Great Store. Lots of cool stock to check out especially in the bedding and pillows sections. Right now they have a sizeable holiday season section that is definitely worth checking out!
We just arrived in Kamloops, BC and we needed to set up an entire house. We went to several places but we decided to buy most of our stuff at JYSK due to the energy, good predisposition and kindness shown by the Vice Manager Amy. She was patient and attentive. She makes a difference in costumer service. Thank you Amy.
The store was lovely, a little difficult to navigate in comparison to the jysk on the island, but I did like the outdoor furniture being a separate outdoor enclosed area, just took me a while to find it. Staff seemed super shy, they looked like they wanted to ask if I needed help, but never actually did lol.
I have shopped at the Jysk in the lower mainland for Many Items and being in Kamloops for just coming 2 years, I purchased a small Futon Size Memomry Foam for Guest. It came inside a "Tight Double Thick Heavy Duty Plastic Package" that Required it to be Torn Apart Upon Opening. I was not Impressed with the Packaging and Having Only a "Sheer Type Cover", so I Purchased a Cover Protector. I Returned it just over the 60 days as it was not Comfortable. I Phoned First before Returning it and was told by the Manager, 'Amy' that I will Get a CREDIT and I Agreed. I then Returned it with my Top up Protector, but she then said that it was "Missing Another Unknown Type Cover", and as a RESULT of this Confusion Regarding the "Manufacturer Package", I Later Found Out that Without Even Being INFORMED, that my TOTAL REFUND CREDIT WAS $100.00 LESS THAN the DEBIT PURCHASE RECEIPT. This is Such a High Loss to Me and a High Profit to JYSK STORE. Not a Recommendable Store to Shop
Kealy is always helpful and knowledgeable about anything and everything we ask her in regards to the store. Always makes our shopping experience, efficient and pleasurable. I love being served by her there.
I was in JYSK today shopping and I am currently on crutches due to a serious knee injury two days ago and was in a lot of pain and was trying to breathe through it when the manager Kealey went and got me an office chair and pushed me to the tills at the front of the store. This was truly above and beyond customer service.
After being in Kamloops for a while, it was the first time I visited this place, and I was really surprised to see what they hold in their store. They had a broad selection of items almost like online shopping but in person and quick receipt of the items. Will be visiting again soon for more
They should train their people better! Bought a patio set and it was the wrong colour, the manager remembered me she said but tells me it will be weeks before it is in and she gave the wrong poor girl heck so they are selling stuff that they don’t even have in stock and sue isn’t even sorry! Do not buy anything here! Cheap not good quality furniture! Phoning head office on Monday!
I am not dis satisfied with the product! you are selling something you don’t have you shouldn’t be selling something you don’t have in stock and Amy (the manager) didn’t even say sorry or anything and she was very rude! She should train her employees better so they know what they are doing and selling!
I am very pleased with my shopping experience yesterday…. While I went in knowing what I wanted and where to find it, I appreciated being approached by a friendly associate who asked if we were finding everything or could use any help. When ready to leave, our cashier, Steffy, was quick to leave her additional duties and met us at the counter. She recognized me from my previous visit the day before, and offered us their rewards program. While we haven’t been regular shoppers at Jysk, I am seriously considering shopping there more often because of the great staff!
