Was looking around for a shop that would take in a 10+ years old car after an accident and these guys kindly gave me a chance. Kevin and his team took the time to explain every step along the way, no rush, no pressure. The end result was superb! They went above and beyond my expectation. Amazing work from an amazing team! The receptionist and owner were very rude.
The woman at the reception was dishonest and despite my repeated requests, she raised her voice and said, "What do you want! "
The owner had a bad attitude and took it out on me. He did not listen to me at all and quoted me $1400 to repair a dent without any explanation.
I am glad I found out their true nature before I sent my car to them for repair. It was a mistake to come all the way to here in the first place.

Struggled to just book this car in for an assessment. Called and asked to book it in and lady said she's booked out for the whole year and almost hung up on me. Had to stop her and tell her I wanted a February appointment. She tells me to bring the car in next week and to call ahead.

I call ahead on the day and she says come tomorrow 930 the estimator isn't working. I come at 930 and call the shop and a guy answers and tells me I'm not booked in and the lady isn't working. He makes it sound like I'm queue jumping and bothering him. He has no records of my appointment or car and speaks to me like a child.

My 2020 Acura RDX was involved in a major hit and run and needed extensive quality repair work. With a lot of the internals needing to be replaced and a new front bumper, hood, fender and headlight needed I chose to leave my vehicle with KP Auto to work their magic. Dealing with KP was a very smooth and stress relieving process as they provided regular updates on the state of my vehicle and did exceptional work to get my vehicle looking brand new again. With almost $20k of damages I am blown away with the quality and workmanship of KP’s team. This is definitely a go to shop in Vancouver because they will treat you right and get your vehicle will be in good hands.

We were rear-ended and had a damaged bumper. They estimated 3 days and it was fixed in 3 days. The car looked great. Cleaned the whole car and even touched up some damage to the front bumper that was there before.

Thank goodness that Kevin, Luis, Lenna, and their team survived the pandemic! I own a twelve year old Prius that I have coddled and that they have tended over the years. Kevin has always been honest and fair in his repair recommendations. This time, he gave me three different options at three different price points for repairing some minor scrapes. I was given a courtesy car while the work was being completed. When I picked up my car this afternoon, it was detailed and sanitized and looked beautiful.

I must say this company is OUT OF THIS WORLD! If there’s anywhere I’d take my car again it’s here and I highly suggest anyone considering them doing the same. My car was damaged last summer in a horrible accident in which I had taken it to Craftsman Collision to fix… needless to say they did a horrible job and after going back to ask them to repair my car to standard they turned their back and pretty well told me it was my issue to deal with. 2 months after my car had been repaired it was damaged again in which I knew I wasn’t going back to craftsman. My man suggested this place and without a doubt they went above and beyond… not only did they repair the small damage on my front fender but they went above and beyond with Covid protocols, cleaning, they fixed the paint on my car that was previously damaged from the other accident that craftsman denied doing and they did it without even asking, I came to pick it up a week later and I was just in awe with how freaking amazing they did… they really paid attention to every detail and for that I’ll never go anywhere else again! So if you’re considering go support their business because they know what the heck they are doing and they’ll leave you with a satisfied result.

My car was victim to some vandalism while I was on a trip across the country. It had been keyed along the whole passenger side of the vehicle. I brought it to K P auto body while staying with a friend in Vancouver, and they were amazing!
Understanding that I was in a hurry, they repaired my car in a very timely manner! The work was beautifully done, no evidence of the damage, and they even cleaned and detailed the inside of my car!
All the owners and workers were so kind and courteous to me. They were completely transparent about the work they were doing and the costs associated.

This shop is the best. I have used them twice now on my Honda Fit (a bumper replacement and a minor ding) and they have done a perfect job both times. They are also very nice people and I felt incredibly comfortable with them. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

Luis and the team here exceeded my expectations. We paid cash as we had some cosmetic damage that would not be covered by ICBC and were able to negotiate a very reasonable rate for the repairs. We dropped the car off on Tuesday morning and by Thursday the car was done and ready for pick-up. When we picked up the vehicle it was sparkling clean and had been extensively detailed inside and out. The paint work was top notch and they even touched-up and polished out some other small nicks and scratches free-of-charge. I whole-heartedly recommend K P's Auto Body Shop to anyone in need of repairs and will be sure to return for any paint and body work.

