I have been a patient of Kaizen Dental since the beginning of Dr. Naseh's practice. The level of professional service and knowledge the entire practice has shown has been top notch.

Dr. Naseh and his team recently did an almost full dental extraction, bridge and partial denture for me. I can smile with confidence for the first time in years. Dr. Naseh is creative & generous with treatment options. I'm no longer in pain and could not be happier with the care their team showed me. Thank you Dr. Naseh and team for helping me smile again.

Dr. Naseh is an amazing, knowledgable dentist. He is quick, professional and precise. Removed 2 of my wisdom tooth perfectly in one visit, no excessive pain or complications (as you hear from some people had the surgery), got back to normal in no time.

I was referred to Kaizen Dental for a wisdom teeth removal and despite my anxieties, it was a really good experience. Dr Naseh was making sure I was okay with each part of the process the removal itself was quick and painless.

Thankfully wisdom teeth are a one and done situation, but I'd definitely come back to Kaizen for any future dental needs!

I have always been terrified to go to the dentist, and after a longgggg time being too scared to go I found Kaizen dental. The hygienists, assistants and Dr Naseh are so amazing. They're so fast and gentle, I no longer and terrified to have my work done with them. They also screen for lymph issues and mouth cancers which, after asking all of my friends, I've never heard of another dental office doing.

Very clean office that is following COVID protocols and it is in a lovely location along the Fraser River. Office staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Janice, did a great job cleaning my teeth! Oral hygiene check ups to fillings, they’ve always done their very best. Dr. Sia and Nika always make me laugh, and Lorraine will forever remind me to floss. The office and rooms are bright and beautiful; you get views overlooking the water and it's so peaceful. They will always make sure you are comfortable, building conversations, and creating personal experiences. Great decor and relaxing ambience make you feel relaxed, procedures are relatively painless and quick, and everyone feels like part of our family. Best dental service providers we’ve ever had, can’t recommend Kaizen highly enough!

I just started seeing Dr. Naseh after a few years without access to dental care. And then a few more years of anxious avoidance. I was sure there was a big guilt trip coming for not keeping up with my cleanings! The staff at Kaizen were super welcoming, warm and understanding. No guilt trip, they simply helped me make a plan for going forward. What a huge relief!

Getting back on track was a bit of a project involving a number of appointments and fillings, but all through the process the staff were very caring. My comfort and piece of mind seemed of prime importance. I really appreciated that I could ask any question, no matter how small, and that each procedure was explained to me so I understood what was being done and why.

Now that I'm all patched up, I can't say I'm necessarily "excited" to come back in 6 months. (I don't love the dentist THAT much!) But I can say I am very relieved to know that I have an excellent dental team to come back to that has my best interests at heart. Thanks for the excellent service:)

Such a great place to take the family. My wife and I have been going for years and now our son is getting his cleaning done there. They're so good with kids. It's a really nice facility; clean and well kept. Also easy to get to even from Vancouver. Highly recommend.

Worth the trip up from Seattle - Great staff, state of the art dental practices and killer views.

Our first impression was good but after my partner had a route canal procedure there was no one available on the emergency line when she had some complications. It may have been the Christmas break but the emergency line should be available when you have had a medical procedure in case you have complications. The dentis had his emergency line off from the saturday before Christmas (22nd), we had to arrange another dentist at short notice on christmas eve. All we needed was a conversation, some advice and some reassurance for the Christmas holidays. Everyone likes a break at Christmas but this is healthcare and very expensive and overpriced healthcare at that!

Amazing experience with my dentist here! The staff is friendly, approachable and professional, and so is the dentist. Highly recommended.

I've been going here for 32 years.
I have tried other dentists on the basis of convenience of location and frankly, I have had a couple of experiences where I felt other dental offices saw dollar signs when I walked in, but Kaizen Dental are the only teeth professionals I trust.
They never try to upsell me. They never do work until I express I need it (signs of pain or I can afford it). They honour my timing in teeth attention. They monitor how I am doing before jumping in to repair. They always try to mitigate the cost by finding the least expensive solution. And their hygienists do not speak down to me like a child.

I appreciate the professional care and time taken to explain the procedures to be done. Dr. Naseh is compassionate to his patients and provides outstanding dentistry to his patients. Highly recommend him to potential patients in the Richmond area.
