Has no issued lieing to women and doubling there bill with charges of them "FIXING" things on your veichal that they broke and then charged her hundreds of dollars scam artists

Such a helpful, knowledgeable and friendly bunch of people. Communication was great from the moment we turned up and the mechanic presented us with options and solutions along the way, going the extra mile check a few additional things over before we left. Highly recommended!

If I could give a sixteenth of a star I would, like Kal Tire are you kidding me. I wait all day for rear brakes and rotate and balance and then the bill just about floored me, but I waited since 8 a m til 2: 20 p.m, to have this pathetic service. One customer you will never see again!

Excellent service! We had a rental car with insurance and weren't sure what to charge and how to fix the engine. It turned out to be a simple repair, and the employee even filled the engine coolant tank while explaining how it worked!

Good service if you need to get your tires swapped but they sadly aren't honest regarding work supposedly needed on your vehicle. I went in to get my tires switched over and was told that my front brakes needed to be changed ASAP since the pads were too thin (3mm). I went to get a second opinion and was told that my front brakes still had 50-60% of life left in them which saved me upwards of $400. I would highly suggest getting a second opinion from a local mechanic before allowing them to work on your vehicle.

I'm in town for the weekend and found myself in need of tires. Kal tire was able to get me in right away and gave me an awesome deal on some great tires. They discovered an issue with my tie rods. Again they fit me in on a busy weekend so that I can go home on Monday. Thanks for being so accommodating. Friendly proffessional service. Much appreciated.

Friendly and prompt service when I found a nail in my tire and needed a repair immediately. They squeezed me in between appointments and I was in and out in less than an hour.

I went to get my new tires put on today, unfortunately there was a bit of an inventory error and they couldn't supply the quoted tires, however Cass at the front desk was willing to work with me. She ensured I still got into a set of equal/better winters that I found satisfactory for the same price as the original tires quoted. I very much appreciated the professional yet friendly service at this location.
(This is my second visit to this location.the fist time this summer, they replaced a tire on my trailer) They made time to fit me in without an apointment, on short notice. I chatted with an obviously busy manager who still made time for me, and an employee that day. Both were subject matter experts and I had no doubts about the quality of work done.

My girlfriend brought my brand new Kia in to get winter tires put on. It has 50kms on it and they charged her for an alignment. Even went as far as telling her she should bring it up with Kia that they have a problem with their alignments. I’m not sure if they do this to everyone or if they thought they could take advantage of her because she is a woman. When I called they said it must have been charged by error. I got a refund. I would not recommend this store they are crooks.

We won't be taking fleet vehicles here anymore. I was warned about you buy went in a pinch when I had a flat. I'll get it towed elsewhere so my SERVICE vehicle that I need to do my job isn't out of service for over a week.

Came in in the morning on a Saturday before the usual rush. While waiting I overheard them dealing with other customers in a professional manner and with good customer service. They repaired my tire leak sooner than I expected before I hit the road out of town again.

# 1 in my book we had wheels & tires already prepped.they mounted them for us in record time.that's why we choose Kal Tire.

I received a written estimate for ball joints, and they did not honor it. Told me the guy that gave me the written estimate was in training.maybe you guys should not let trainees give written estimates.

5/5, came in with 2 bent rims and 2 bad tires and they did everything they could to get me back on the road asap.even when they didn't have rims in stock they called around town and made it happen. Great tire shop and great people to deal with!

Was there before 8am with a very low tire.fixed me up and had me back on the road close to 9 am. Great shop. Super efficient for how busy they are.highly recommend

Waited the same time it takes to get my tires on AND and alignment done when all I was getting was an alignment. Ive never been impressed with any kal tire ive been to.

I called with a screeching brake rotor and with less than one hours notice Kassia politely and efficiently got the car into the bay! She didn’t charge me for the inspection and I will definitely be using Kal Tire more in the future. Great service, thank you Kassia!

I called Kal Tire from the lake when I discovered I needed new tires on my RV and they had the right tires in stock and I stopped there on my way home from lake and they changed them right away.awesome service.thank you

As always great service they were behind schedule and told me ahead of time but still had me out in under 90 minutes

So I made an appointment to have 4 tires put on rims. The appointment was for 11. I was 5 min early. I had one tire from another car being used as a spare. I was the only costumer there when I arrived. I went for a walk with my dog for an hour and came back expecting to see my car done. It wasn't. I waited for 45 more minutes and then I was asked if I had the lug nuts for the proper rim as the spare took different lug nuts. I had forgotten them. So I asked if the spare could be put back on so I could swap it when I got home. After another 10 min I was told the spare did not fit the car and they could not put it back. I live 5 min away and had driven with it for a year. My only option was to have new lugs sent over from Napa. It has now been over 2 hours and I am still waiting for my car. Very disappointed with how long this is taking. I have been to other Kal tires in the past and was very satisfied but this time was a joke.