Very honest and conscious about my budget regarding my AC issue. He gave me a great advice about where the issue could be and made the fix myself which only cost me $20 to change the relay. I will start going there for any maintenance work in the future.

I scraped the mirror on my Land Rover and called in to ask if I could drop by for an estimate. The owner, Kevin, was very nice and assessed my mirror and said that it was a small scrape and would only take 10 minutes to fix and that he wouldn’t charge me for it. They fixed my mirror on the spot and sent me on my way. I was so impressed with the customer service and the repair. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I have spent 20 years around cars and I have never in my life had such a horrible experience at a car business, whether autobody, mechanic, dealer, or parts. I was told I could bring my car in for an icbc claim estimation. On arrival I met a very nice and capable receptionist, followed by a body man. As I was about to finish the visit in the office, an older man, I'm assuming it was the owner, came out and started berating me. He pointed at me, talked down, threw accusations and basically told me to beg him to help me. I was only there because it was the first shop I asked to do the estimation, and they agreed to do it. The incredibly rude man did mention it was him who I spoke to on the phone.

So, if you have a "thing" for people verbally abusing you and telling you to beg for them to 'help' you, this may be the perfect place.

If you need auto body work done for your car, I would pick literally anywhere else.

Very nice work done on my imported Japanese Toyota van. Looks new and can't tell it's a repair. Also everyone there is super friendly and I felt at ease. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had our family car that had one no-fault damage to the front right from last year and then a few months back my wife go hit from behind that was right in from of a traffic officer that he happily gave his card to my wife saying he’ll give his full review of our second no-fault. K&P Autobody is who our mechanic uses so we figured we should give them a shot as their ratings online are way higher then others. And we were very happy with the quality of their work as well as the above and beyond to include buffing the side of the car that had some minor scratches and faults. So when we went and got our car back it looked great and we will use them again in future.

KP Auto was excellent when I had to bring my car in to be fixed for a claim. I am from out of province, and they were easy to deal with in regard to contacting my adjustor and dealing with the situation. The staff were extremely friendly, courtious and empathetic. They were quick in the their efforts to repair my car and had it done as quick as possible! I highly recommend!

They were able to get the vehicle in that same week, and went above and beyond, especially with the detailing of the vehicle after it came out from their shop. They even put cute little covers on the gear shifter, seats, e-brake, and seats. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a job well done from start to finish. Kevin and the staff, including the lady at the front are GREAT!

My SO came here a few years back to get a repair done with K&L, no issues then, and no issues now. I had the pleasure of seeing Luis with my own repair this time round and was able to help the best and economical solution. No concerns with the courtesy car and I came back to my car detailed and washed (overall process took slightly longer than initially planned but I had a courtesy car, so all good!). They also replaced my license plate covers and rusted up screws without telling me - thank you. Fingers crossed I don't need their services again for a while but I have no problem recommending them to anyone that asks!

Great quality repair on the 2 scratched side doors. They also sanitize and clean the car inside out when they are done fixing it.

I brought my 2014 Q50 Infiniti here and I was MORE then impressed with the help service and knowable body man. They help me with the entire ICBC claim process. Customer service 10/10 as for as the work. Let me first say that I have had at least 5 previous body repairs in my life. I also originally worked in the autobody repairs and completed technical training at BCIT. K&P does by FAR THE BEST repairs, my car looked brand NEW when I went to pick it up. They detailed, polished and matched the paint prefect!

I came in with some front end work, rock chips, mirror scratches and dings. Left with what feels and looks like it just came off the production line. They went above and beyond what ICBC was willing to do.

I will always take my car back here (hopefully no more parking lot accidents though)

They gave me a LIFETIME warranty on there work.

