Highly recommend! After Canadian tire scammed me and didn’t even fix my flat tire leaving the nail still in it. Brought it to Kal tire and they fixed it for free. Friendly and professional staff

My experience with Kal Tire was great although there were few shortcomings initially but the mentioned staff deal in a great manner and sorted them out with professionalism.

Kal Tire is blessed to have Managers/employee like Mr Nick D, Sisodia, P Moen.
Would love to refer Kal tire to my friends as well and to deal with the able guidance of above mentioned employees for hastlefree service.

I was in Kamloops when I noticed one tire that looked to have very low pressure. I went directly to Kal Tire and was treated with understanding and kindness. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, and they were fully booked, the manager and technician made time to repair the tire. They understood my safety concern as I was staying outside of Kamloops and was worried about driving on it, even though it was re-inflated. I am so grateful and will definitely use Kal Tire’s services again.

The staff at Kal tire were truly life savers to me yesterday, just moved here from another province last week and murphys law threw me a curve ball on my first day of work with a flat tire. They patched it up in less than an hour, and we’re so kind and courteous! I recommend them 100% and will be back for any future tire services

Ladie at front desk was not at all helpful with anything I asked and also refused to get the manager when I asked because she was clearly bot helping not sure I want any dealings with this place again

Horrible customer service even with fleet purchases leave you for days with no answers won't bring any of my fleet back here treated like garbage

So grateful to Kal Tire on Notre Dame Dr.in Kamloops. I got a puncture in my tire and couldn't find the puncturing object (or I would have fixed it myself), so I started calling around to find a place that would take me in. Most places I called said they couldn't do it for various reasons (Integra Tire on the North Shore was very rude about it, FYI, don't go there), but Kal Tire immediately said they would be happy to help and they would fit me in when possible. They fixed my tire and the price was 1/2 what I expected they would charge. Super happy. I will go to Kal Tire from now on!

Make an appointment and took the truck in for a patch job, it wasn't busy at all but took 2 hours? Crazy.

Been trying to get my tires shipped up to Prince George for a month for my seasonal tire change and now they are missing. I gave the store # and address I wanted it to be sent to in early April, but unfortunately they still created the work order and shipment to a different KalTire store. Interestingly, neither store in Prince George can access the work order. I was told it was finally being shipped two weeks ago and should arrive soon. Call to check today and Kamloops store can't find my tires nor any shipment and are looking into it. I'm really thankful for the help of Keenan up in PG calling and investigating and trying to get answers because it has been such a long/difficult process just to get my tires changed. Im not upset just annoyed and catching second hand embarrassment at the dichotomy between these stores. At this rate I'll be back in Kamloops for the Summer by the time they send my tires to #96 in PG.

Thanks to Matt and Nick for their great assistance. I had brought my car in as I had a slow leak, the team fixed it no problem as the issue was the bead seal. But 3 weeks later the pressure started to go down again on the same tire, so I brought it back and they replaced the valve stem free of charge. Unfortunately, the same tire started to lose pressure after another 3 weeks, so they managed to fit me in on a busy Monday. Turns out I also had a screw in the tire, which they fixed free of charge. Somehow I managed to hit the trifecta of tire pressure issues in the span of 6 weeks, but they only charged me for the 1st repair. Thanks for the help, you've got a customer for life now.

Wow on my way home to Calgary from Vancouver. I got a flat in Kamloops. These guys took my car in right away. Managed to save and fix my tire. When I asked how much I owed Mike simply said just have a safe trip. I couldn't believe their generosity. I'm blown away. Thank you so much. I will be sure to send anyone I can your way and I will be sure to pay your kindness forward.

I was in my way down to the lower mainland from the Central Interior and stopped in Kamloops to spend the night with a friend. I noticed a vibration and stopped into Kal Tire. They checked my tires for me and I discovered the Chevy dealership in my town did not torque my tires properly. After a quick re- torque they said I was good and didn't even charge me! As someone who works in the service industry that is definitely Royal Service! Absolutely WOW! They were super friendly and very supportive, can't say enough how great they are here! Thank You guys!

We got a flat tire on our way to Vancouver. We were close to Kaltire and we were able to drive to their location. They had it repaired and we were on our way in under an hour. Excellent service!

Kal Tire had a challenge with some repair work for me but Nic the manager went above and beyond to ensure work was done right. Kudos to Nic and Kal.

Needed to lower my 5 star rating. Do to having a 9am appointment telling them I had a 3 pm appointment. Only was buying 6 tires for my work van. Barely made my afternoon appointment.

Went out of their way to get me a new trailer tire after mine exploded on the highway. Very impressed by how professional the staff was.

I would like to thank Reilly and his co- worker (didn't get his name) at Kal Tire on Notre Dame in Kamloops, BC for taking time to check out my car on April 8 2021. Had a terrible sound coming from the front end but it turned out to a simple fix. You guys rock. I highly recommend this facility.

I always use Kal Tire and I understand the workings of them. But 2 times now in a row they've overinflated my rear tires causing excessive wear and imminent replacement the following season. Today I got them changed again and specifically told them 73psi in the rear for the reasons listed above. He wrote it down and agreed, after getting my vehicle the 2 rear tires were 80psi.apparently 73psi is too hard to comprehend. I'm debating changing tire shops despite being a loyal customer through thick and thin for multiple years.

