Great service, wonderful staff and a great vibe hanging out with other customers.

The staff are all very kind, friendly and experienced. I get my nails done once a month and have never had any issues with them breaking etc.

Maya was amazing! I walked in on Tuesday afternoon and got a pedicure right away. She has great attention to detail. Lots of colours, they use great products and even real lemons to scrub my legs. Solid calf massage too. Highly recommend

Very unhappy with how my nails turned out - I asked for square and they did coffin and the nails are also pointing up so I asked for them to fix it and they said it’s my fingers fault. Nails were also different lengths and I had to file them myself when I got home as they wouldn’t fix them.

They are welcoming. Immaculate, lovely shop. Great prices. My sister and I had a wonderful time.

This nail salon is so much like a "family". Simon, Linh and the staff are all very friendly and they aim to please. It's such a wonderful experience being a client at K&V Nails. And I love interacting with all the other clients, we have many laughs and share camaraderie. I totally look forward to going to my appointments.

Love going here for pedicures and most recently I've been getting manicures too. Clean spa with great service. I'll keep coming back!

So I had a hard time deciding if I wanted to put 2 or 3 stars.my nails on my hands and feet came out nice I'm not complaining about how they look.however, when the lady did my pedicure this time she was VERY rough on my feet.now I do have ingrowns and I knew that would be a bit hard to dig out.however she didn't need to make the whole experience uncomfortable and painful. I could hardly talk to my friend because I was in pain. She was just very rough on my feet and even when she gave the leg massage it was quite rough.she also cut my toe and it was burning when she was drying the polish.however I will say she did a good job on my hands and I found she was much gentler with my hands but It's not the experience I was hoping for. When I paid for a pedi/mani.also the other lady doing my friends almost didn't do her nails because she thought that she just wanted her press ons removed when I called for both of us to get a mani pedi. Thankfully it was resolved and she got her manicure.but still I wouldn't Rate this the best experience I've had there.my feet were very sore after and that's the first time that's happened for me there.a pedicure shouldn't be so rough that it hurts to wear your socks and shoes afterwards.

This is the best Salon I have gone to. I have been going for years now. Simon & Lihn are the kindest and their service is excellent.

First time there and got my nails done by Simon! He was super fast and gave me an awesome set of glow in the dark nails definitely will be back.

I have gone to K&V many times over the years, place is always clean, staff is very nice and they do a wicked set of nails! Great experience and they always do their best to accommodate last minute bookings which I always appreciate so much!

I was really disappointed visiting this spa. I had booked two appointments for me and my friend to have a girls day earlier in the week. The language was a barrier and the appointments were not booked correctly. Both of us could not get the nails we wanted since they said they didn’t have time. It was very disappointing. I would not recommend visiting this spa.

This place is such a hidden gem. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING NAILS! Do yourself a favor, if you're a girlie who loves long nails, go see Simon, you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic service! Had my nails done somewhere else and one ended up crooked, but the tech here fixed it right up and did the nail art exactly how I wanted it! Very clean and orderly space

Was very dissatisfied with my services. First of all, the Salon wasn't clean. Old fingernail clippings, dirty tools, etc were all over the station I was about to get services done. They used old tools on me and nothing was sanitized. They kept switching between 3 people to come and give me a manicure and not once spoke English, even when I would ask questions.

My gel polish wasn't put on evenly and doesn't cover the entire nail side to side (big gaps between my nail and the skin). It's been two days and they are already peeling and chipping.

Would not recommend. Go to Comox Nails or Pearly's for sure!

Went for the first time. Hands down one of the best experiences. Very kind and polite staff. My nails are amazing. I LOVE THEM! The quality of service is exceptional. Will definitely return.

I’ve had some really nice work done here before but this time was NOT nice whatsoever. I booked a few days in advance to get my nails redone and for my partner to get their first acrylics. We get in and are asked if we have an appointment, yes we did I gave my name and we sat down…waited 15 minutes before being told they couldn’t do anything more than a simple color with minimal to no design. I expect more when I book days in advance for something like this. The only thing preventing me from saying one star is the fact that I’ve HAD good service before but this appointment fell so hard

Clean and fairly priced. Mostly speak Vietnamese so I don't know if they are talking about the customers or just chit chatting.

People were so nice and the place is very clean. Pedicure was amazing. Street parking. Nice decor and soothing music. Good prices. Happy with this salon!

Nice Staff, friendly & polite but not the level of quality I expected or prefer. I’m sure acrylic is nicer but for a reg polish, mani & pedi at $52, all my polish chipped or smudged. My nails just wouldn’t dry and as careful as I was, even after staff fixed 4 nails twice each, it all smudged on the way home. I was there for 2.5 hours!

I hate to leave a poor review as they were very nice but this just wasn’t worth my hard earned money and I had to remove the nail polish once I got home -I can’t serve drinks at work with chipped polish.

I also questioned the cleanliness of tool used between clients.

Disappointed and out $52 plus a tip (yes, I tipped for less than ideal service).
Go for acrylic if that’s all you get and don’t care about much else.

Won’t return.

Yolanda is the best acrylic or gel nail person! She did an amazing job and is also very friendly and personable. Prices are fair and the service is great too.

I have been to almost every nail salon on the whole Vancouver Island and this is the number one shop I have ever been to. Simon is amazing. Very clean. GREAT staff.

Simon was amazing! It was a very nice experience. The salon is very clean and everyone working their was friendly and pleasant. Definitely going back and I highly recommend this place.

Such nice people. They do AMAZING nails and give the BEST pedicures. I would highly recomend. If you are around the Courtenay/Comox area, for sure book with this place. Your feet & legs will thank you!:)
