be arriving on Monday, May 9. We phoned in the morning to check to see when it would be arriving as we both had a day off.

The representative advised that they were unsure who had phoned my partner 2 weeks prior to tell him that the bedframe was arriving on May 9, as it wasn't "showing up in their system. "

My partner and I both went to Jysk in the afternoon to get a refund for the bedframe. We approached the kiosk in the bedroom section to speak to the manager and they were not there. When we approached the front cashiers there was a hesitation when we told them that the manager was not present at the kiosk. It is quite dismal that the front counter staff were shocked that the manager was not there and were not getting a response over their walkie.

My partner and I sympathize with the ongoing shortage of furniture and lumber. We have no complaints against Ramon, the person who filled out the paperwork or the two cashiers today. We are disappointed in the lack of communication and forthcoming information regarding the status of our bedframe.

It would have been our first time shopping at Jysk.

Went there to get the patio set. Manager paivie was really polite and answered all the questions that i had. I was so confused in what set to buy but she made it much easier.my family loves the new set.it’s huge and comfortable.she went above and beyond to help me.she was getting off from work but still she stayed extra for us.the guy in the warehouse was amazing and helped to load the set.i would love to come here and shop again for more stuff. 100% recommended.

I’m so glad I decided to go to JYSK Delta after hopping from one furniture shop to another looking for sofa and dining table. The customer service given to me by Sohila and Maria were amazing! They made me feel that I’m a valued customer. They let me see what they have in the store without rushing me to buy and even recommended me some items so I ended up buying another table for my daughter. I am so grateful to these very helpful ladies. Because of their help I found the sofa I’ve been looking for and the dining table for us plus another single table for my daughter. You just got one new customer very very happy. Thank you!

We bought a mattress today and that five stars r for Chris. All employees were good but Chris was best.

Bought a twin bed frame in December and already paid the delivery charges. I was told at the time of payment that the bed frame will be delivered in February but i am still waiting for it and there is no sign if my bed frame being delivered. Moreover, I have been calling them every week since last month and every time I am told that the product will be delivered next week, and i don’t know when their next week will come. No hopes seriously!

I went to JYSK today in Delta. I have never had such amazing customer service. Usually, I go there and no one talks to you and getting any help is also difficult. Chris, the store manager asked my mom and I several times If we needed any assistance. He also helped us put our things in our car. I was really confused because that is not the experience I have had in the past. I also noticed Chris helping a lot of other customers in the store. We bought a stool and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to put it together when I got home. Chris put the stool together for us! I can’t even express my thanks to him. He completely changed my shopping experience and the over all energy of the store has changed for the better. Thanks Chris!

Went into JYSK after a long time. Chris the store manager was very helpful in finding the item I wanted. Not only that, he also gave me a good price as the item was not on sale. I am a happy customer and I will definitely visit this store again.

The store is pretty good but I really wish that they would have more quality furniture items. I find that the quality to the most part isn't the best. And yet the prices aren't amazing. I feel like It needs to be priced accordingly if the quality is low.

Maria and Montana were so helpful! Maria took me right to the product I was looking for. She even carried it out to my car. Montana was great as well! A pleasure to do business with them both!

Never have I seen a better selection of curtains, rods, bedding, office furniture, and lots of other nice things for the home, than at JYSK.

Amazing experience. My husband and I went to the JYSK Delta location looking for some patio furniture and storage. Sohila was very friendly offering help and advising the best options for our requests. She put on hold the items we wanted for us and was close by in case we had ilquestions. She was delivering great service always giving the extra mile to help, something very rare nowadays. This location is very clean, organised and has very good prices. Next time you are around looking for anything for your  home and you want to experience good customer service, visit the Delta location and ask for Sohila, she will be prompt and happy to assist you. She arranged the furniture delivery next day and the drivers arrived on time, taking several boxes all I once, they were very careful taking the item to the apartment, this was a fantastic experience. Great and fast service. I will come back soon. 100% recommended!