Professional and fast- consistent - even through constant staff turnover.

Even went again today to swap some tires before trading in my truck- M Hunt on the counter was extremely approachable and down to earth. Very refreshing in these weird times. Store is well worth a visit for any tire or mechanical needs.

I noticed that someone drove my vehicle before getting all my brakes replaced and after. Which of none told be about what the second visit to Kal Tire was mentioning. (Due to me still hearing a squealing noise) Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the before and after drives put in place for the safety of the customer before they leave? To hear and feel when something is off? Not for a joyride. I found it odd how I left paying for one problem and was told there's another the second visit. You'd think if there was anything to be brought to my attention, it would have been on the first visit. Not to mention both guys on separate occasions ignoring me and making more eye contact with my boyfriend than me. One was on a cellphone and the other said he'd text me information on the price point and left me waiting until the next morning before getting back to me. As well as the lack of respect for driving customers vehicles. Being told that the wheel bearing and ball joint should be replaced as soon as possible. While seeing this kid take it for his before and after joyride. Driving it over the speed bump with no care made me uneasy. I had no sound before when I turned my steering wheel and now after the brakes have been changed out there is. And being knowledgeable that's a sign of the wheel bearing and ball joint like what the other guys said. But I'm not a fool and something about this is fishy. I'll definitely be taking my businesses somewhere else in the future.

Customer service was great and to the point when i asked how much to repair a tire. Its a plain small truck snow tire with a tiny screw hole in it and its OFF the truck! Take the skin off, grind it and stick a patch on it. Not rocket science. In a pandemic with people on EI an such they want $35.00 after tax? Hey, it's not the person that answered the call, he was geart as i said, it's the prices Kal has set. How about 20 bucks or instead i go Candy Tire and buy the plug kit for 9 bucks and do it myself? Three plus stars for the staff, 2 no stars for the price.

Brought my car in to get the tires changed. They said it needed an alignment and a part changed. Brought it back to the place I bought it this summer and they said it was fine but couldnt do the alignment so brought it to another shop and they also confirmed that not only did it not need the part, that it didnt need an alignment either.

My husband and I were heading to Jasper for vacation. We had a tire issue. They quickly and effectively helped us out & we really appreciate it as the actual dealership wasn’t accommodating.

I was on my way past Kamloops towards Peachland on the last leg of a 2,200km in 2 days trip when my front right brakes started making a noise. Your shop waa on my right. I pulled in. Talked with an employee, was told a technician would be right out. I hadn't even sat in the comfy chair before tech MASTER Marc came to greet me. He had my issue diagnosed, repaired and I was on my way in less than half an hour. After not sleeping for 2 days, my VERY long trip and trying to get home to my babysitter and young children, Marc was my saviour. To have peace of mind for the last 2 hours of my drive was PRICELESS. Fan for life.

Competitive price on my brake drop, convinrent shuttle service and very friendly staff. Feel like I get what I pay for and don’t feel dirty like when leaving other shops.

Keep on rolling truckers this has to be the slowest kal tire in western Canada.there's two trucks here getting 4 tires put on and I've been here 2.5 hrs and there still not done, been told three times now that won't be much longer almost done when they haven't even started yet poor poor service.sicamous ok tire will have you in and out and there flat repair is 20 bucks cheaper and fast fast service

Very informative and helpful, they dont push for more and either offer to drive u somewhere or lend a courtesy vehicle.

Initial visit was good, problem solving skills lacking:

had my new tires put on the rims and tires balanced, on my way home (a 45 minute drive) steering wheel was shaking. Called to have the tires balanced again, so far all good, sometimes things happen. I made the appointment because i have a busy schedule drove 45 minutes and was 10 min early only to hear they were running an hour behind and i had to wait. I'm coming in for a second time so you can fix the problem that you created the fist time and now you have me wait an hour? No thank you, I will bring my business elsewhere.

Kal Tire were awesome when we had a problem on Saturday while visiting Kamloops. We called and were told to come over and they would take a look. Less than an hour they later they had diagnosed the issue, had a part sent from Ford and our truck was ready to go. Truly appreciated the great service!

Called in to get a new tube for an atv tire on new years eve. They said no problem but once I got there and came back to pick up they said the tire was too worn for a tube!? And that it was a safety concern to fix it. I even argued saying it's more of a safety concern for my family to drive up our driveway if it's not plowed and that it's impossible to get hurt doing 5 km/hr while plowing. They still refused. I took it to another place and they fixed it immediately. Even took out a nail that obviously popped the old tube. Apparently the kal tire technician was too incompetent to do a proper inspection of the tire.
