Great service by Nikki. The product I wanted wasn’t available in her store so she arranged for it to be put on hold for me in another store. Very friendly and helpful.

We went to see mattress last week and Nancy is very helpful and knowledgeable explaining about the mattress. We came back the next day and bought it right away. Highly recommend Nancy at this store. Also the company policy is very good as well.

This was the best experience we have had purchasing mattress; and table and chair set. Vincent is absolutely fantastic to deal with. He is polite and he knows his products. He was very helpful to suggest certain items based on what we shared with him from what we wanted to what we drove to make sure everything fit. Definitely I would recommend asking for Vincent he goes above and beyond.

I guess my new the blanket was defective. But the sellers and service were very kind, friendly and they solved problem. Great! Very great sellers! Thank you soo much!

Great experience overall. I was Looking for an item that was out of stock that I was looking everywhere for and was having a hard time finding. Sean and Vincent were a huge help in gathering what they could find aswell as taking their time to make sure all the materials were counted for. Very thankful for everything! Probably best experience I’ve had, felt like they were very determined in helping me as a customer find what I needed.

Finally got the door screen. Every time it's on sale, it's sold out. (From 10 bucks to 5 bucks.)

Employees are always friendly whenever I come and ask questions. Though sometimes when I am walking around the store, it feels like the employees are watching me, which I get in case people steal items, but I always get that feeling.

Really good experience here. I want to give a big thanks to Nancy who was very helpful. I ordered the new steward couch and originally was told it was going to be delivered in a week or 2 which I was fine with. This delay turned into June and Nancy gave me a call to let me know. I needed the pullout asap at the time. I went to the store and she gave me another update to tell me that it would be July. Nancy then arranged for the floor model to be delivered to me the next day! Great store level service!

I was looking for a household item and accidentally came across JYSK, Richmond when I lost my way at the Landowne mall. I couldn’t be happier finding this store. It has a variety of items I needed. And mind you, the price is super reasonable, sale items are a good deal. From that time on, JYSK is my priority store in any household/ office items that I need.

Although this furniture store is not as famous as IKEA furniture, its products are definitely cheap and high-quality.

Denmark-based JYSK specializes in simple furniture. Their styles may not be the most fashionable and beautiful, but the quality is definitely there. In addition to general furniture, they also have a complete range of bedding. For example, there are many styles of pillows, quilts and even bed lamps to choose from. And it has a special department that mainly sells outdoor benches and garden decorations. Many of the same styles of furniture you can’t find at IKEA are available here.

There is also a department here for storing supplies. Such as storage boxes, to storage bags. The textures range from plastic to rattan. And their staff is friendly. If they don't understand the answer, they will immediately ask the manager to help us. So this is definitely a good place to buy household items.

I was buying some furniture for my apartment Jysk have a great variety of beautiful things for any area in your house. I found a nice sofa.so I had a lot of questions to do. Inmeditly Fifi come and help me with everything I needed. They have a great customer service.

Yvonne helped us and was such a wonderful lady, she answered all our questions in a cheerful and friendly manner!
