Fantastic service and prices. Koodos to the people working Halloween night a few days ago, especially the man at the front desk. They stayed late after hours to switch my winter tires and wouldn’t even accept a cash tip, they said to leave a review instead so here it is. Highly recommend!

Stopped in to get my tires retork. The girl at the front desk was going to take care of me and then the one gentleman Trevor said no because I didn't get my tires through them. I even offered to pay. I've used Kal tire all my life. They definitely didn't hit the mark this time was very disappointed. They told me to go to Canadian tire. And said I need to pay for a full tire rotation if I needed a retork. What a joke! Terrible customer service at this Kal tire

When I had my tires changed over, I was very disappointed they did not take care of their work. When they took my tires off, I watched them basically throw my wheels on the ground, scratching my rims, which were brand new! And then proceeded to try and charge me over 100 dollars more for a tire balance that they didn't even do, never taking my car here again.

My Grandfather went to get his tires re-torqued and was refused serviced due to “Liability Reasons”. As a technician myself i can partly understand the liability aspect but i find it almost embarrassing that a tire shop can’t preform a simple tire retorque. My grandfather went to Lakeside Autocare immediately afterwards and was helped without question. I was then informed about their “Three step torque process” which doesn’t require a tire retorque. I can tell you this is a blatant lie unless they are test driving every vehicle 200 km and then re-torquing the tires. Go support your local small shop and not these clowns who are too worried about getting sued than helping people out.

Staff was friendly, but when I went to pay the bill they gave me a bill for over a 1000 dollars saying things needed to done, but I got a second opinion and there is nothing wrong. Would not go back and get a second opinion for repairs from this kal tire.

The service was exceptional. Staff are very friendly. Even though they were short staffed they got both cars done (winter tires put on) in a very reasonable time. This is our second year dealing with Kal Tire! Thanks!

Charge me for a alignment but they don't do it because they have to change the lug nuts? When I call back next season and ask about it they have no clue what I'm talking about. Lady was very rude saying she wasn't there last year. I also ask if they have a key drop off, she said leave the keys in the car. No thanks

Update: I gave them my email. Someone ended up calling me with a condescending tone saying he didn't understand my comment. I said I ended up going somewhere else. I won't go back there.

Well I use to rave about the store and the manager. Now, after today. I’ve had to change my tune. No manager should talk to there customer like he did today. Late getting my truck in. Taking a hour to do a 10 minute job. Not an apology, then to sit there and bark at me for wondering why it’s taking so long was pretty surreal. After spending 6000 in the last month and even more tires of orfer, you’d think he would try to De escalate the situation. Nah, just made it worse. Find another tire shop that cares people!

Super impressed with this location! They squeezed me in for a tire repair late on a Saturday afternoon when every other place was too busy to help me. Thank you to Trevor and the team which will have all my tire business in the future.

Excellent service and pricing on a new set of tires. This is the only place I go for tires and repairs. Always get great service.

Excellent. Bought 4 winter tires and had an appointment to have them mounted and balanced. When I got there, they were short staffed (as most businesses are lately) and running behind. I ended up waiting longer than expected for my work to be done. Before I left, an employee came outside to apologize and invited be back in for a bill credit for my time. I had to run, but the next day he went out of his way to phone me and give me a bill credit. Sometimes things happen and Kal Tire went way out of their way to make me happy. I will only use them.

Always fast, reliable and friendly services. I've been going to these guys for a few years now, and I don't plan on switching mechanics. Darren, the head mechanic is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and approachable for all your car service needs.

Corey was awesome to deal with at my first inquiry and everyone else I dealt with on my appointment and picking up my vehicle were all great! Great service, highly recommend. We will be back…. Probably sooner than later with another vehicle!

Had my summer tires put on, they were so unbalanced the whole car was shaking. They also found a nail hole, circled it and left it. Will not be back

The customer service at Kal Tire is always exceptional. This team is knowledgeable and I trust their advice. Cam was very helpful in getting the parts I needed and the appointment set up for the maintenance work I was requesting. He gave great advice and he accommodated our busy schedule, even though it was during their busy tire changeover season. I am always impressed with the service from this team. I would recommend them to everyone!

Extremely helpful, prices reasonable and winter tires ordered and will be installed sooner than I thought it would be!

