Haven't ordered from here since it changed ownership, have to say I definitely was missing out. Got the Canadian & the cheeseburger pizza, both delicious, they were really busy just 2 people working and they were rocking it.

Wow! Not only did they have a lunch order delivered and ready in just 1 hour of calling (5 large pizzas and pop), but the pizza was hot off the press and delicious! All day I've been getting 'where did you order the pizza from, it was so good! '. Thanks ktown Pizzeria. This 'za was the bomb!

I ordered the extreme with extra cheese, absolutely zero flavor at all. Even the bacon didn't taste like bacon! I ordered wings and they came with no sauce!

It’s just not the same as it was. I ordered a K-Town deluxe and if it had any less sauce it wouldn’t have had any sauce at all. The toppings weren’t as plentiful as before either. Even the “thinner” crust was much thinner than before. It’s almost like they are trying to “keep up” with the old pizzas rather than carrying on what was once an iconic Kelowna pizza. I also noticed they took away the pasta options and raised the drink prices. Sorry, but you’ve lost a customer

I would not recommend this place to anyone. For take out pizza, the pizza is expensive and poor quality. The customer service here was horrible and not worth the grief of ordering take out pizza! I used to order pizza at KTown over two years ago when was under different ownership. What a difference in quality.
I arrived at 330pm on Mar 3,2023 to place my order. I ordered a Large Vegetarian Pizza for a party of 4. Cost of pizza $26.00 including tax. I was advised would take approx. 45mins for pickup. This business does not accept anonymous calls so was unable to order pizza ahead of time by phone. I asked guy who took the order if business was under new ownership? Was advised yes. He said for approx 2 years. I requested him to ensure the pizza be cooked thoroughly (cook dough) as the last one I had there was doughy. He said would make sure it was.
The pizza was ready a little earlier. The pizza was doughy, cheese was burnt, had little to no tomato sauce in areas throughout the pizza and was tasteless. Tomatoes were not ripe with very few vegetables. I returned with one slice of pizza to show him in order to give him a review of the pizza. While explaining to the guy who took the order, a girl came and interjected into our conversation. I explained to her what was wrong with pizza. She argued with me about every little thing I said was wrong with the pizza. She advised another guy to give me my money back. I told her I did not come to get my money back but simply to show her why pizza was not very good. She didn't want to hear what I had to say and argued about every point I made and told the guy to give me my money back. I said I had to get my debit card. I returned with my debit card and then was advised to bring the rest of the pizza back. I asked why and was told in order to show the cook. I said you already have one slice and I don't have entire pizza to return. He said that's ok just return what you have. I returned back with two slices of pizza still in the box. The girl opened the box and chuckled and said you ate it. I said yes we all had a piece.
I was given a full refund and then she returned with the pizza box. I asked what's this? Your pizza to give back to you. I told her I did not want it and won't be coming back.

They answer their phone faster now. The pizza just isn't the same as it was 5 yrs ago when I first started going there.
