Had fun experiencing karaoke for the first time here with a group of friends on a Friday night.

OMG GUYS THIS IS THE BEST KAREOKE EVER IN CANADA THE FOOD IS SO GOOD I LOVE IT ISTG!

This place is really delicious, you're so kind, you're truly the best.

I came here before for a school experiential learning experience, but it was so much fun that I came again with my friends! There is a lot of J-Pop and a lot of food menus

I’ve made many good memories here and i consider it my 2nd home ^^ its a very safe space and i can say they saved my life many times.

They serve food again! Haha newish management ~ pls come lots and support them.

It's a nice vibe for late night outs with your friends. The calamari was decent - the real stars were the alcoholic drinks:)
Only thing I would say is, however, it was a bit confusing for people who have never been there before. My friends - who had never been - needed help navigating. Usually there's a songbook, which would've helped them a lot + would've just been convient overall instead of needing to type the song in and seeing whether or not it's available.
(Can't remember if they used to have songbooks when I first visited 2 years)

There aren't many Karaoke Pubs around but this one is not too bad. The only thing is for songs you gotta know what you are looking for. So you better come prepared: D you still search and enter using the Controller you probably all recognize when you see it. And probably used to have a book with a list of songs But don't have one anymore. It's honestly a good time with your friends!

The staff were very nice, but the location is pretty sketchy looking, and there's no airflow in the rooms so it gets pretty uncomfortable. Also the equipment is pretty outdated. There are other places that have nicer song selection setups that I would prefer to this one.

When I first came here with family in 2017, I had a great time. It was cheap, clean and had lovely service. They gave us about ~30min of extra time and free water, as well as a song selection book. It was my first time visiting a Korean-managed karaoke place but the staff were great about it and we left feeling very satisfied.

My recent visit with my friends wasn't on par. The pricing has gone up which is understandable due to inflation. But there were other changes that shocked me.upon entering, no fabric mic covers (to prevent spit from messing up the mics) were provided, which I thought were a bit unsanitary considering the coronavirus is still lingering. No song book to choose from; if it were for beginners, they would waste a good amount of time trying to figure out how to input songs in the machine. I don't expect 5-star service with free water and extra karaoke time, but the person working at the counter could have at least acted like he wanted to be there. Honestly, a simple "thank you" would have sufficed.

Probably not coming back considering we don't live in Surrey and the quality of this place has gone down. With all due respect, I hope they fix up the management. I believe this place has great potential. But until then, I will have to find another place to sing karaoke.

The place is located in a shady area but the place itself is nice. The guy who was their that night I went to this place wasn't necessarily the friendliest. He told us they close at 12 am but it says here 1 am. They don't provide songbooks anymore.

Love this place do karaoke! Their list of new songs is on point and they serve alcohol and food. My only thing I would want is for them to stay open past 12am.

The food is quite pricey for what it is but the rooms are nice, the staff are super friendly, and they have a large selection of songs in multiple languages. The alcohol is also quite cheap, and they have bubble tea as well. This wasn't our first time here and it won't be our last either!

I went here having low expectations just because it was in surrey, but I was blown away by how great the atmosphere and set up of the place was. The karaoke machines were great and didn't have any issues and the prices were reasonable. The only downside was they didn't have a lot of choices on their menu because it was sold out

Was asked for mandatory tip (15%) along with our bill before going to karaoke and the cashier was quite rude. There was hardly any service to speak of as we were mostly left alone in the karaoke room. Prices were expensive with a total of $72 dollars for six people for one hour. Sound system was OK with a decent array of songs in different languages and the room was quite spacious however, overall I would suggest going to a different karaoke place that offers a better price, less pushy service, and no mandatory tip.

This rating is not based on food or drink because we didn't order, but mainly based on the cool ambiance, song choices, and customer service.

The english songs have a really great variety, and the ambiance includes chalk boards, a cool set of wings in an entrance, and the rooms seem clean and fit almost a night time city vibe.

The customer service however is spectacular. Our group had a reservation at 8: 30, but everyone only came in at 9: 30. The owner waited for everyone to come in until they started the timer! They were also very thorough with their explanation of the karaoke machine, and were super patient with us as we paid, even though we stayed quite extra than we were expecting. These people are nice and understanding, and I am planning on coming back for any other celebrations, as the pricing is fair and is great for big groups!