These guys are awesome. My driver side window was smashed by a thief, resulting also in a lot of exterior paint scratches and light interior damage to the door panel and leather armrest from glass shards. Everybody suggested I should take the car to a shop specializing in luxury European vehicles but I recalled the great job and first-class service I got many years ago when I took a previous car into KP for some light bumper damage. Well, nothing has changed. Kevin and Louis (and Lenna) were there to take care of everything in their usual warm, friendly, honest and efficient fashion. The result of the work is again of uncompromising quality, with what appears a perfect match of colour and finish in the paint and careful repair to the leather surface. I've taken my cars to KP three times over the years, and each time I received friendly and efficient service. The quotes and time estimates were all accurate, and they arranged for courtesy cars on my behalf. They even repaired a small scuff on the side mirrors for no extra charge. Everything was hassle free. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Went to get my bumper repaired after being rear ended and they really went above and beyond. They repaired the bumper beautifully but also touched up the other dents and scratches on the car free of charge. And the surprise interior/exterior cleaning they did was really the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

WOW! I am absolutely blown away by these guys. Kevin (the owner), his assistant, Lewis, and his son are all personable, friendly and honest. But my goodness, my car looks FANTASTIC, too! On top off all that, they went the extra mile. To my surprise, they vacuumed, wiped, and shampooed the interior! I had some things lying around, and instead of cleaning then throwing those things back where they were, they put the items in boxes and ORGANIZED them in the back of the hatchback. I was shocked! They turned a bumper repair into an inside-and-out spa treatment for my car. I could go on and on about these guys. Just go here!

Excellent experience at KP Auto! I was recommended here by a coworker and I'm glad I came. I had gotten into a minor accident where my car was side swipped and they were able to fix it like brand new. The whole process took less than a week. Luis and the front office are very kind and quick to respond.

Overall, they did an excellent job on our car. They also cleaned/ detailed the interior nicely (nice bonus.) We dealt with Luis, he was great. We had a tight time line and they rushed our repair.we appreciated them accommodating us. They were also very helpful in gathering/ organizing all our documents for our insurance claim (which was above and beyond.)

My only complaint is that they do not accept credit cards, they only accept payment by cash, bank draft or cheque. But this is a minor complaint. I would bring my car to KP'S again.

They took my car on short notice and gave me a nice loaner. My car was ready when promised and they went above and beyond to clean inside and out. Couldn't have had a better experience.

I went in to KP for two claims on my X5. I met with Kevin the owner and he and Luis promised to have my truck repaired before my trip to Kelowna. I was worried the work would be rushed and not to my satisfaction because of the deadline. I was completely wrong, truck was ready a day before my trip and was meticulously repaired. Kevin and his team even repaired my cracked front bumper and a worn passenger side door handle, that were unrelated to the claims for free. I was blown away at the detail on the work performed. I would definitely recommend KP Autobody to anyone who wants good quality, honest and fair work done on their car!

I was in a rush to get my front bumper repaired before I embarked on a drive across Canada from Vancouver to Montreal. Kevin the owner told me he would do his best to get my car on the road before I left in just over a week, and my car was ready in half that time! He also made sure I could pick up my car a few hours earlier than the initial pick up time so I could drive it to the airport to pick up my daughter. When I dropped off my car Luis was there, and he later provided me with a detailed estimate via email. Upon pick-up, the bumper looked like new, my car was sparkling clean inside and out, and they had even touched up some spots on my rear bumper free of charge. Kevin told me he was retiring soon, and that Luis would be taking over the shop. Should I ever need auto body work done again I will not hesitate to call KP's, and I highly recommend their excellent work and friendly, honest service.

Best body shop experience! Kevin and his team's attention to detail is amazing. They do amazing work and are very thorough. Took my car to a couple of places closer to home (Langley) and never felt confident they did a very good job when I got the car back because things were off. Got my car back from KP and it looked better than the day I got it new. I love his philosophy, that customers can only see the outside of the car, so if the outside of the car doesn't look fantastic, they're going to wonder if the shop did a good job on the stuff you can't see. Every time I've gone, I've left without any doubts or worries about the job he's done. I definitely can not say that about the other places that I've been to. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I do, both my Civic and Santa Fe will be going here from now on.

A tree fell on our minivan, had these guys fix it and it's almost perfect except for the thin bumper paint (unnoticeable). Returned it to them after a few months and they redid the paint job for free. One satisfied customer here! Maraming Salamat!

The older man (I presume owner?) is obnoxious and rude. I was upset after damaging my car and a little shaken up and he proceeded to laugh at me and tell me it’s going to make my insurance payments much higher. The poor tow truck driver didn’t want to leave me there after meeting him!