Had a flat on my dually as we’re leaving for vancouver and needed to make our reservation for the ferry. Eric was able to get us in immediately and assess the problem found tire was damaged and couldn’t be repaired so he swapper the spare and got me back on the road. So thankful that they were able to help us out. Great customer service and was grateful for the service. Highly recommend this store

I can always count on the employees at Kal Tire to take great care of my vehicle, and to offer additional work when recommended, without being pushy. They have great customer service skills! And we trust them!

Always the best experience in the okanagan. Go here for any sorts of tires including your camping trailer. They know what they're doing and get you a good deal.

Had a slow leak on my travel trailer tire and brought it to another shop who could not find the problem but replaced the stem and cleaned the rim. The other shop said if it happens again they will have to order a new tire even though it looked in great shape with lots of tread. I took it to Kaltire late on a Saturday and they fit me in and even though I told them the other shop said it needed replacing they wanted to check it for themselves. The Rep said he would call if it needed replacing for authorization and I said to him your authorized just do what you need which in hindsight, I kinda gave them an open checkbook as I didnt even know what the tire was worth. Thankfully not only speedy and honest but they found the remaining bit of a nail and patched the tire!

Good service. Communication is lacking sometimes, especially for those lacking in car knowledge (ie, me). Had a major communication issue during my most recent visit with one of the employees that Brady was able to bridge. I appreciated his patience and understanding. A very good employee.

Got some tires put on and one ended up blowing up only a few days later when doing 10km/h. I’ve gone to multiple shops in town for an opinion on the tire and they all say that Kal Tire sliced the bead when putting it on the rim. I took it back but they wouldn’t do anything about it and said there was no chance that they did it. These tires were completely brand new.

You would think that they would at least own up to it and say “it’s possible we did it”. If they did I would be totally fine with it, everyone makes mistakes just take responsibility. Unfortunately because lots the guys are good dudes. Definitely disappointed.

Got me in right away for a wheel alignment and the service was fast and friendly. My thanks to Darren and the tech who worked on my car.

Terrible customer service. Got my tires changed here a couple of times, never had a good experience with the staff. I have had my tired changed here fast and I have also had to wait a longgg time.

I have had to choose a new provider for basic mechanical services, like tire changes, brakes, routine checks and maintenance. This service I received was excellent, informative, and bore in mind my concerns and the overall cost of repair within my budget. The facility is super clean and the staff are very friendly. I was impressed

Amazingly helpful. Cam has such a calm demeanour that even bad news doesn’t sound horrible. Which is backed up by excellent problem solving skills. Will definitely be back.

Great customer Service, got my annoying engine warning light fixed, fitted me in really quickly. Comfortable reception with WiFi, tea and coffee so you can work easily if you have to wait.

Service, like any Kal Tire, was great. Unfortunately, I didn't like being advised the tires I purchased 2 yrs ago and had only 22,000km were 80% worn out. So I recommend NOT buying Sumitomo tires. They are not up to the standard of tires I've purchased from Kal Tire over the years. Fortunately it didn't rain on the way back to Edmonton as they hydroplane a lot. Interestingly I noticed they hydroplaning Oct/21 when they only had 15,000 km. I should have addressed at that time. Regardless, there are Kal Tires all over the place and like I already mentioned, service is great.

Commercial truck service. It took 2 hours to get a response from the after hours line. Then it took over an hour for a tire tech to show up. Both the operator rude and annoyed that they had to to their job. If you don’t like your job, please find one that you do. Or just stay home and be grumpy. Dissatisfied and disappointed in the service experience.
The issue was with the after hours call center. No one answered the phone for 2 hours. The tech was busy on another call. No worries. Someone should answer the phone! And they should be helpful instead of annoyed they have to do their job.

Kevin, the crew and the manager went way above and beyond what I expected out of a tire shop. I will recommend to family and friends to go to them. Friendly, on point service. Thank you West Kelowna Kal Tire!

Horrible. I brought some brand new rims in to get new tires. When they mounted the tires they marked up with a tonne of little scratches through the chrome to the point it now rusts. I fear it will rust and flake off the chrome. I tried to show kal tire to come to some kind of solution and they looked st it, took pictures and the proceeded to not do anything else. Jokes on them I do alot of business with cars so they lose out and I will never go back. DONT BRING NICE RIMS TO THEM.

My dad always went to Kal Tire and I always go to Kal Tire. I've never had a problem with them in my commercial vehicle or my personal ride.

Traveling from Saskatchewan when I experienced truck problems. They got me in and fixed the truck the same day. Was so impressed.