We love getting items from here. From bed frame to bed mattress to cabinets and many other things. The staff are awesome! Always helpful and willing to answer our inquiries. Always look forward to going here

I was sooooo disappointed in this shopping trip! I've always gone to Fleetwood location but decided to try this one I was in the area there is not NEARLY the selection Available that there is in Fleetwood the staff fell flat on welcoming factor and saw us struggling to get cart out of store they have a locking system and only pulled out the device that can allow your cart to leave store when they saw us unloading it After trying to use cart to get to our vehicle

Some floor model stuff was falling apart, but I guess that's just the quality of the stuff. I didn't buy anything here, but the store was well-stocked, and the employees seemed eager to help.

I had a pleasure to shop at this location yesterday and can't speak enough for Paivie. She is genuinely caring and an amazing person at this store. I walked out with more than I was thinking to get. She was very patient and very informative through out the process. THANK YOU PAIVIE for making furniture shopping seamless for me. Visually the place is a but crowded, but fairly well organized. Items are pretty easy to find, and staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing or pushy at all. They also have done great at abiding by health and safety guidelines for the pandemic, which I greatly appreciate.

Spoken and dealt with Paivie who really helped facilitate a mattress warranty return through constant communication, attention to detail, and looking out for client when speaking to Serta to get a new bed claim approved!

I like JYSK a lot. Had great stuff. This location is OK. Convenient and the store itself is nicely organized. The staff aren't exactly a friendly bunch, but I guess that's what retail workers are like.

Went here on the 4th of August 2020 just before 2pm. Went in and saw a rug that was on sale selected the color I wanted and walked towards other patio items the next aisle. I quickly saw one of the employee rush to the rug area I was just in then. I saw another similar rug then inquired about it. I went back to the area I first selected my rug in hand and the price had change and the sale sinage was removed. I questioned the employee that I had seen run over ther what happened she tried to play it off and act like the new price that she had placed was the price as I insisted that the price had just been changed another employee comes in then the employee i was speaking with starts blaming the other employee on not changing the price sign earlier and wanted me to pay the current price. I wouldn't have had a problem paying the original price she had just changed it to had she not lied about removing the signage. I explained that I will be paying the price that I daw it listed as when I got to the checkout fortunately the employee at the checkout gave it to me as a final price when I explained what had happen.

I came here with my wife for buying mattress. That time, this store employee PAIVIE helped us for selection. She was amazing employee here. She has a friendly behaviour and has a complete knowledge of all products. As per her guidelines, we purchased mattress and Frame. That's price is 1677.88 $. Thank you for all your help. Your service was excellent and very FAST. Many thanks for you kind and efficient service. I have already and will definitely continue to recommend your services to others in the future.

Manager Brad is very good and courteous man and helpful jysk is the right store to but the household as there after sales service and warranty commitments are really great!

The prices were good on boxing day and the service was okay. The sales reps were very busy. When I asked for help, she asked me to wait but she never came back to help me. I got the cashier lady to help me to get what I wanted.

Most of there stuff is final sale even it's not say on the product but when you come to checkout or to cashier they will stump it the finale sale on your receipt.

Terrible experience saw a hanging shoe rack that would work perfectly but couldnt find it on shelf and absolutely no help so we left on our way to ikea

The store manager Lindsay spent a lot of her time with me helping fill my home with wonderful items. I enjoyed chatting with her about our pets! The cashier, Ashleen, was so sweet as well. She gave me some unique decorating tips and made conversation with me while it was slow. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my day

I got a bunch of very useful items to help better organize my home and a new blankie to cuddle under while I watch TV! I really like shopping at JYSK, there are so many interesting things for sale!

I really liked the service that Pavie Dhaliwal gave us. I visited their with my family to check sofas for our home. She greet us very nicely and asked couple of questions about our choices and price range and finally we got the beautiful sofa from JYSK. Our whole family really liked the way pavie dealt with us.

Not quite Ikea but some good deals. Some gift ideas & lots of curtains. Sometimes electronic schtuff fails & have to return it so maybe skip electric.

Manager Lindsay here are very nice to accomodate and answer all our question and so nice to honor the price which is cheaper last week, compare to Richmond location lady with blond hair is so sarcastic and too hard to look for some one to help us only fee employee working with big store you have to wait or line up to be help as no one available.
