I had a problem with my car's engine starting and had my car checked at K Tech Automotive. They booked me in the day after I contacted them and Kashif's service itself was quick and he also explained the condition of the car in a very clear and knowledgeable manner. I am very happy with the whole experience here and will definitely return here for any future services.

The workshop was excellent and incredibly friendly. The manager explained everything to us very well regarding what was wrong and also made sure we could save money. The staff was highly competent and did a very good, especially fast job. We were glad we chose this workshop and would come back anytime.

Kash and the team at K-tech were an absolute pleasure to deal with. While I am often apprehensive of dealing with a new auto mechanic, I found the service to be honest and comprehensive. Kash was kind, respectful and clear about what work needed to be done and why. Kash went above and beyond and helped me out with a couple aesthetic issues with my car.

I would absolutely recommend K-tech and I will be returning with my car in the future.

A little overdue in writing up my review, but this shop was really good. They were professional, friendly and efficient with my car repair. I will certainly come back here in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

Electric power steering computer died. Kash replaced it within a couple days. His prices are good and he stands by his work.
He has competitive prices for oil change etc.

I did a pre-purchase inspection here since I read online many people had suggested going to Dallas Auto (now known as K-Tech after relocating). I felt they were very thorough and honest with the inspection! Great price too. I will be coming back for some of their recommended work. Very much recommended for a PPI.

The team at K-Tech is honest and reliable. I brought in an unusual hybrid vehicle which gave them more trouble than expected and required them to purchase a specialized tool. They kept me updated with good communication throughout the process and even though they spent an extra day on it they did not charge me more than their original estimate. I am happy with their service and can confidently recommend them.

I wonder if the owner of this shop still doesn't know how to preform a safety.
Tread depth is measured to lowest point in valley of tread to the top of tread, not from top to the wear bar.
This guy argued with me about this even though I provided ICBC evidence proving otherwise.

Either ignorant of the facts or trying to scam me for extra money for new tires.

EDIT: response to your reply. You do not have the right to make up your own rules to determine safety. You must follow ICBC regulations. Ignorance I guess it is.

Had some issues with my emergency break light showing on without it being applied. Also had some other warnings due to my car being towed the night before. Kash let me come in with very little notice and checked the car out for me. He was very professional and quick whilst juggling his busy day. I am so appreciative of his help and will definitely use him again!

I brought in my car to K-Tech for an oil change after reviewing their influx of positive reviews. The service was performed quickly within an hour. The owner and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. When I picked up my vehicle, I was notified that I had a nail in both of my rear tires. They performed an overall check in my vehicle and told me everything else was fine. I was pleased that they informed me of the nails as I got my tires fixed the next day. The price for the oil change was very affordable in comparison to what most places charge. I will definitely bring my vehicle to this reliable mechanic again for any future services!

Friendly staff. Kash provided an estimate which I appreciated so I knew the cost up front. Johnny was great when I picked up my old beater.

We recently had a tie rod replaced on our older SUV. Staff at K-Tech were professional, friendly, and the estimate was accurate to the penny - no hidden fees or add-ons! Excellent service all around.

Best mechanic in town! Kash has been taking care of my car for past 6 years, he is always very friendly and honest! Never fixes things that aren’t broken and always tells me before he does anything. I went for an inspection with a car in pretty good shape and got a long list of problems to the tune of $3000 to get it fixed. I went to another mechanic with a reputation for honesty from a long time Victoria resident and got a pass on my inspection- how can there be such a difference in opinions?
I really think this mechanic was trying to get blood from a stone with me.
Along with that, he really loves Fram oil filters, which to my knowledge are garbage (look up the reasons why for yourself if you're curious).

Kash has been looking after my vehicle since 2010. I've always been treated fairly and the workmanship has been excellent. I probably wouldn't ave kept the car as long as I have if Kash hadn't kept it in such good repair