Not bad. The prices seem to be high. They do a good job though, I guess. The wait time is a downside. I booked an appointment for oil change. They need 2.5 hours to change the oil. No clue why?

If you're looking for honest and professional works for your cars then this is the place. The only thing I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they couldn't resolve my issue. But it is not their issue at all. My jeep had aftermarket stuff and they told me only an offroad shop can resolve my issue. But still, they did a complete check up on my Jeep. They could upsell me but they didn't they guided me on what to do and where to go. So I will definitely recommend them.

Great spot for all your tire needs. Was treated with some great customer service by Kelsey. Will 100 percent be returning and recommending this location!

Terrible experience.

Went in to get an oil replacement and an inspection for a little squeaking noise.

They said the brakes needed replacement and quoted me around $400 when I gave the green light they call again and said that the calipers were the issue and quoted me with $800. The issue was not solved since the noise was still there and when I went to another shop they said whoever inspected the car before left my brake liquid leaking and with a bit more time serious accident could have happened.
When I enquired to Kal Tire a proper explanation they said they didn't do anything because the car was electric?

Would not recommend an utter disappointement

Terrible experience.

Not only did they change their diagnostic midway through the repairing session (which ended up costing me an additional $400) but after a few months the problem did not seize to disappear and when I took it the second time there they said "they are not capable of doing anything and recommended going to the dealership". The dealership said they left the liquid brake leaking and that there a terrible job assembling the brakes. Would not recommend to anyone

What a terrible appointment system they have this year.

My appointment to get my winters tires put on was at 11: 00 and at 12: 45 they still hadn't taken my car into the bay! I cant even imagine how this is deemed an efficient and safe method for appointments. I was exposed to 5x as many people as I needed to be while I waited.

Just because you say your appointment might take up to 2 hours does not mean its ok for my car to sit untouched for the first 1.5 hours. I may as well have had a 1: 00 appointment!
And to cap it all off they couldn't even price out summer tires for me, because its still winter tire season? Huh? You're a tire shop!

I will be going to a different tire shop in the spring.

I went to Kal Tire in order to get a tire rotation after driving my winters over the summer. I asked them to to inspect my brakes too. My tires were in good shape, but they said that my rear left drum brake needed service as soon as possible due to wear.

They quoted me over $400 for the drums and shoes for both brakes in the rear. Apparently, due to warranty, they cannot replace the shoes of the brakes without also replacing the drums. They said there was no way they could do just the shoes.

As a second opinion, I went across the street to Integra tire where they found the rear brake shoes at 40% and the front brake pads in good shape. No issues at all.

Such great service. Ryan Goddard very helpful when we showed up with a rental car with a puncture. Quickly fixed. No charge. With free popcorn while we waited.

Super knowledgeable staff, always willing to help. Quick to identify the issue and fix it every time. They have no interest in stealing your money. The experience is what keeps me coming back. 5 stars.

These people in this store are amazing! I got a punctured tire on our road trip going down a wrong road. They squeezed us in when we came a half hour to close. Made my kids fresh popcorn. Then didnt even charge me. Im in awe! I have never been treated so well. Definitely bring them your business.

This Kal Tire was genuinely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Reasonable prices and a team and management that goes above and beyond.

Friendly staff, clean shop and timely service. Second time going to get my tires changed, they were running behind but kept me updated the whole and even gave me 50% off. Would definitely recommend and return myself for car work.

Slow leak in two tires, replaced the valves and re and re'd the wheels for no charge. Clean shop with decent waiting area. Very friendly staff.

Always a great experience with these guys. Usually only a wait when they are busy (understandable) and the quality of their work is great. Nice waiting area for when they are busy, or they'll shuttle you home and back when they're done. Use them several times per year, have not yet had a poor experience.

These guys are the best in the biz. I've been going to kal tire on Notre Dame since 2011 & have had great service every time! Sean, James & Ryan have all been great to us and we keep coming back due to great service & the great work everyone in the shop does! Keep it up!

I was here recently and my experience was amazing. James has always provided me with spectacular customer service. His patience and customer oriented attitude is wonderful. I have become a repeat customer because of this having made 4 visits in the past year for various wheels for project cars, all of which James has helped me do. My latest visit being for wheels on my small blue Nissan pickup. He is well organized and makes sure the job is done right, and on time!

Stopped in to have a tire that was going flat looked at. They fixed it quick and at no cost. Wow. Awesome courtous and knowledgable staff. I would highly recommend.

James was very helpful in helping me select the correct set of tires that were best for my car and my driving style. They did not have those particular tires on hand but rather than try and sell me some other set of tires that they had in stock James called another store and secured the tires from the other store and had them freighted to his store. I was given an appointment to have tires installed that matched my schedule. When it came time to have the tires installed Sean provided excellent customer service ensuring everything was done properly and on time.

The customer service I received through the whole process was first rate. I highly recommend Kal Tire and in particular the Notre Dame Kamloops store.
